本发明涉及一种细旦高收缩复合丝平纹面料的制备方法,细旦高收缩复合丝平纹面料由原料依次经整经、上浆、平纹织造、水洗碱量、染色、水洗、固色、定型制备得到,原料为高收缩仿棉纤维,染色的具体方法为:将经水洗碱量处理后的坯布放入染色液中,升温至50~60℃匀染5~15min,然后升温至70~80℃匀染5~15min,然后升温至125~130℃保温30~60min后,在75~85℃下排出所述的染色液,然后用还原清洗液在80~90℃进行还原清洗20~30min,完成所述的染色步骤。本发明通过对制备方法的改进,使得面料具有棉绒感、光泽柔和、蓬松透气、典雅时尚等特点,符合穿着的个性和健康舒适要求
