Abstract

一种太阳集热器的吸热板芯,通过吸热片,流道管以及二者结合面形状和结构的改变提高其刚性和热传递效率。铝质吸热片两边沿制有V形槽,中部制成V形,铜质流道管压制成菱形,吸热片中部V形面和流道管的菱形面结合,构成吸热板芯的新截面。其结合面还可制成三角形、多角形或椭圆形。并适用于全铜、全钢或其他材料密合结构,本实用新型用作太阳集热器、太阳热水器的吸热部件。

新型太阳集热器吸热板芯
本实用新型涉及一种太阳集热器,特别涉及一种新型太阳集热器吸热板芯。
目前使用的太阳集热器铜铝密合吸热板芯由波纹状的铝质吸热片和园形铜质流道管组成,二者靠吸热片中部的半园面包容流道管而结合在一起。其缺点是:1、吸热片刚性不好、边沿不整齐;2、由于金属的均匀回弹,使包容面结合不紧密,吸热片与流道管之间产生相对转动和移位,热传导过程中间隙热阻较大,因而热传递效率低;3、流道管为园形,其截面方向可伸缩性差,故抗冻性能不好。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有新的截面形状的太阳集热器吸热板芯,由边沿带v形槽的铝质吸热片和菱形铜质流道管组成,二者结合面为菱形。
本实用新型是这样实现的,吸热板芯包括吸热片和流道管,吸热片2两边沿制有v形槽3,中部制成v形。流道管1为菱形管,吸热片2中部的v形面与流道管1的菱形面相配合。吸热片和流道管结合后的截面形状用加压的方法使其产生塑性变形而成为菱形。
和现有的太阳集热器吸热板芯相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:1、吸热片两边沿具有v形槽,既提高了吸热片的刚性,又保证了边沿的直线性,组装后平齐美观;2、改半园面结合为菱形两面结合,消除了相对转动和移位,提高了吸热板芯的整体性能;同时因配合面贴合紧密,间隙小,降低了间隙热阻,从而明显地提高了热传递效率;3、由于菱形截面的可伸缩性较好;相应的改善了抗冻性能。

本实用新型的最佳实施方案是:吸热片2为铝板压制而成,流道管为铜质,可用园形铜管加压制做。
本实用新型吸热片和流通管的结合面形状还可以制成三角形,多角形或椭园形。
本实用新型的吸热片和流道管可用同一种材料如铜、钢,或其他材料制做。

1、一种新型太阳集热器吸热板芯,包括吸热片(2)和流道管(1),其特征在于吸热片(2)两边沿制有v形槽(9),中部制成v形,流道管(1)为菱形管,吸热片(3)中部的v形面与流道管(1)的菱形面相配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的吸热板芯,其特征在于吸热片(2)和流道管(1)结合面形状可制成三角形、多角形或椭园形。
