Abstract
本实用新型是一种波纹状翼片管，其特性是在翼片管的表面上沿着圆管方向压制成波纹状曲面，既增大了翼片传热面积，又增加了翼片管刚度，同时因厚度减少而降低了材料成本，是一种节能型翼片管。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种波纹状翼片管，用于制冷系统的换热器，属于国际专利类F28F3/00“通用热交换或换热设备的零部件领域”。
背景技术
目前铝合金翼片管换热器，翼片的表面平面状，翼片的厚度受热挤压工艺限制最薄能达到0.4mm厚，平面时表面积小，受外力冲击易变形。
发明内容
为了提高现有翼片管对铝材的利用率，本实用新型提供一种波纹状铝合金翼片管。该实用新型可以提高铝合金翼片管对铝材料的利用率，增大换热面积，增加翼片刚度。
本发明采取的技术方案是：在翼片管生产之后，利用专用机械，将翼片管两侧的翼片沿管轴向碾压出波纹状曲面。
本发明的有益效果是在碾压后一方面增加换热面积，从而节省了铝材；另一方面在铝材变形后硬度提高刚度提高。

具体实施方式
首先以热挤压工艺制作平面状翼片管然后用专用冷压机在翼片管上压制波纹状曲面。

1.一种波纹状翼片管，由管和波纹状翼片组成，其特征是翼片管的翼片平面上沿管轴向压制波纹状曲面。
