先有技术的热空气型加热设备存在的缺点,主要在于能量消耗极高因为加热空气与包装材料接触并散发一小部分热后,便流入周围大气中,不仅从能量观点看是一个缺点,并且造成不必需的、而且在许多情况下是对大气有危害的加温。另一缺点是电阻类型加热设备对调节的反应缓慢。为保证在包装材料需要加热的时际,可以取得足够量的理想温度的空气,加热器本身一般都连续运行,并将产生的热空气引入大气,因此在不需要时,例如在对不断前送的片状包装材料坯作间歇加热时,不对包装材料冲撞。
因此先有领域的结构的低效率不仅浪费能量,而且对大气产生有害的加温,所以一般期望能设计一种没有上述缺点的热空气型的加热设备。
本发明的一个目的,是设计一种包装材料加热设备,加热设备用热空气运行,从而可利用热空气在迅速集中升温方面提供的优点,而避免其内在的缺点,主要避免低效率方面的缺点。
本发明的另一目的是设计一种加热设备,其热空气向大气散发的热能浪费,比先有领域的结构可大为减少。
而本发明的又一目的,是设计一种热空气型加热设备,不仅可减少热空气向大气的泄漏,并可限制总的热发散量,从而可取得高效率。
本发明还有一个目的,是设计一种热空气型加热设备,其设计及结构简单可靠,可设计为紧凑的绝热组件。
最后本发明还有一个目的,是设计一种热空气型加热设备,特别适合对用热塑材料作面层的包装材料边缘区加热。
根据本发明的一种包装材料加热设备包括带喷嘴的空气导管,有加热器和产生气流的装置,其特征在于有吸气箱与喷嘴相邻,并设有孔,吸气箱通过再循环管道与喷射器的吸气侧相连,用作气流发生装置。
在本发明中,设置有再循环管道的加热设备,使可能控制流向包装材料的热空气的一个非常大的部分,将其再循环,首先很大减少在大气中的损耗,其次与必须加热环境空气的设备比较,可明显提高设备的效率。将加热设备设计为放在绝热箱中的紧凑单元,可进一步提高设备整体的效率。
现对本发明设备的一个最佳实施方案,着重参照示意性附图作更详细叙述,示意图仅示出本发明必要的细节,附图如下:

本发明的加热设备布置在用热塑材料作外层的叠层材料制造包装盒或纸盒的包装机中,用于实现纸盒的液密密封。设备用于在密封前,将包装材料的边缘区加热到热塑层的软化温度。当然如有需要设备也可独立使用,例如在预制管形包装料坯时,或者通过将两纵边缘密封连接,将包装材料坯形成管形。
在图示的加热设备的最佳实施方案中,设备为紧凑型设计,围放在基本为矩形的壳1中,有盖2和底部3。盖2和底部3都有内充绝热材料4的壁。底部3的底壁上,中部设置纵槽5,供包装材料通过,在端壁上有对应的凹口。包装材料(未示)通过槽5,向上进入处理腔6,腔6由两个相同的互相面对的喷嘴7作横向边界,喷嘴上方有吸气箱8,这些部件围成处理腔6,使之仅向下开口。两喷嘴7有互相面对的两行出口孔9,热空气可从其中喷出,实现位于处理腔6中的包装材料(未示)上的基本为线状的加热。吸气箱8形成的处理腔6的上周界壁上,布置若干孔10,形式为不同直径的孔眼。为保证气流均匀,图1中最向右的孔直径最大,在向左的方向上,即在气流方向上(见箭头)孔的尺寸逐个减小。吸气箱8的左端与再循环管道11连接,再循环管道11通过一个回弯,与形式为喷射器12的气流发生装置连通。喷射器12的另端与加热器13连接,加热器13中有隔室14,其中有本身为已知类型的电阻元件15。在隔室14的另端,设置一个空气管道16与喷射器12关联,空气管道16通过一个回弯,将空气引入两个并联喷嘴7。
在一个喷嘴7的末端(按流向观察),放置一个热电偶17,电路与调节供给电阻元件15电流的传统控制器(未示)连接。喷射器12通过管18与压缩空气源(未示)连接,从其中取得供喷嘴工作的压缩空气。压缩空气源的容量应能向喷射器供给流速为50-100公升/分钟的压强在0.6至0.8巴之间的压缩空气。在这情况下,喷射器(传统类型)供给的空气流速为200-300公升/分钟。
当本发明的设备运行时,使喷射器12的管18与压缩空气源连通,喷射器通过吸气箱8的孔10吸入空气,使空气流入加热器13的隔室14。电阻元件15与电源连接,可将流过的空气加热到300至500℃的温度。将这样加热的空气通过空气弯管16,供给一个向两个并联喷嘴7分配空气的支管。
空气在高速下从喷嘴的直线型排列的孔9中喷出,朝向处理腔6中的待加热(未示)的包装材料的边缘。当空气到达包装材料的表面时,被从表面上引开,但由于吸气箱8直接放在两喷嘴7的上方,这部分空气立刻被处理,吸入吸气箱,以备通过再循环管11,再达到喷射器12,通过加热器13,(顺时针方向)再循环到两个喷嘴7。在这情况下,要求空气所达到的加热温度由感测空气温度的热电偶17控制,保证对元件15的调节,从而当空气通过时取得要求的增温。由于使用喷射器作气流发生装置,取代诸如不耐即时高温度的电鼓风机等,便可能使用再循环空气,再循环空气通过吸气箱后温度仍很高(约200-300℃)。吸气箱的孔10的设计为按气流前进的方向,直径逐个减小,证明可在喷嘴7的全部长度上,相当均匀抽吸回流空气,这是对包装材料均匀加热的一个保证。可将管18在壳1中通过或长或短的一个距离,便可将送到喷射器12的压缩空气预加热。
在本发明设备的实际运行中,经证明包装材料纵缘加热过程的能量消耗,有出人意料的最大节省,同时,由于设备的散热减少,工作环境的状况大为改善。

Claims (9)

1、一种加热包装材料的设备,包括带喷嘴(7)的空气导管,一个加热器(13)和气流发生器,其特征在于有一个吸气箱(8)与喷嘴(7)相邻设置,并设有孔,该吸气箱(8)通过再循环管道(11),与用作气流发生装置的一个喷射器(12)的吸入侧连接。
2、如权利要求1所述之设备,其特征在于吸气箱(8)与喷嘴(7)平行伸展,吸气箱的孔(10)朝向喷嘴。
3、如权利要求1或2所述之设备,其特征在于吸气箱(8)和一或多个喷嘴(7),共同形成待加热的材料部分的处理腔。
4、如前述权利要求中任何一项或多项所述之设备,其特征在于有两个互相面对的喷嘴(7),和吸气箱(8)共同形成向下开口的细长处理腔(6)的三个壁。
5、如前述权利要求中任何一项或多项所述之设备,其特征在于吸气箱(8)有孔(10),顺气流前进的方向各孔的孔径逐渐减小。
6、如前述权利要求中任何一项或多项所述之设备,其特征在于喷射器(12)通过一个空气预热器与一个压缩空气源连接。
7、如前述权利要求中任何一项或多项所述之设备,其特征在于另有一个热电偶(17)控制加热器(13),顺气流流动方向看该热偶位于喷射器(12)的上游。
8、如前述权利要求中任何一项或多项所述之设备,其特征在于加热器(13)包括放在构成空气通道的一部分的一个隔室(14)内的电阻元件(15)。
9、如权利要求8所述之设备,其特征在于隔室(14)与喷嘴(7)及吸气室(8)平行设置,由绝热壁围绕。
