本发明涉及手机制备技术领域,具体涉及一种模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、选取PET或PC材料的片材;S2、制作菲林并通过油墨印刷至所述片材表面;S3、对印刷后的片材进行干燥处理;S4、将步骤S3所得片材的印刷面贴上保护膜并冲孔处理;S5、预热S4所得片材,进行热成型;S6、将步骤S5所得片材剪切成预设形状后,放入模具内进行注塑得产品,所述模具表面进行纹路雕刻。本发明方法先选取合适厚度片材进行所需颜色等图纹印刷,再进行贴保护膜、热成型、冲切,放入表面纹路雕刻的模具内进行注塑,所得产品表面既具有纹路凹凸感,表面硬度、附着力都在原有工艺基础之上。

一种模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及手机制备技术领域,具体涉及一种模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法。
背景技术
现有的手机外壳的生产工艺有注塑、喷涂、电镀、真空镀、IML等各种工艺,但这些工艺只是在注塑件表面进行表面处理,要么塑件表面是平面,要么表面是带纹路效果,再进行表面喷涂、电镀或印刷等工艺,其颜色鲜艳度不够,以及附着力相对来说较差。较好的工艺为膜内贴标(IML),将印刷好的片材放入模内进行注塑成型,产品出来后,其印刷面附着在产品(塑件)表面,光亮面(或拉丝面)露在外面,这样可有效的解决附着力问题,以及增加其层次感。但对于表面有纹路凹凸感的产品,目前工艺只有在模具上蚀纹后,再注塑并进行表面处理所得,这样就出现上述所说的附着力较差等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种避免表面具有纹路的产品在注塑后进行表面处理,会有印刷后不良问题的模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、选取PET或PC材料的片材;
S2、制作菲林并通过油墨印刷至所述片材表面;
S3、对印刷后的片材进行干燥处理;
S4、将步骤S3所得片材的印刷面贴上保护膜并冲孔处理;
S5、预热S4所得片材,并用高压机或铜模使片材在预热的状态下进行热成型;
S6、将步骤S5所得片材剪切成预设形状后,放入模具内进行注塑得产品,所述模具表面进行纹路雕刻,所述纹路用于使所得产品在注塑后表面具有相应的纹路。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法有效的结合模具表面纹路雕刻的方法,将所需要的纹路表面效果,直接在模具前模仁上通过精雕机将其雕出,这样产品表面就具有纹路凹凸感,再加上IML工艺注塑,使产品注塑后视觉层次感增强,表面硬度增加,所得产品表面既具有纹路凹凸感,表面硬度、附着力都在原有工艺基础之上。且产品印刷在片材背面,所以不存在其它产品表面印刷后的不良问题,通过百格测试、酒精耐磨测试、RCA纸带耐磨测试等。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图予以说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:现有技术中使用模具直接注塑成型后进行表面处理,而本发明先选取合适厚度片材进行所需颜色等图纹印刷,再进行贴保护膜、热成型、冲切,放入模具内进行注塑,且所述模具表面进行产品表面纹路所需的纹路雕刻。
本发明提供一种模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、选取PET或PC片材;
S2、制作菲林并通过油墨印刷至片材表面;
S3、对印刷后的片材进行干燥处理;
S4、将步骤S3所得片材的印刷面贴上保护膜并冲孔处理;
S5、预热S4所得片材,并用高压机或铜模使片材在预热的状态下进行热成型;
S6、将步骤S5所得片材剪切成预设形状后,放入模具内进行注塑得产品,所述模具表面进行纹路雕刻,所述纹路用于使所得产品在注塑后表面具有相应的纹路。
进一步的,上述的模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法中,所述“模具表面进行纹路雕刻”具体为:所述模具的前模仁进行纹路精雕。
进一步的,上述的模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法中,所述步骤S3具体为:
S31、对印刷后的片材进行三段式干燥处理,包括顺次在50℃的温度下处理1-3min,在60-90℃的温度下处理3min,在25-30℃的温度下处理10min;
S32、对步骤31所得片材进行后补干燥处理:在70-90℃的温度下干燥1-4h。
以上模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法中,在上述参数下干燥处理,所得产品附着力最佳。
进一步的,上述的模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法中,所述步骤S2中的油墨为溶剂型油墨。
进一步的,上述的模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法中,所述片材的厚度为0.125-0.20mm。
实施例1
请参照图1,本实施方式提供一种模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法,工艺流程如下:
模具制作并对前模仁进行纹路精雕—选择合适厚度片材—对片材表面进行印刷—对印刷的片材进行干燥处理—贴保护膜并冲孔—热成型—将片材冲切成单个—将片材放入模具内注塑。
具体包括如下步骤:
S01、模具制作,并对模具前模仁进行所需纹路精雕;
S02、选择合适厚度片材,所述片材的材料为PC、PET中任意一种,片材的厚度优选为0.125-0.2mm;
S03、制作菲林并通过油墨印刷至片材表面;
S04、对印刷后的片材进行干燥处理;具体包括:
S41、三段式干燥处理,包括顺次在50℃的温度下处理1-3min,在60-90℃的温度下处理3min,在室温下处理10min;
S42、后补干燥处理,在70-90℃的温度下干燥1-4h。
S05、对干燥处理后片材的印刷面贴上保护膜并冲孔处理;
S06、将片材放入治具内进行预热,并用高压机或铜模使片材在预热的状态下热成型;
S07、将热成型好的片材用刀模冲好(单个);
S08、将冲成单个热成型后的片材放入模具内进行注塑。
综上,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明有效的结合模具表面纹路雕刻技术,将所需要的纹路表面效果,直接在模具前模仁上通过精雕机将其雕出,这样产品表面就具有纹路凹凸感,再加上IML工艺注塑,使产品注塑后视觉层次感增强,表面硬度增加,所得产品表面既具有纹路凹凸感,表面硬度、附着力都在原有工艺基础之上。且产品印刷在片材背面,所以不存在其它产品表面印刷后的不良问题,如百格测试、酒精耐磨测试、RCA纸带耐磨测试等。

1.一种模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、选取PET或PC材料的片材;
S2、制作菲林并通过油墨印刷至所述片材表面;
S3、对印刷后的片材进行干燥处理;
S4、将步骤S3所得片材的印刷面贴上保护膜并冲孔处理;
S5、预热S4所得片材,并用高压机或铜模使片材在预热的状态下进行热成型;
S6、将步骤S5所得片材剪切成预设形状后,放入模具内进行注塑得产品,所述模具表面进行纹路雕刻,所述纹路用于使所得产品在注塑后表面具有相应的纹路。
2.根据权利要去1所述的模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法,其特征在于,所述“模具表面进行纹路雕刻”具体为:所述模具的前模仁进行纹路精雕。
3.根据权利要去1所述的模具表面纹路的IML产品的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体为:
