Abstract
本发明涉及一种高速挤切粉碎机,它用“V”形部耐磨构件把四棱柱形柱销三个能接触到物料的侧面都保护起来,能使柱销使用寿命延长2倍以上,耐磨构件前端斜面把物料分向两侧,转子柱销和定子柱销耐磨构件两侧后部的不少于2~6个台阶能有钳持住物料颗粒的瞬间,并主要靠转子柱销高速运转形成的挤切力粉碎物料;因为几乎所有固体颗粒抗剪切力强度都只有抗压强度的一半左右,本发明挤切粉碎作用时间都是以微秒计和大多数本发明转子直接固定在电机轴上,没有任何辅助耗能设施等因素影响,又因本发明挤切力异常巨大,足以破碎任何脆性、韧性和富含纤维素的固体颗粒,所以该高速挤切粉碎机工作效率高、能耗低、应用范围广、适用性强。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及机械设备领域,尤其是涉及一种高速挤切粉碎机。
背景技术
[0002]国内外小麦制粉行业广泛使用一种名为撞击式磨粉机的粉碎机械。撞击磨粉机由机壳,转子部件、定子部件和电机组成。其中转子部件包括轮毂,固定在轮毂上的圆盘形转子盘和安装在转子盘上至少3圈、每圈16〜40个转子柱销。定子部件包括盖板、固定在盖板上的定子盘和安装在定子盘上的至少3圈、每圈20〜60个定子柱销。撞击磨粉机靠高速旋转的转子盘上的柱销在转子柱销与定子柱销之间狭小的空间撞击物料颗粒达到粉碎物料的目的。与辊式磨粉机等粉碎设备相比,撞击磨粉机具有结构简单、安装使用简单方便、体积小、售价低、能耗低和易损件(指径向撞击工作面都焊接硬质合金片保护的柱销)使用寿命长等显著优势。然而,撞击磨粉机只在粉碎与小麦胚乳类似的强度较低的物料颗粒时优势明显。被粉碎物料换成大米或玉米等强度稍高的物料,其优势就要明显打折扣。因为仅靠空间撞击既无法粉碎矿石类高强度物料颗粒,也无法粉碎塑料等具有一定韧性的物料颗粒,也难以粉碎植物秸杆等密度小富含纤维的物料颗粒。所以粉碎功能较低和适用面窄(目前只用在面粉厂)是现有撞击磨粉机的主要缺点。
[0003] 中国专利(专利申请号:201210481139.3)公开了一种“具有撞击粉碎和挤压剪切粉碎功能的粉碎机”,该设备是在撞击磨粉机基础上改进的粉碎设备。该粉碎机用一个具有径向、切向和倾斜三个工作面的L字形耐磨构件把柱销的相邻两个工作面保护起来,并把定子柱销转动10度〜30度角度,让定子柱销的锯齿形工作面挡住更多的物料,达到提高粉碎率的目的。理论上分析和样机试验都可证明该机的粉碎功能可显著提高。单独分析创新后的转子柱销,其使用寿命也可比原有径向工作面焊接一个硬质合金片的柱销高数倍。该技术方案根据上述分析和少量试验检测数据得出该机可使设备粉碎功能大幅度提高和设备使用寿命延长数倍的结论。但在该项技术样机研发和试验过程中,发现该粉碎机存在重大失误。该技术方案把定子柱销转动10度〜30度角后,扭转前的切向工作面也变成倾斜工作面了。定子柱销上离转子柱销最近处变成末端半个锯齿顶部圆弧的一条素线。按构件上被磨损掉的部位的体积推算,这半个锯齿顶部的耐磨损寿命只有原有撞击磨粉机厚度为2毫米的硬质合金片的1/10〜1/5。理论上分析,该专利转子柱销耐磨寿命是可延长数倍,但定子柱销很快被磨损同样使转子柱销与定子柱销之间间隙加大,使转子柱销耐磨寿命延长的优势变得毫无意义。样机试验显示,“具有撞击粉碎和挤压剪切粉碎功能的粉碎机”新机使用一两个月内粉碎功能比撞击磨粉机高10%〜20%,两个月后与撞击磨粉机持平,此后,其粉碎功能降低明显比现有撞击磨粉机快。综合分析,该粉碎机并未达不到设计指标,与现有技术相比没有明显优势。
