Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种平板式太阳能集热装置的吸热板,旨在提供一种能使太阳能集热装置的长和宽的尺寸与安装场地尺寸相吻合的吸热板。它由一块金属板构成,所述的用作吸热板的金属板上设有与吸热管外形相适配的弧形槽,所述的用作吸热板的金属板沿所述的弧形槽方向上的长度与安装场地的尺寸相适配。可以用本实用新型制作大型的太阳能集热装置,进而制作太阳能中央热水系统。

本实用新型涉及一种平板式太阳能集热装置,特别涉及一种平板式太阳能集热装置的吸热板。
背景技术
现在国际上流行的太阳能集热装置是平板式太阳能集热装置,它由吸热板、集热管、进水管、出水管、保温层、边框及透明盖板组成。这种太阳能集热装置成本低,效率高,但由于该太阳能集热装置的长和宽的尺寸都随各种规格而定死了,吸热板的尺寸当然也定死了,所以该太阳能集热装置的长和宽的尺寸不能与安装场地尺寸相吻合,这给大面积推广使用带来了麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种能使太阳能集热装置的长和宽的尺寸与安装场地尺寸相吻合的吸热板。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本实用新型采用下述技术方案:一种平板式太阳能集热装置的吸热板,它由一块金属板构成,所述的用作吸热板的金属板上设有与吸热管外形相适配的弧形槽,所述的用作吸热板的金属板沿所述的弧形槽方向上的长度与安装场地的尺寸相适配。
本实用新型还可以:所述的用作吸热板的金属板下面设有保温层,所述的保温层下面设有外金属板。所述的保温层为泡沫板,所述的外金属板为彩钢板,所述的用作吸热板的金属板和所述的泡沫板及所述的彩钢板组成固定的泡沫夹心板,在垂直于所述的弧形槽的方向上,所述的固定的泡沫夹心板的一边设有凸棱而另一边设有与凸棱相适配的凹槽。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:用这种吸热板制作的太阳能集热装置的长和宽的尺寸能与安装场地尺寸相吻合,这样即可以充分利用阳光,又可以增加美感,还可以避免由若干集热板拼接所导致的管阻增加。

图1中,用作吸热板的金属板1上设有与吸热管外形相适配的弧形槽2,用作吸热板的金属板1沿所述的弧形槽2方向上的长度与安装场地的尺寸相适配。
图2中,用作吸热板的金属板1和泡沫板3及彩钢板4组成固定的泡沫夹心板,所述的用作吸热板的金属板1上设有与吸热管外形相适配的弧形槽2,在垂直于所述的与吸热管外形相适配的弧形槽2方向上,所述的固定的泡沫夹心板的一边设有凸棱5而另一边设有与凸棱5相适配的凹槽6,所述的固定的泡沫夹心板沿所述的弧形槽2方向上的长度与安装场地的尺寸相适配。
图3中,两块固定的泡沫夹心板通过凸棱5和凹槽6可以连接在一起,这样可以在垂直于所述的弧形槽方向上加宽用作吸热板的金属板1的尺寸。

所述的用作吸热板的金属板1为铝板。

所述的用作吸热板的金属板1为彩钢板4。
用本实用新型可以制作大型的太阳能集热板,从而制作太阳能中央热水系统。

3.根据权利要求2所述的平板式太阳能集热装置的吸热板,其特征是:所述的保温层下面设有外金属板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的平板式太阳能集热装置的吸热板,其特征是:所述的保温层为泡沫板,所述的外金属板为彩钢板,所述的用作吸热板的金属板和所述的泡沫板及所述的彩钢板组成固定的泡沫夹心板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的平板式太阳能集热装置的吸热板,其特征是:在垂直于所述的弧形槽的方向上,所述的固定的泡沫夹心板的一边设有凸棱而另一边设有与凸棱相适配的凹槽。
