本发明一种当归熟地炖鸡配方,属于药膳技术领域。
背景技术
营养学家指出,鸡肉食用量对人体,尤其是老年人的健康有重大影响。营养学家指出,由于人们一天中会食用各种食物,平均起来,鸡肉中的胆固醇含量最高。胆固醇会极大增加心脑血管疾病的诱发几率,如果女性每天都吃鸡肉,那么势必会有多余的胆固醇存积在体内,这不但不利于健康,也会增加心脏病、脑血栓诱发的几率。
不过现代科学认为鸡的营养物质大部分为蛋白质和脂肪,吃多了会导致身体肥胖。鸡肉中欠缺钙、铁、胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸以及各种维生素和粗纤维,长期食用易导致身体亚健康。鸡肉食用过量对人体,尤其是老年人、女性的健康有重大影响。
然而鸡肉本身又是不可或缺的食材,也是许多中华美食的重要原材料,如何健康的食用鸡肉是而今烹饪师需要重视的课题之一。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种当归熟地炖鸡配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种当归熟地炖鸡配方,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:鸡腿300份,当归熟地白芍各8-13份,川芎6-10份,盐5-7份,枸杞3-6份。
作为优选的一种当归熟地炖鸡配方,所用食材由以下质量份配比的原料组成:鸡腿300份,当归熟地白芍各10份,川芎8份,盐5份,枸杞5份。
将上述原料按质量份配比称量后,洗净,鸡腿剔骨切块,向锅中加水烧开,将洗净的原料除食盐外加入沸水中,熬煮30分钟即可,食盐出锅前2分钟加入。
本发明中中药材辅料的功效如下:
熟地,味甘,性微温,具有滋阴补血,益精填髓的功效;
当归,味甘,辛,苦,性温,具有补血、活血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠的功效;
枸杞,性平,味甘,具有滋补肝肾,益精明目的功效;
川芎,味辛,性温,具有活血行气,祛风止痛的功效;
白芍,味酸苦,性微寒,具有养血和营,缓急止痛,敛阴平肝的功效。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的药膳配方,刨除了普通炖鸡药膳的调味料的限制,仅以中草药为辅料,食盐调味熬制。
