目前市场上的辅助改善记忆的药物或保健品较少,且长期服用药物会产生毒副作用。
针对老年人改善记忆的要求,开发一种以南瓜粉、大豆粉为主要原料的辅助改善记忆的特殊膳食用食品配方,经合理配比,降低成本,改善吸收效果,具有重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种辅助改善记忆的特殊膳食用食品配方,以解决老年人改善记忆的需求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:以南瓜粉、大豆粉为主要原料,添加盐藻提取物、DHA藻油等新食品原料,辅以茯苓、桂圆、杏仁、枸杞子、葛根、酸枣仁等药食两用中草药,组成该特殊膳食用食品配方,每100g中含有南瓜粉35-70g,大豆粉10-20g,盐藻提取物5-10g,DHA藻油3-5g,茯苓1-2g,桂圆1-2g,杏仁0.6-2.4g,枸杞子1-2g,葛根0.8-2.2g,酸枣仁1-3g。
南瓜粉:南瓜作为高钙、高锌、高铁、低钠食品,特别适合中老年人和高血压患者食用,有利于预防骨质疏松症和防治高血压。南瓜粉中的果胶可延缓肠道对糖和脂质的吸收,中和、清除体内重金属和部分农药,并能帮助肝、肾功能减弱患者增强肝肾细胞的再生能力。
大豆粉:大豆含有丰富的优质蛋白、不饱和脂肪酸、钙及B族维生素,大豆粉中含有丰富的卵磷脂是所有生命体细胞的组成部分之一,也是构成神经组织的重要成分;大豆粉中含有的磷酯酰丝氨酸可以改善神经细胞功能,调节神经脉冲的传导,增进大脑记忆功能。
盐藻提取物:盐藻中含有的盐藻多糖可有效修复糖链,恢复细胞间信息的正常表达与识别,解决由细胞糖链受损所引发的的疾病;所含的盐藻素营养含量比例与人体的体液、细胞浆液吻合,而被医学界誉为“细胞动力源”。
DHA藻油:DHA是一种长链的Omega-3脂肪酸,是人体大脑和眼部的重要组成部分,可以改善大脑认知功能,增强健康的老龄化人群的记忆力和学习能力。
茯苓:性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经,具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神、益智的功效。近些年研究发现,茯苓还具有改善学习、记忆能力的功效。
桂圆:桂圆含有大量的铁、钾等元素,能促进血红蛋白的再生以治疗因贫血造成的心悸、心慌、失眠、健忘;桂圆肉除对全身有补益作用外,对脑细胞特别有益,能增强记忆,消除疲劳。

本发明是通过特殊膳食用食品加工方法制备而成的:
1、称重,准确称取原料。
2、混合,具体的将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀。
3、浸泡,将步骤2混合好的混合物放入开水中浸泡2-3小时。
4、磨浆,将上述步骤3中浸泡好的混合物放入磨浆机中制成糊状。
5、均质,将上述步骤4中磨浆好混合物通过均质机将混合物通过挤压、强冲击与失压膨胀的三重作用下使混合物更加的细化,从而使混合物更均匀的相互混合物,其中,将压力设置为23-25MPa,温度设置在58-68℃。
6、喷雾干燥,将上述步骤中的混合物通过喷雾器将混合物中的水分快速蒸发,其中,将进风温度控制在130-135℃,出风温度控制在85-92℃,雾化度73-82%。
7、灌装,将喷雾干燥得到粉末灌装,每500克一罐。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:

(1)称量:准确称取南瓜粉600g,大豆粉190g,盐藻提取物50g,DHA藻油50g,茯苓20g,桂圆10g,杏仁10g,枸杞子20g,葛根20g,酸枣仁30g所有原料共1000克。(2)混合:将所有原料混合,搅拌均匀。(3)浸泡:将混合好的混合物放入开水中浸泡3小时。(4)磨浆:将浸泡好的混合物放入磨浆机中制成糊状。(5)均质:将磨浆后混合物通过均质机将混合物通过挤压、强冲击与失压膨胀的三重作用下使混合物更加的细化,从而使混合物更均匀的相互混合物,其中,将压力设置为23MPa,温度设置在66℃。(6)喷雾干燥:将上述步骤中的混合物通过喷雾器将混合物中的水分快速蒸发,其中,将进风温度控制在135℃,出风温度控制在90℃,雾化度76%。(7)灌装:将喷雾干燥得到粉末灌装,每500克一罐。
实施例2
(1)称量:准确称取南瓜粉6750g,大豆粉1500g,盐藻提取物360g,DHA藻油350g,茯苓160g,桂圆150g,杏仁150g,枸杞子150g,葛根180g,酸枣仁250g所有原料共10000克。(2)混合:将所有原料混合,搅拌均匀。(3)浸泡:将混合好的混合物放入开水中浸泡2.5小时。(4)磨浆:将浸泡好的混合物放入磨浆机中制成糊状。(5)均质:将磨浆后混合物通过均质机将混合物通过挤压、强冲击与失压膨胀的三重作用下使混合物更加的细化,从而使混合物更均匀的相互混合物,其中,将压力设置为25MPa,温度设置在60℃。(6)喷雾干燥:将上述步骤中的混合物通过喷雾器将混合物中的水分快速蒸发,其中,将进风温度控制在130℃,出风温度控制在88℃,雾化度80%。(7)灌装:将喷雾干燥得到粉末灌装,每500克一罐。
