背景技术
包含紧固材料的幅材用于各种应用,尤其是用于个人护理行业,例如,作为尿布等的紧固件。由于此类紧固材料通常由相对刚性的塑料材料组成,所以此类材料的表面在触觉上相当不舒服,或者甚至刺激皮肤,该皮肤可能与所述材料接触。因此,如果在个人护理应用中使用,此类紧固材料的背面通常覆盖有一层更柔软的、更舒适并更少刺激的材料诸如例如非织造材料。
美国专利2006/0265867公开了这样的设备和方法,该设备和方法通过将钩材料引入到非环材料来临时地将钩材料联接到纤维非环材料,并且超声振动材料中的至少一者以在两种材料之间引起临时接合。
JP2011/015796公开了用于将尿布的前主体固定到后主体的紧固带,该紧固带能够轻松附接并且具有几乎不能够从基体材料移除的钩构件。紧固带用于将尿布的前主体固定到后主体。紧固带包括由非织造织物制成的基体材料、以及附着到基体材料的表面的一部分的机械紧固件的钩构件。表面熔融部件在对应于钩构件的附着区域的基体材料的表面上形成,其中前表面上的纤维幅材彼此热封,并且钩构件附着到表面熔融部件。
发明内容
一种将所述覆盖层粘结到紧固材料的简单且有效的方法是焊接,尤其是超声焊接。使用超声波发生器,将该材料焊接到例如特定进行粘结的点处的非织造材料。然而,由于在焊接过程中生成的热以及由于超声波发生器具有给定尺寸的事实,紧固材料的存在于进行粘结的点处的若干机械紧固件将被破坏。因此,紧固材料一旦粘结到非织造材料层,就具有较少和/或损坏的机械紧固件,从而对紧固材料的性能产生不利影响。
因此,本发明的目的是提供将紧固材料粘结到另一种材料的改善方法、以及提供克服上述缺点的改善幅材。该目的通过根据权利要求1所述的幅材和根据权利要求8所述的方法来实现。从属权利要求是指优选的实施例。
本发明涉及包括第一材料的第一层和紧固材料的第二层的幅材。第二层具有第一主表面和第二主表面,并且设置有机械紧固件,优选地是多个机械紧固件。机械紧固件可在第一主表面上具有杆。此外,机械紧固件可具有帽以形成钩。第二材料的第二主表面面向第一层,并且第二层在相邻的机械紧固件之间的区域处粘结到第一层,并且第二层在机械紧固件下方的区域处不粘结到第一层。换句话讲,机械紧固件下方的紧固材料优选地完全不粘结到第一层。相反,进行粘结的点或区域以这样的方式被限定:基本上没有机械紧固件,并且更优选地只有极少机械紧固件,并且优选地在任何进行粘结的点或区域正上方不设置机械紧固件。
本发明中使用的机械紧固件可包括杆。另外,机械紧固件可包括加大的头部诸如具有或不具有杆的帽。在后一种情况下,帽可直接粘结到不具有杆的基材。此外,紧固元件可包括钩。
因此,本发明基于仅将紧固材料粘结到进行粘结的点或区域处的第一材料的想法,该进行粘结的点或区域优选地完全位于相邻的机械紧固件之间。因此,这种粘结不会对机械紧固件产生不利影响,从而得到材料具有改善性能的幅材。
在本发明的上下文中,“粘结”包括分立的和可能不连续的进行粘结的线,该进行粘结的线彼此隔开。
虽然第二层可通过焊接,优选地通过超声焊接或热粘结来粘结到第一层,但其他进行粘结的方法诸如激光焊接也是可能的。
还优选的是,第一材料为非织造材料。
优选地,紧固材料设置有机械紧固件的规则图案,其中第二层沿在相邻的机械紧固件之间延伸的线粘结到第一层。优选地,幅材限定了纵向和横向,并且进行粘结的线沿纵向延伸(即在制造过程中沿纵向)和/或沿横向延伸(即垂直于纵向)。此类进行粘结的线以及尤其是沿纵向的连续进行粘结的线简化了制造过程。例如,机械紧固件的规则图案也可以是由机械紧固件的交错行组成的图案。
进行粘结的线可为连续或不连续的线。因此,进行粘结的线可包括中断。进行粘结的线还可包括点,使得多个点形成进行粘结的线。进行粘结的线还可包括连续和/或不连续的进行粘结的线和/或点的组合。
进行粘结的线可为直线或曲线或它们的组合。