[0004] 颚式破碎机是应用广泛的典型采用的挤压原理的破碎机械。它靠动颚挤压位于动颚和定颚之间的物料颗粒破碎物料。其动颚移动速度是以每秒若干厘米计。颚式破碎机只能破碎大颗粒物料,而且破碎效率很低。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的在于提供一种可广泛用于粉碎谷物、油料作物、各种植物根茎叶种子、矿物、橡胶和塑料等几乎所有固态颗粒状物料,且具有加工工艺简单,安装操作使用方便,能耗低和有效电能利用率远比现有技术高很多的高速挤切粉碎机。
[0006] 本发明提供了一种高速挤切粉碎机,包括电机、机壳、盖板、转子部件、定子部件,所述盖板与机壳的上端面固定连接,所述电机与机壳的下端面固定连接,所述转子部件包括轮毂、固定连接在轮毂上的转子盘和安装在转子盘上至少3圈转子柱销,转子部件位于机壳内并通过轮毂与电机轴固定连接;所述定子部件包括盖板、固定连接在盖板上的定子盘和安装在定子盘上至少3圈定子柱销,定子部件通过其盖板固定连接在机壳面部;所述转子柱销和所述定子柱销结构相同,均包括横截面为正方形的四棱柱形钢坯,钢坯上设有连接杆,连接杆为螺杆或光杆,其特征在于:所述转子柱销和定子柱销的四棱柱形钢坯上固定连接有耐磨构件,所述耐磨构件由两个水平段和“V”形部构成,所述两个水平段分别与“V”形部的两条斜面尾段相连接,两个水平段和“V”形部的两条斜面均关于四棱柱形钢坯的中心平面对称设置,所述水平段由2〜6个台阶组成,所述“V”形部的尖部呈圆弧状,“V”形部的两条斜面的夹角α的角度为80度〜140度,所述“V”形部的两个斜面和顶部圆弧状面形成柱销的径向工作面,所述两个水平段的2〜6个台阶形成柱销的切向工作面;所述转子柱销的内外侧切向工作面与定子柱销的内外侧切向工作面均与转子运动的圆周方向相切,所述转子柱销的径向工作面的圆弧面与所述的定子柱销的径向工作面的圆弧面相对安装。

1、本发明用厚度达2毫米以上的耐磨构件的两个水平段和“V”形部把设备运转时柱销钢坯上所有能直接接触到物料颗粒表面的部位全部包裹起来,同时耐磨构件水平段最高台阶的宽度为3毫米〜15毫米,这两项措施能有效的保障了定子柱销和转子注销的使用寿命比现有技术中定子柱销和转子注销的使用寿命延长1〜5倍;同时设备的适用范围由强度较低的谷物颗粒拓展到高强度矿石,有一定韧性的塑料、橡胶和含纤维较多的植物茎叶等几乎所有固体颗粒状物料。
[0017] 2、本发明要求设备安装时,转子柱销的径向工作面的圆弧面与所述的定子柱销的径向工作面的圆弧面相对安装。转子柱销和定子柱销上以柱销中心平面为基准对称的两斜面及相交处的一个圆弧面能把迎面而来的物料平均分向两侧,把物料积聚引入柱销切向工作面加工区域。进入切向工作面加工区域物料数量至少是现有撞击粉碎机械的3〜5倍,来料多是本发明粉碎效率高的重要保障。
[0018] 3、呈前低后高形状的柱销切向工作面上2〜6个台阶能先后挤压剪切粉碎被钳持在转子柱销与定子柱销之间较大的物料颗粒。本发明转子柱销与定子柱销之间最小间隙为0.5毫米〜1毫米,转子柱销与定子柱销之间最大间隙为10毫米〜20毫米,因为几乎所有被粉碎物料的粒度都远大于0.5毫米,且大部分粉碎后成品粒度都接近甚至超过0.5毫米,所以对绝大部分物料来说本发明的主要工作原理是挤压剪切粉碎。即当某一转子柱销靠近任一定子柱销时,必然有转子柱销和定子柱销钳持住大于最小间隙的物料颗粒的瞬间。