Abstract

异形螺母加工组合机床,本发明涉及机械零件加工技术领域,尤其是指一种加工生产异形螺母的组合机床。本发明由上料工位、装夹工位、打孔攻牙工位、后倒角工位及缷料工位组成;本发明由于实现了全自动上、下料,打孔攻丝,整机装夹结构简单,便于调试,且定位稳定,效率高,节省人力,通过PLC控制电路,带动伺服电机,根据螺母的形状和大小,只需修改参数和夹持配件就能加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械零件加工技术领域,尤其是指一种加工生产异形螺母的组合机床。
背景技术
作为机械行业应用最为普遍的紧固件—螺母,具有悠久的历史。而其生产加工如附图1~5所示,首先将圆形棒材1夹压于车床的卡盘上,分别通过钻头2钻孔、丝攻3攻丝、车刀4车外圆及切断刀5切断等加工工序,则加工出一颗标准的常规圆形螺母11。上述的常规圆形螺母一般都是通过自动车床加工成型。
在现时科技飞速发展的时代,绝大部份产品本着节能、环保的理念,都朝向轻、薄的方向发展。而产品零件相互之间连接的紧固件依然必须依靠螺母完成,有限的空间迫使需要大量地使用异形螺母,亦即外形不规则之螺母,而异形螺母的加工会遇到很多的问题,首先不好装夹和定位,其次效率低,从而导致加工成本好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的缺点,而提供一种异形螺母加工组合机床。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:本发明由上料工位、装夹工位、打孔攻牙工位、后倒角工位及缷料工位组成;
所述的上料工位包括震动上料盘、分料条及料道组成,震动上料盘的出料口与分料条的接料口连接,在分料条的一端设有分料气缸,在远离分料气缸的分料条另一端设有与其连通的料道,在对应料道的分料条侧壁上,设有出料气管;
所述的装夹工位包括有推料气缸、压料气缸、定位块以及夹料气缸,在料道的顶端固设有定位块,推料气缸固设料道一侧的机体上,与推料气缸连为一体的推料片滑动设置于料道内,压料气缸固设于机体上,其凸伸的压料块位于料道的顶端的上方,夹料气缸固设于机体上,夹紧板一端与夹料气缸固接,叧一端设有一孔,且该孔罩套于被加工件欲攻丝之圆外周,该端铰接于机体上;
所述的打孔攻牙工位由Y轴移动机构、攻牙丝攻、打孔钻头及X轴移动机构组成,X轴移动机构固设于机体上,Y轴移动机构通过滑轨可移地设于X轴移动机构上,平行排列的攻牙丝攻、打孔钻头通过Y轴移动机构的驱动沿Y轴方向移动;
所述的后倒角工位位于打孔攻牙工位对面,其后倒角钻头亦同样通过Y轴移动伺服电机及旋转驱动电机进行工作;
缷料工位设于装夹工位一侧,所述的缷料工位可通过负压、吹气、重力下滑、气缸拨片诸多方案实现。
本发明由于实现了全自动上、下料,打孔攻丝,整机装夹结构简单,便于调试,且定位稳定,效率高,节省人力,通过PLC控制电路,带动伺服电机,根据螺母的形状和大小,只需修改参数和夹持配件就能加工。

