一种橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料,将下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成:浓缩橙汁1-20份、浓缩苹果汁1-20份、甜味剂5-15份、稳定剂0.5-3份、防腐剂0-0.3份。本发明的优点是:将橙汁与苹果汁结合在一起,产品的稳定性好,口感得到极大的改善,并且最大限度地保留了橙汁和苹果汁的营养成分以及风味,是天然、绿色、健康、营养价值很高的饮品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,特别涉及一种橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料。
背景技术
橙汁既解渴又含丰富的维生素C,是老少咸宜的营养饮料。橙子被称为“疗疾佳果”,橙汁含有丰富的维生素C、钙、磷、钾、β-胡萝卜素和柠檬酸等物质。在预防某些慢性疾病、维持心肌功能以及降低血压方面有着重要作用。柑橘类水果的汁液,特别是橙汁和橘子汁中的黄铜有抵抗和预防腺癌、肺癌及黑色素瘤的功效。橙子发出的气味有利于缓解女性的心理压力。服药期间吃一些橙子或饮橙汁,可使机体对药物吸收量增加,从而使药效更明显。但高浓度的橙汁口感苦、涩,一般人难以接受,因此市面上的橙汁饮料浓度普遍偏低,以果汁含量5-30%为主。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种口感好、营养丰富的橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料,其特征在于:将下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成:浓缩橙汁1-20份、浓缩苹果汁1-20份、甜味剂5-15份、稳定剂0.5-3份、防腐剂0-0.3份。
上述稳定剂是将下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成的:黄原胶20-30份、CMC20-50份、卡拉胶20-30份。
本发明的优点是:将橙汁与苹果汁结合在一起,产品的稳定性好,口感得到极大的改善,并且最大限度地保留了橙汁和苹果汁的营养成分以及风味,是天然、绿色、健康、营养价值很高的饮品。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料,取浓缩橙汁1Kg、浓缩苹果汁1Kg、甜味剂5Kg、稳定剂0.5Kg。上述稳定剂是将下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成的:黄原胶20份、CMC20份、卡拉胶20份。将浓缩橙汁和浓缩苹果汁按比例配比加入调配缸内,加入甜味剂、稳定剂,定容、均质、杀菌、灌装或灌装后杀菌,即可得到橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料。
实施例2:一种橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料,取浓缩橙汁20Kg、浓缩苹果汁20Kg、甜味剂15Kg、稳定剂3Kg、防腐剂0.3Kg。上述稳定剂是将下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成的:黄原胶30份、CMC50份、卡拉胶30份。将浓缩橙汁和浓缩苹果汁按比例配比加入调配缸内,加入甜味剂、稳定剂,定容、均质、杀菌、灌装或灌装后杀菌,即可得到橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料。
实施例3:一种橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料,取浓缩橙汁10Kg、浓缩苹果汁10Kg、甜味剂10Kg、稳定剂1.8Kg、防腐剂0.2Kg。上述稳定剂是将下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成的:黄原胶25份、CMC35份、卡拉胶25份。将浓缩橙汁和浓缩苹果汁按比例配比加入调配缸内,加入甜味剂、稳定剂,定容、均质、杀菌、灌装或灌装后杀菌,即可得到橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料。此配方果汁含量:120%(其中橙汁60%、苹果汁60%)。
实施例4:一种橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料,取浓缩橙汁8Kg、浓缩苹果汁6Kg、甜味剂10Kg、稳定剂1.5Kg。上述稳定剂是将下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成的:黄原胶25份、CMC35份、卡拉胶25份。将浓缩橙汁和浓缩苹果汁按比例配比加入调配缸内,加入甜味剂、稳定剂,定容、均质、杀菌、灌装或灌装后杀菌,即可得到橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料。此配方果汁含量:80%(其中橙汁48%、苹果汁36%)。

1.一种橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料,其特征在于:将下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成:浓缩橙汁1-20份、浓缩苹果汁1-20份、甜味剂5-15份、稳定剂0.5-3份、防腐剂0-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橙汁与苹果汁的混合饮料,其特征在于:上述稳定剂是将下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成的:黄原胶20-30份、CMC20-50份、卡拉胶20-30份。