此刻,以50米/秒〜150米/秒线速度运动的转子柱销挤压剪切物料颗粒必定能迅速粉碎任何脆性或有一定韧性和含纤维等几乎所有固体颗粒状物料。综合分析本发明柱销径向工作面能把绝大部分来料积聚引入柱销切向工作面加工区域,本发明转子柱销和定子柱销同时作用在物料颗粒上的挤压剪切力远比空间撞击力大得多,几乎所有固体颗粒抗剪切力强度都只有抗压强度的一半左右,本发明对任一物料颗粒剪切的时间都是以微秒计的极短时间,本发明转子直接固定在电机轴上,没有任何辅助耗能设施等因素影响,因此可以断言,本发明所设计的高速挤切粉碎机工作效率高、能耗低、应用范围广、适用性强,样机试验也证明同等规格的本发明的粉碎效率比现有撞击磨粉机高50%〜150%。
[0019] 4、本发明转子柱销的线速度达50米每秒〜150米每秒,是颚式破碎机动颚移动速度的上千倍,是前所未有,名副其实的高速挤切粉碎设备。它填补了目前世界上没有高速挤切粉碎设备的空白。
[0020] 5、因为本发明主要靠转子柱销和定子柱销同时作用在物料颗粒上的挤压剪切力粉碎物料,所以可以通过变更最小间隙同时适当变更转子转速来控制产成品粒度的大小,达到在保证产成品质量的同时,提高效率,降低能耗和减少噪声等多项有益效果。
[0021] 6、同时在盖板和机壳上设置的水槽及导热垫板能使流经水槽的冷却水带走因粉碎物料和电机运转产生的热能,达到降低被粉碎物料温度的目的。用于加工谷物时,低温加工能保持谷物原始香味,降低营养成分损耗和保证加工后成品具有良好的食品制作性能;用于加工塑料等遇高温会软化的物料时,可大幅度提高粉碎效率,常常具有举足轻重的重要意义。

[0037] 如图5、图6本发明在运转过程中,转子柱销6与定子柱销5之间的径向间隙总是一个从最大间隙Lmax到最小间隙Lmin的变化过程。
[0038] 使用时,物料从盖板3上的进料口 2进入机壳4内的转子盘8与定子盘7之间的空间,电机10带动转子部件旋转。转子部件高速旋转形成的离心力、风力及转子柱销6的撞击力迫使物料穿过转子柱销6与定子柱销5之间狭小空隙从机壳4中心向外缘运动,并最终从机壳4上的出料口 1排出。在此运转过程中,任意一个转子柱销6与每个定子柱销5靠近的过程都是一个由Lmax向Lmin变化的过程。同时也是本发明挤切粉碎物料的全过程。因本发明要求来料的粒度不应大于Lmax,且本发明可将Lmin设计成0.5毫米〜3毫米(现有同类粉碎设备的来料粒度几乎全部大于0.5毫米),所以当转子柱销6运动使转子柱销6与定子柱销5之间间隙达到或超过Lmax时,且本发明可将Lmax设计成10毫米〜20毫米必然把物料颗粒钳持在转子柱销6和定子柱销5之间,异常巨大的挤切力先把转子柱销6的径向工作面121与其相对的定子柱销5的径向工作面121钳持住的大粒度物料迅速粉碎成小粒度物料,小粒度物料进入切向工作面122区域再次被粉碎。
[0039] 大部分固体材料的抗剪切强度都只有抗压强度的一半左右或者更低,转子柱销6和定子柱销5同时施加在物料颗粒上的挤切作用力远比转子柱销空间撞击物料颗粒的作用力大得多,本发明柱销径向工作面121 (两斜面相交的顶端为圆弧面)可把触及到的物料分向两侧,聚集引导物料颗粒进入切向工作面122粉碎作业区域,也是使本发明的粉碎功能和效率大幅度提高的重要因素。
