本发明公开了一种富硒油柑子口含片及其制备方法,由以下重量比的原料制成:富硒油柑子浓缩浆35-45份,中药浓缩浆20-25份,糊精15-25份,羟甲基纤维素10-15份,甜菊苷0.2-0.6份,甘露醇3-5份,阿拉伯胶0.1-0.2份,聚乙二醇0.2-0.7份。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:通过科学配伍制取的中药浓缩浆与油柑子浓缩浆协同作用,所得富硒油柑子口含片口味先涩后甜,口味独特,回味无穷,同时能够清热化痰,对牙痛有明显疗效,长期服用,可以减少癌症的发生。

技术领域
本发明属于富硒食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种富硒油柑子口含片及其制备方法。
背景技术
硒是人体必需的微量元素之一,富硒食品有抗癌,抗辐射等作用,十分有利于人的身体健康,但由于国内很多土地缺硒,导致很多人在日常摄取的硒含量较低,导致摄取量不足,因此需要通过有效的方法增加日常食品中的含硒量。
油柑子以果形圆大,果皮光滑,果肉半透明,肉色淡黄或赤黄较理想,它具有去油、助消化、化痰、润肺清嗓、生津消渴之功效,其果汁具有防癌和抗衰老作用,每100g果肉硒含量达到1.13微克。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种富硒油柑子口含片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种富硒油柑子口含片,由以下重量比的原料制成:富硒油柑子浓缩浆35-40份,中药浓缩浆20-25份,糊精15-25份,羟甲基纤维素10-15份,甜菊苷0.2-0.6份,甘露醇3-5份,阿拉伯胶0.1-0.2份,聚乙二醇0.2-0.7份。
一种富硒油柑子口含片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油柑子洗净后加入相当于其重量份10-15%的清水,放入打浆机打浆,在70-80℃的条件下蒸发,浓缩至可溶性固体物含量为55%即得油柑子浓缩浆;
(2)按重量比5:3:1:1:1取玉竹、黄精、良姜、川贝和麦冬,加入其总重4-5倍的清水煎煮20-40分钟,提取滤液,重复三次,将滤液混合后在100℃的条件下蒸发,按体积比5:1浓缩成中药浓缩浆;
(3)将油柑子浓缩浆、中药浓缩浆和其他原料混合,加入质量为原料总重1%-3%浓度为65%的食用乙醇,在45-55℃的条件下搅拌20-40分钟,静置10-15分钟,得到粘性体;
(4)把粘性体放入摇摆式颗粒机中造粒,粒径为0.6mm,然后在真空度0.08-0.1KPa,温度65-70℃的条件下干燥2-5分钟;
(5)送入压片机中压片,用常温超高压技术杀菌5-10分钟,即得成品。
玉竹为百合科植物玉竹的干燥根茎。有养阴润燥,生津止渴的功效。用于肺胃阴伤,燥热咳嗽,咽干口渴,内热消渴;黄精味甘性平,有补气养阴、健脾益肾的功效,黄精中含有多糖、氨基酸、黏液质、淀粉等成分,有降血脂、降血压的作用,还能增强老年人心肺功能,延缓衰老;良姜性热,有温中下气、止痛、消食的作用,在煮炖过程中,有助于香料渗入鸡蛋内;麦冬性微寒,味甘微苦,含多种甾体皂甙、胡萝卜素、粘液质、糖类、豆甾醇等成分,有升高白细胞,延长抗体存在时间的作用,提高免疫功能和核酸合成率,促进抗体、补体、干扰素、溶菌酶等免疫物质产生。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:通过科学配伍制取的中药浓缩浆与油柑子浓缩浆协同作用,所得富硒油柑子口含片口味先涩后甜,口味独特,回味无穷,同时能够清热化痰,对牙痛有明显缓解作用,长期服用,可以减少癌症的发生。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种富硒油柑子口含片,由以下重量比的原料制成:富硒油柑子浓缩浆35份,中药浓缩浆25份,糊精21份,羟甲基纤维素15份,甜菊苷0.2份,甘露醇4份,阿拉伯胶0.2份,聚乙二醇0.6份。
一种富硒油柑子口含片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油柑子洗净后加入相当于其重量份12%的清水,放入打浆机打浆,在70-80℃的条件下蒸发,浓缩至可溶性固体物含量为55%即得油柑子浓缩浆;