具体实施方式:
见附图6~11,本发明由上料工位6、装夹工位7、打孔攻牙工位8、后倒角工位9及缷料工位01组成;
所述的上料工位6包括震动上料盘61、分料条62及料道63组成,震动上料盘61的出料口611与分料条62的接料口621连接,在分料条62的一端设有分料气缸622,在远离分料气缸622的分料条62另一端设有与其连通的料道63,在对应料道63的分料条62侧壁上,设有出料气管623;
所述的装夹工位7包括有推料气缸71、压料气缸72、定位块73以及夹料气缸74,在料道63的顶端固设有定位块73,推料气缸71固设料道63一侧的机体上,与推料气缸71连为一体的推料片711滑动设置于料道63内,压料气缸72固设于机体上,其凸伸的压料块721位于料道63的顶端的上方,夹料气缸74固设于机体上,夹紧板741一端与夹料气缸74固接,叧一端设有一孔742,且该孔742罩套于被加工件A欲攻丝之圆外周,该端铰接于机体上;
所述的打孔攻牙工位8由Y轴移动机构81、攻牙丝攻82、打孔钻头83及X轴移动机构84组成,X轴移动机构固设于机体上,Y轴移动机构81通过滑轨可移地设于X轴移动机构84上,平行排列的攻牙丝攻82、打孔钻头83通过Y轴移动机构81的驱动沿Y轴方向移动;
所述的后倒角工位9位于打孔攻牙工位8对面,其后倒角钻头亦同样通过Y轴移动伺服电机及旋转驱动电机进行工作;
缷料工位01设于装夹工位7一侧,所述的缷料工位01可通过负压、吹气、重力下滑、气缸拨片诸多方案实现。
当欲通过本发明加工异形螺母时,首先将圆棒材拉成外形与异形螺母一致的棒材,并将该棒材切为等同于异形螺母厚度的被加工件A,装入震动上料盘61,由于异形螺母的重心、形状等特征,使得等同于异形螺母厚度的被加工件A按照要求的位置依序通过震动上料盘61的出料口611排出,并滑落于分料条62的接料口621内,在分料条62的一端的分料气缸622顶推滑落于分料条62的接料口621内被加工件A至在远离分料气缸622的分料条62的另一端与其连通的料道63外,通过出料气管623将被加工件A吹入料道63内;
与推料气缸71连为一体的推料片711滑动推动被加工件A至料道63的顶端的定位块73处紧贴,使被加工件A于X轴方向定位;压料气缸72其凸伸的压料块721压在被加工件A上端面,被加工件A下端面与装夹治具的水平面平行,被加工件A于Z轴方向定位;夹料气缸74收缩,与其固接的夹紧板741将被加工件A紧贴治具表面,于Y轴方向定位,保证了加工时产品不会晃动或走位,也就保证了打孔攻牙后中心孔轴心的平行度和垂直度;
在夹紧板741被夹紧之时,孔742罩套于被加工件A欲攻丝之圆外周,Y轴移动机构81启动正转带动丝杆传动,攻牙丝攻82及打孔钻头83往Y轴方向移动,当打孔钻头83碰到被加工件A时开始打孔,打倒一定深度后顺带倒角,电机反转,攻牙丝攻82及打孔钻头83退回原位;此时,后倒角工位9进行相同的后倒角工作;在进行后倒角工作时,X轴移动机构84驱使Y轴移动机构81沿X轴方句右移,攻牙丝攻82到达加工工位,与打孔钻头83同样动作,完成被加工件A的攻牙工作;
打孔及攻牙工作完成后,装夹工位7松开或退回,产品可通过负压、吹气、重力下滑、气缸拨片诸多方案的缷料工位01实现。

Claims (2)

1.异形螺母加工组合机床,由上料工位、装夹工位、打孔攻牙工位、后倒角工位及缷料工位组成;其特征在于:
所述的上料工位包括震动上料盘、分料条及料道组成,震动上料盘的出料口与分料条的接料口连接,在分料条的一端设有分料气缸,在远离分料气缸的分料条另一端设有与其连通的料道,在对应料道的分料条侧壁上,设有出料气管;
所述的装夹工位包括有推料气缸、压料气缸、定位块以及夹料气缸,在料道的顶端固设有定位块,推料气缸固设料道一侧的机体上,与推料气缸连为一体的推料片滑动设置于料道内,压料气缸固设于机体上,其凸伸的压料块位于料道的顶端的上方,夹料气缸固设于机体上,夹紧板一端与夹料气缸固接,叧一端设有一孔,且该孔罩套于被加工件A欲攻丝之圆外周,该端铰接于机体上;
所述的打孔攻牙工位由Y轴移动机构、攻牙丝攻、打孔钻头及X轴移动机构组成,X轴移动机构固设于机体上,Y轴移动机构通过滑轨可移地设于X轴移动机构上,平行排列的攻牙丝攻、打孔钻头通过Y轴移动机构的驱动沿Y轴方向移动;
所述的后倒角工位位于打孔攻牙工位对面,其后倒角钻头亦同样通过Y轴移动伺服电机及旋转驱动电机进行工作;
缷料工位01设于装夹工位7一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异形螺母加工组合机床,其特征在于:
缷料工位可通过负压、吹气、重力下滑、气缸拨片诸多方案实现。