[0040] 从理论上讲,对于粒度小于最小间隙Lmin的物料颗粒,转子柱销6和定子柱销5没有能同时触及一个物料颗粒的可能,本发明装置的挤切粉碎功能不起作用了。但实际操作过程中,当切向工作面122粉碎作业区域聚集足够多物料颗粒时,位于最小间隙Lmin空间内的不可能只是粒度小于最小间隙Lmin的物料颗粒,最小间隙Lmin空间内必然会夹杂有较大颗粒或粒度小于最小间隙Lmin的物料重叠,这样就使得粒度小于最小间隙Lmin的物料颗粒仍然能够被挤切粉碎。因最小间隙Lmin范围为0.5毫米〜1毫米,比现有撞击磨粉机小,所以其挤切粉碎功能也比现有撞击磨粉机强。本发明转速在1000转每分钟〜3000转每分钟的转子上的柱销运动的线速度高达20米每秒〜100米每秒。以如此高的速度挤切必定能高效轻松粉碎橡胶、塑料等韧性材料,因此,本发明粉碎任何粒度的物料颗粒的效率都比现有技术明显高。
[0041] 此外,本发明工作时的能耗只有空载运转能耗、粉碎物料能耗、物料粉碎产生热量能耗和转子带动粉碎物料运动能耗四项能耗。本发明结构简单,空载能耗比大多数粉碎机械低。本发明工作时,转子柱销6带动物料做圆周运动,同时物料也从转子中心迅速向转子外缘运动,并从机壳4的出料口 1排出。对每个转子柱销6来说,带动同一物料颗粒运动只有一次(现有的球磨机和圆锥破碎机等都是反复多次),所以本发明带动物料运动能耗也比大多数粉碎机械低得多。将上述因素综合分析,本发明的高速挤切粉碎机能耗率低,有效动能利用率高。
[0042] 实施例二:
本实施例二与粉碎相关的结构特征和工作原理都与实施例一完全相同,所以实施例二拥有前面所述实施例一的全部优势,两者的差异只是在实施例二中增加了水冷装置。如图7所示,在盖板3上设置了盖板水槽14,在机壳4上设置了机壳水槽15,在盖板3和定子盘7之间设置导热垫板16,铝制导热垫板16下表面与定子柱销5和固定定子柱销5的螺母压实紧贴在一起,导热垫板16上表面与盖板3的底面压实紧贴在一起。如图8、图9所示,在盖板3的上部绕进料口 2设置了若干圈连续的环形盖板水槽14,所述盖板水槽14的最外圈起始端设置有盖板水槽进水管18,盖板水槽14的最内圈末尾端设置有盖板水槽出水管17。如图10、图11所示,所述机壳4上设置有机壳水槽15,所述机壳水槽15又可以分为蜗壳水槽151和壳底水槽152,所述蜗壳水槽151是在机壳4外侧增加了一圈水槽,所述壳底水槽152是在机壳4的底部增加环绕电机10法兰盘增设若干圈连续的环形的水槽,在机壳4底部开一个长方形通水口 19把蜗壳水槽151和壳底水槽152连通起来。机壳水槽进水管20设置在机壳4靠近出料口 1处,机壳水槽出水管21设置在机壳4底部靠近电机10处。
[0043] 使用时,物料从盖板3上的进料口 2进入机壳4内的同时,一路冷却水从盖板水槽进水管18进入盖板水槽14后,沿环形水槽流动若干圈后,从盖板水槽出水管17流出,同时导热垫板16能把因粉碎物料在定子柱销5上产生和积聚的热能迅速传导到盖板3上,通过盖板3上的盖板水槽14的冷却水即可带走这部分热能,达到降低被粉碎物料温度的目的。另一路冷却水从机壳水槽进水管20进入蜗壳水槽151后,沿机壳外流动近一圈,再通过蜗壳水槽151与壳底水槽152之间的通水口 19进入壳底水槽152的外环,然后再沿壳底水槽152流动若干圈,最后从机壳水槽出水管21流出。在上述过程中,冷却水带走因粉碎物料和电机运转产生的热能,达到降低被粉碎物料温度的目的。显然,本发明实施例二除具有实施例一的全部优势外,还具有能显著降低被粉碎物料温度的有点。本发明实施例二用于加工谷物时,低温加工能保持谷物原始香味,降低营养成分损耗和保证加工后成品具有良好的食品制作性能。本发明实施例二用于加工塑料等遇高温会软化的物料时,可大幅度提高粉碎效率,常常具有举足轻重的重要意义。