本发明还涉及制造幅材,优选地是如上所述的幅材的方法。根据所述方法,提供第一材料的第一幅材和紧固材料的第二幅材。第二幅材具有第一主表面和第二主表面,并且在第一主表面上设置有具有杆和任选地帽的机械紧固件的图案。该方法还包括将第二幅材粘结到第一幅材的步骤,其中第二幅材的第二主表面面向第一幅材。第二幅材在相邻的机械紧固件之间的区域处粘结到第一幅材,并且第二幅材在机械紧固件下方的区域处不粘结到第一幅材。机械紧固件可任选地包括加大的头部部分诸如帽以形成钩。
优选的是,进行粘结的步骤包括焊接,优选地是超声焊接。
优选地,进行粘结的步骤用超声波发生器来执行,该超声波发生器具有被布置成图案的多个焊头顶端,该图案与机械紧固件的图案相适应。例如,超声波发生器的多个焊头顶端可被布置成对应于设置在机械紧固件之间的游离点的图案,即机械紧固件图案的互补图案。例如,如果机械紧固件被布置成直线,则超声波发生器可具有布置在相邻的机械紧固件线之间成直线的多个焊头顶端。另选地,可仅每隔两个或每隔三个机械紧固件线来布置多个焊头顶端的线。如果机械紧固件的图案包括机械紧固件的交错行,则超声波发生器可例如具有布置成交错焊头顶端行的互补图案的多个焊头顶端。
优选地,焊头顶端的尺寸与相邻的机械紧固件之间的距离相适应。例如,多个焊头顶端的最大直径优选地为等于或小于相邻的机械紧固件之间的距离的90%,更优选地为等于或小于80%,最优选地为等于或小于70%。优选地,多个焊头顶端被布置成梳状图案和/或被布置在辊上。
进行粘结的步骤优选地包括沿超声波发生器移动第一幅材和第二幅材。还优选的是,通过机械紧固件与焊头顶端之间的交互作用或接合沿超声波发生器来引导第二幅材。例如,机械紧固件的杆可永久性地或间歇地与多个焊头顶端中的一者或多者接触,以便沿超声波发生器引导第二幅材。多个焊头顶端还可具有T形或与机械紧固件的形状互补的另一种形状,以便更好地与机械紧固件接合。
优选地,超声波发生器还包括砧座,该砧座包括与机械紧固件的图案相适应的表面结构。根据优选的实施例,超声波发生器和/或砧座为能够旋转的辊,其优选地适于传送幅材和/或引导第一层和/或第二层穿过在超声波发生器和砧座之间形成的辊隙。
本发明还涉及适于将紧固材料粘结到非织造材料的超声波发生器和/或砧座,其中超声波发生器和/或砧座包括被布置成图案的多个焊头顶端。优选地,多个焊头顶端被布置成梳状图案。优选地,多个焊头顶端被布置成能够旋转的辊。优选地,超声波发生器和/或砧座还包括砧座,该砧座包括与多个焊头顶端的图案相适应的表面结构。优选地,多个焊头顶端具有在0.09mm和0.49mm之间的范围内的宽度,更优选地在0.19mm和0.39mm之间。多个焊头顶端的最大宽度由两个相邻的钩行之间的距离确定。优选地,多个焊头顶端具有在0.25mm和1.5mm之间的范围内的高度,更优选地在0.45mm和1.3mm之间。优选地,多个焊头顶端为梯形的和/或大体上T形的。
超声波发生器中的上述结构可另选地在砧座中形成,同时超声波发生器不被结构化。这可减少制造此类超声波发生器的工作量,因为这些可由钛制成,与由刚制成的砧座相比,该超声波发生器更难形成。

本发明还涉及上述超声波发生器和/或砧座用于将紧固材料粘结到非织造材料的用途。紧固材料的机械紧固件被布置成图案,并且超声波发生器的多个焊头顶端被布置成对应于机械紧固件的图案的图案。
根据本发明的方法和超声波发生器和/或砧座具有用于技术性地推进幅材的制造工艺的用途,该幅材包括粘结到另一种材料层的紧固材料。一旦已构建了合适的超声波发生器,就可以高速度、高准确度和低成本来执行本发明的方法。本发明的方法得到本发明的幅材,相比于与钩行无关的超声波粘结的传统方法,该幅材在剪切强度和剥离强度方面具有优异的幅材性能,因为根据本发明,在进行粘结的过程中没有机械紧固件被破坏。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于尿布的现有技术紧固片的照片。