(2)按重量比5:3:1:1:1取玉竹、黄精、良姜、川贝和麦冬,加入其总重5倍的清水煎煮40分钟,提取滤液,重复三次,将滤液混合后在100℃的条件下蒸发,按体积比5:1浓缩成中药浓缩浆;
(3)将油柑子浓缩浆、中药浓缩浆和其他原料混合,加入质量为原料总重2%浓度为65%的食用乙醇,在45℃的条件下搅拌30分钟,静置15分钟,得到粘性体;
(4)把粘性体放入摇摆式颗粒机中造粒,粒径为0.6mm,然后在真空度0.1KPa,温度68℃的条件下干燥3分钟;
(5)送入压片机中压片,用常温超高压技术杀菌5-10分钟,即得成品1000片口含片。
实施例2
一种富硒油柑子口含片,由以下重量比的原料制成:富硒油柑子浓缩浆40份,中药浓缩浆20份,糊精22份,羟甲基纤维素14份,甜菊苷0.4份,甘露醇3份,阿拉伯胶0.1份,聚乙二醇0.5份。
一种富硒油柑子口含片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油柑子洗净后加入相当于其重量份10%的清水,放入打浆机打浆,在70℃的条件下蒸发,浓缩至可溶性固体物含量为55%即得油柑子浓缩浆;
(2)按重量比5:3:1:1:1取玉竹、黄精、良姜、川贝和麦冬,加入其总重4倍的清水煎煮20分钟,提取滤液,重复三次,将滤液混合后在100℃的条件下蒸发,按体积比5:1浓缩成中药浓缩浆;
(3)将油柑子浓缩浆、中药浓缩浆和其他原料混合,加入质量为原料总重3%浓度为65%的食用乙醇,在45℃的条件下搅拌30分钟,静置10分钟,得到粘性体;
(4)把粘性体放入摇摆式颗粒机中造粒,粒径为0.6mm,然后在真空度0.08KPa,温度70℃的条件下干燥5分钟;
(5)送入压片机中压片,用常温超高压技术杀菌5-10分钟,即得成品。
实施例3
一种富硒油柑子口含片,由以下重量比的原料制成:富硒油柑子浓缩浆38份,中药浓缩浆22份,糊精24份,羟甲基纤维素10份,甜菊苷0.4份,甘露醇5份,阿拉伯胶0.2份,聚乙二醇0.4份。
一种富硒油柑子口含片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油柑子洗净后加入相当于其重量份15%的清水,放入打浆机打浆,在80℃的条件下蒸发,浓缩至可溶性固体物含量为55%即得油柑子浓缩浆;
(2)按重量比5:3:1:1:1取玉竹、黄精、良姜、川贝和麦冬,加入其总重4倍的清水煎煮20分钟,提取滤液,重复三次,将滤液混合后在100℃的条件下蒸发,按体积比5:1浓缩成中药浓缩浆;
(3)将油柑子浓缩浆、中药浓缩浆和其他原料混合,加入质量为原料总重1%浓度为65%的食用乙醇,在45℃的条件下搅拌20分钟,静置15分钟,得到粘性体;
(4)把粘性体放入摇摆式颗粒机中造粒,粒径为0.6mm,然后在真空度0.1KPa,温度65℃的条件下干燥5分钟;
(5)送入压片机中压片,用常温超高压技术杀菌5-10分钟,即得成品。
本发明中富硒油柑子口含片,经当地质检中心检测得到口含片中硒含量如表1所示:

1.一种富硒油柑子口含片,其特征在于,由以下重量比的原料制成:富硒油柑子浓缩浆35-45份,中药浓缩浆20-25份,糊精15-25份,羟甲基纤维素10-15份,甜菊苷0.2-0.6份,甘露醇3-5份,阿拉伯胶0.1-0.2份,聚乙二醇0.2-0.7份。
2.如权利要求1所述一种富硒油柑子口含片的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油柑子洗净后加入相当于其重量份10-15%的清水,放入打浆机打浆,在70-80℃的条件下蒸发,浓缩至可溶性固体物含量为55%即得油柑子浓缩浆;
(2)按重量比5:3:1:1:1取玉竹、黄精、良姜、川贝和麦冬,加入其总重4-5倍的清水煎煮20-40分钟,提取滤液,重复三次,将滤液混合后在100℃的条件下蒸发,按体积比5:1浓缩成中药浓缩浆;
(3)将油柑子浓缩浆、中药浓缩浆和其他原料混合,加入质量为原料总重1%-3%浓度为65%的食用乙醇,在45-55℃的条件下搅拌20-40分钟,静置10-15分钟,得到粘性体;
(4)把粘性体放入摇摆式颗粒机中造粒,粒径为0.6mm,然后在真空度0.08-0.1KPa,温度65-70℃的条件下干燥2-5分钟;
(5)送入压片机中压片,用常温超高压技术杀菌5-10分钟,即得成品。