[0044] 综上所述,本发明的高速挤切能随机可广泛应用在在谷物加工、饲料加工、冶金、化学工程、塑料、医药、建筑、电子和能源等诸多领域,能够高效的粉碎谷物、油料作物、各种植物根茎叶种子、矿物、橡胶和塑料等几乎所有固态颗粒状物料,且具有加工工艺简单,安装操作使用方便,能耗低和有效电能利用率高的明显优点。

Claims (10)
1.一种高速挤切粉碎机,包括电机、机壳、盖板、转子部件、定子部件,所述盖板与机壳的上端面固定连接,所述电机与机壳的下端面固定连接,所述转子部件包括轮毂、固定连接在轮毂上的转子盘和安装在转子盘上至少3圈转子柱销,转子部件位于机壳内并通过轮毂与电机轴固定连接;所述定子部件包括盖板、固定连接在盖板上的定子盘和安装在定子盘上至少3圈定子柱销,定子部件通过其盖板固定连接在机壳面部;所述转子柱销和所述定子柱销结构相同,均包括横截面为正方形的四棱柱形钢坯,钢坯上设有连接杆,连接杆为螺杆或光杆,其特征在于:所述转子柱销和定子柱销的四棱柱形钢坯上固定连接有耐磨构件,所述耐磨构件由两个水平段和“V”形部构成,所述两个水平段分别与“V”形部的两条斜面尾段相连接,两个水平段和“V”形部的两条斜面均关于四棱柱形钢坯的中心平面对称设置,所述水平段由2〜6个台阶组成,所述“V”形部的尖部呈圆弧状,“V”形部的两条斜面的夹角α的角度为80度〜140度,所述“V”形部的两个斜面和顶部圆弧状面形成柱销的径向工作面,所述两个水平段的2〜6个台阶形成柱销的切向工作面;所述转子柱销的内外侧切向工作面与定子柱销的内外侧切向工作面均与转子运动的圆周方向相切,所述转子柱销的径向工作面的圆弧面与所述的定子柱销的径向工作面的圆弧面相对安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述高速挤切粉碎机,其特征在于:所述耐磨构件的厚度至少为2毫米;所述耐磨构件的内侧和外侧的切向工作面台阶以靠近径向工作面为前方,以远离径向工作面为后方,各台阶高度从前向后台阶面的高度依次升高0.5毫米〜1.5毫米。
3.根据权利要求2所述高速挤切粉碎机,其特征在于:所述耐磨构件的内侧和外侧的切向工作面最低台阶的宽度不小于1毫米;所述耐磨构件的内侧和外侧的切向工作面最高台阶的宽度为3毫米〜15毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述高速挤切粉碎机,其特征在于:所述钢坯与耐磨构件之间采用焊接连接或粘接连接的形式。
5.根据权利要求1所述高速挤切粉碎机,其特征在于:所述转子柱销和定子柱销之间的最小间隙为0.5毫米〜3毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述高速挤切粉碎机,其特征在于:所述转子柱销的线速度为50米每秒〜150米每秒。
7.根据权利要求1所述高速挤切粉碎机,其特征在于:所述盖板的上端面设有多圈环形盖板水槽,所述盖板水槽的一端设有盖板水槽进水管,所述盖板水槽的另一端设有盖板水槽出水管。
8.根据权利要求1所述高速挤切粉碎机,其特征在于:所述机壳的下端面设有多圈环形机壳水槽,所述机壳水槽包括蜗壳水槽和壳底水槽,所述蜗壳水槽的一端和壳底水槽的一端由通水口相连通,所述蜗壳水槽的另一端设有机壳水槽进水管,所述壳底水槽的另一端设有机壳水槽出水管。
9.根据权利要求8所述高速挤切粉碎机,其特征在于:所述通水口为长方形。
10.根据权利要求7所述高速挤切粉碎机,其特征在于:所述定子盘和盖板之间设有导热垫板。