紧固片包括由非织造材料层和钩材料层组成的幅材,该非织造材料层和钩材料层在特定的进行粘结的点处通过超声焊接来彼此粘结,该进行粘结的点彼此分开,并且在图1中显示为钩材料的“压痕”。这些压痕在图2和图3的放大照片中可被更好地识别。从那些附图中显而易见,这些现有技术幅材的进行粘结的点覆盖若干钩(在图3中约九个钩)的区域,并且由于通过超声焊接的粘结会在整个进行粘结的点中基本上熔融钩材料,先前已经存在于进行粘结的点处的钩被完全损坏。例如,在图3中可见的放大进行粘结的点中,七个钩已被全部擦除,并且至少五个另外的钩大体上被损坏。因此,现有技术幅材的这些进行粘结的点对材料的性能产生不利地影响,例如剪切强度和剥离强度,因为较少的(完整)钩可用于接合环材料。
为了克服这一问题,本发明提供一种幅材,该幅材包括第一材料的第一层和紧固材料例如钩的第二层,其中该第二层仅在相邻的钩杆之间的区域处被粘结到第一层。这可例如使用包括布置成图案的多个焊头顶端的超声波发生器来实现。图4中示出了包括此类用于将第一幅材1粘结到第二幅材2的超声波发生器10、砧座12的制造设备的示例。
根据本发明的方法,提供第一材料诸如例如非织造材料的第一幅材1,并且紧固材料诸如例如具有第一主表面3和第二主表面4的钩材料的第二幅材2设置有钩5的图案,该钩在第一主表面3上具有杆5a(参见图6)。第二幅材2粘结到第一幅材1,其中第二幅材2的第二主表面4面向第一幅材1,其中第二幅材2在相邻的钩杆5a之间的区域6处粘结到第一幅材1。
根据优选的实施例,进行粘结的步骤用超声波发生器10执行,该超声波发生器具有被布置成图案的多个焊头顶端11,该图案与钩5的图案相适应。如图6中所示,焊头顶端11的尺寸与相邻的钩5之间的距离相适应,并且多个焊头顶端11优选地被布置成梳状图案,其中第一幅材1和第二幅材2沿超声波发生器10移动,优选地在超声波发生器10和砧座12之间移动。
由于具有多个焊头顶端的特定超声波发生器仅允许良好限定的能量传递到进行粘结的区域6,所以第一幅材1和第二幅材2仅在这些区域6处被粘结,并且通过焊接工艺不会对钩5和杆5a产生不利影响。如图4中所示,第一幅材1和第二幅材2可通过超声波发生器10和砧座12之间的辊隙来进行连续供给。当然,图6中示出的尺寸仅仅是示例性的,并且超声波发生器10的多个焊头顶端11可具有完全不同的形状和/或尺寸,只要多个焊头顶端11的形状和/或尺寸与相邻的钩和/或钩杆之间的距离和/或钩的形状相适应。例如,超声波发生器10的多个焊头顶端11还可具有T形外形,以便更好地接合相邻的钩5之间的空隙。
根据本发明的所得幅材在图7和图8的(显微)照片中示出,显示了本发明的幅材的顶视图(图7)和剖视图(图8)。如可从这些附图中得出,并且从图7最显而易见,本发明的幅材包括在钩行之间沿纵向延伸的进行粘结的线6。钩5在图7中以正方形阵列布置。两个相邻的钩行之间的距离为0.27mm(钩帽到钩帽的距离)。进行粘结的线沿纵向是连续的,并且被布置在每个钩行之间。钩材料的第二幅材2仅沿这些进行粘结的线6粘结到所述钩材料下面的第一幅材。这些进行粘结的线6在钩5的相邻的线之间延伸。虽然图7将进行粘结的线6示出为具有朝左手侧的轻微偏压,但优选的是,进行粘结的线6大体上相对于钩5的相邻的线居中。
如可从在图8中所示的横截面得出,钩材料的第二层2仅受到进行粘结的区域或线6处的进行粘结的步骤的影响。然而,周围钩材料,并且尤其是钩保持完整。
图9至图12示出了根据本发明的超声波发生器的优选的实施例的示意透视图。这些附图中示出的用于制造本发明的幅材的装置包括能够旋转的超声波发生器辊10和能够旋转的砧辊12。两个辊形成辊隙,其中第一材料的第一幅材1和钩材料的第二幅材2通过旋转两个辊来进行供给,以便将钩材料的第二幅材仅在相邻的钩杆之间的区域处粘结到第一幅材。如从图12中可看出,砧辊12可包括布置成图案的多个焊头顶端。在所示示例中,砧辊12包括布置在周边线中的多个焊头顶端,该周边线的间距与钩材料的第二幅材2中钩的间距相适应。此外,如图12中所示,超声波发生器辊10还可包括与多个焊头顶端的图案相适应的表面。在图12中示出的示例中,砧座包括矩形突出部的图案。所述图案有助于聚焦超声波发生器仅为进行粘结的区域提供的超声能量。
实例
为了将现有技术幅材的钩的性能与根据本发明的幅材的钩的性能进行比较,已制备四种不同的样本。用于第二层的钩材料是微复制型的钩CHK-00732(购自3M)或名称为M2的材料。CHK-00732材料的钩由聚丙烯制成,并且第二层的基重在厚度为100μm处为117g/m2。M2材料(其与CHK-00732类似)的基重在厚度为170μm处为180g/m2。两种材料大致均具有每平方英寸1,600个直径为约0.35mm的钩。用于第二层的钩材料通过超声焊接粘结到非织造材料(PegatexS,由聚丙烯制成的纺粘体,具有70g/m2的密度,购自Pegas)。如图7至图11中所示(实例1和2)根据本发明以及如图1和图2中所示(比较例1和2)根据现有技术的技术来执行粘结。
用图4中所示的简单测试设备来执行所有实例和比较例的焊接。使用的超声波发生器购自瑞士布龙施霍芬泰索迡克超声波公司(TelsonicUltrasonics,Bronschhofen,Switzerland),其具有500W的功率,并且工作操作频率为36kHz。焊接速度为1m/min。对于实例,超声波发生器表面具有多个焊头顶端,并且砧座为平坦的。
对于比较例,砧座的图案为6mm×10mm,并且每个销具有0.2mm的直径,并且超声波发生器为平坦的。砧座由铝制成,并且销由碳化金属制成。超声波发生器由钛制成。对于实例,特殊研磨的超声波发生器由钛制成。研磨工具为0.4mm宽的锯片。每行之间的距离为0.62mm,适用于M2钩材料和CHK-0732钩材料。多个焊头顶端的高度为0.7mm。砧座由铝制成,并且具有平坦表面。
使用EBL灯(购自3M)、由粘结到挤塑薄膜的波纹聚丙烯纤维制成的非织造着陆区、或作为着陆区的针织环材料(aplixN31)在这些实例和比较例(使用钩宽度为13mm和样本长度为25mm)中的每一个上根据标准测试方法ASTMD5170-98来执行剥离强度测试并且根据标准测试方法ASTMD5169-98来执行剪切强度测试。
下表示出了针对不同范围(0mm-20mm、18mm-24mm和最高至40mm的剥离强度测试的结果),使用十种不同样本针对每个范围的剥离强度测试的结果。
下表示出了针对每个(比较例)实例,使用十种不同样本的剪切强度测试的结果:
如可从这些结果获得的结果,根据本发明的具有任一着陆区材料和具有两种不同钩样本的幅材显示出比现有技术的幅材更好的剥离性能和剪切性能。

Claims (18)

1.一种幅材,所述幅材包括第一材料的第一层(1)和紧固材料的第二层(2),所述第二层(2)具有第一主表面(3)和第二主表面(4),并且在所述第一主表面(3)上设置有具有杆(5a)和任选地帽(5b)的机械紧固件(5),所述第二层(2)的所述第二主表面(4)面向所述第一层(1),其中所述第二层(2)在相邻的机械紧固件(5)之间的区域(6)处粘结到所述第一层(1),并且其中所述第二层(2)在所述机械紧固件(5)下方的区域处不粘结到所述第一层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的幅材,其中所述第二层(2)通过焊接,优选地是超声焊接,或热粘结来粘结到所述第一层(1)。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的幅材,其中所述第一材料为非织造材料。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的幅材,其中所述第二层(2)设置有机械紧固件(5)的规则图案,并且其中所述第二层(2)沿在相邻的机械紧固件(5)之间延伸的线粘结到所述第一层(1)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的幅材,其中所述幅材限定纵向和横向,并且其中所述进行粘结的线沿所述纵向和/或横向延伸。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的幅材,其中所述进行粘结的线为连续或不连续的线,或者包括点或点的组合。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的幅材,其中所述进行粘结的线为直线或曲线或它们的组合。
8.一种制造幅材,优选地是根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的幅材,的方法,所述方法包括:
提供第一材料的第一幅材(1);
提供紧固材料的第二幅材(2),所述第二幅材(2)具有第一主表面(3)和第二主表面(4),并且在所述第一主表面(3)上设置有具有杆(5a)和任选地帽的机械紧固件(5)的图案;
其中所述第二幅材(2)在相邻的机械紧固件(5)之间的区域(6)处粘结到所述第一幅材(1),并且其中所述第二幅材(2)在所述机械紧固件(5)下方的区域处不粘结到所述第一幅材(1)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中所述进行粘结的步骤包括焊接,优选地是超声焊接,或热粘结。
10.根据权利要求8或9中任一项所述的方法,其中所述进行粘结的步骤用超声波发生器(10)和/或砧座(12)来执行,所述超声波发生器和/或砧座具有被布置成图案的多个焊头顶端(11),所述图案与所述机械紧固件(5)的图案相适应。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中所述焊头顶端(11)的尺寸与相邻的机械紧固件(5)和/或杆(5a)之间的距离相适应。
12.根据权利要求10或11中任一项所述的方法,其中所述多个焊头顶端(11)被布置成梳状图案和/或被布置在辊上,并且其中所述进行粘结的步骤包括沿所述超声波发生器(10)移动所述第一幅材(1)和所述第二幅材(2)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中通过所述机械紧固件(5)与所述焊头顶端(11)之间的接合沿所述超声波发生器(10)来引导所述第二幅材(2)。
14.根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的方法,其中所述超声波发生器(10)还包括砧座(12),所述砧座包括与所述机械紧固件(5)的图案相适应的表面结构。
15.根据权利要求8至14中任一项所述的方法,其中所述第一材料为非织造材料。
16.一种适于将紧固材料粘结到非织造材料的超声波发生器(10)和/或砧座(12),所述超声波发生器(10)包括被布置成图案的多个焊头顶端(11),其中所述多个焊头顶端(11)被布置成梳状图案并且/或者其中所述多个焊头顶端(11)被布置在能够旋转的辊上,并且其中所述多个焊头顶端(11)具有在0.09mm和0.49mm之间,优选地在0.19mm和0.39mm之间的范围内的宽度,并且其中所述多个焊头顶端(11)具有在0.25mm和1.5mm之间,优选地在0.45mm和1.3mm之间的范围内的高度。
17.根据权利要求16所述的超声波发生器和/或砧座(12),还包括在所述砧座(12)上和/或所述超声波发生器(10)上的表面结构,所述表面结构与所述多个焊头顶端(11)的图案相适应。
18.根据权利要求16或17中任一项所述的超声波发生器(10)和/或砧座(12)用于将紧固材料粘结到非织造材料的用途,其中所述紧固材料的所述机械紧固件(5)被布置成图案,并且其中所述超声波发生器(10)的所述多个焊头顶端(11)被布置成对应于所述机械紧固件(5)的图案的图案。
