本发明公开了一种大众营养补充食品。由各种豆类、谷物等杂粮配制而成,配方食品中含有维生素、微量元素和膳食纤维三大营养素,含有各种带皮谷物,其营养全面、成分搭配合理且能满足人体对维生素和微量元素的补充需求,不加入任何添加剂,具有自然食品原有的味道;本营养食品根据四季气候的变化进行科学组配,能够满足人体均衡营养的需要,满足平衡维生素和微量元素的补充需求,每日食用100~150克即可满足人体一天的营养需求,既可充饥又能起到补血补气、改善微循环、益智养颜、抗白发衰老、增强胃动力和血管弹性的作用;对高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化等各种心脑血管疾病具有预防和缓解作用,具有较高营养和免疫机能,长期食用有益人体健康。

本发明涉及营养保健食品技术领域,特别是一种大众营养补充食品。
背景技术
营养对于保障身体健康和预防疾病起着关键作用。随着人民生活水平的不断提高,完善合理的膳食适应人们营养需要,研究符合人体所需的营养物质,才能实现人们的营养均衡吸收,有利于提高人体免疫力和抵御疾病的能力,保持健康长寿。如今患有“三高”富贵病的人越来越多,大众健康的主要问题已经由营养不足转变为营养过剩与综合营养素缺乏并存,心脑血管等慢性病已经成为社会和家庭负担,回归自然已成为现代文明社会人们对饮食返璞归真的渴望与追求。
人每天在调节功能的基础上,需要得到一定的营养量,但是只有一日三餐是不够的。许多营养学家认为:通常人们尽可能从日常的食物中摄取到他所需要的养分,然而,如果他们不食用维生素或微量元素营养补充的话,那么大多数人还是会出现营养不足的现象,理论上食物中可以汲取到你所需要维生素和微量元素,但实际上是不可能的,比如你想从每日三餐中摄取到额外的500毫克维生素C的话,就需要喝6~7杯葡萄原汁,仅仅单一补充某种食物是无法满足平衡维生素和微量元素的补充需求。目前市售的各种营养食品如八宝粥、黑芝麻糊、豆奶粉、核桃粉等,其营养成分较为单一,不能满足人体均衡营养的需要,并且在加工时往往添加了各种添加剂,如防腐剂、调味剂、分散剂、增稠剂等,添加剂的使用使得食品失去了自然风味,并且可能对人体产生不利的影响。因此研制一种营养丰富、其成分搭配合理、提高人体抗病机能、特别适于心脑血管等慢性病的营养食品至关重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对人体的营养需求,根据四季气候的变化,采用天然五谷杂粮组配一种大众营养补充食品。该补充食品营养全面、其成分搭配合理且能满足人体对维生素和微量元素的补充需求,提高人体免疫抗病机能。
为实现上述目的本发明所提供的技术方案是:一种大众营养补充食品,其特征在于:该营养补充食品在春季的原料组分重量配比为:红高粱1~3份,大黄米8~10份,江米9~11份,黄玉米1~2份,白玉米0.3~0.5份,小麦2~3份,黄谷子0.3~0.5份,白谷子0.8~1份,肾豆0.4~0.6份,大豆4~5份,绿豆3~4份,白豆3~5份,黑芸豆3~4.5份,荞麦米2~3份;
将上述配量的原料组分粉碎成80~120目面粉,食用时先用水调成稀糊状,再入锅蒸制10~15min即可。
本发明营养补充食品在夏季的原料组分重量配比为:红高粱5~6份,白高粱1~3份,江米6~8份,糙米6~7份,麦麸7~8份,小麦0.2~0.5份,蚕豆7~8份,苏绿豆0.1~0.3份,大豆0.8~1份,苦荞麦米0.6~2份,斑马豆7~8份,小眉豆0.8~1份,荞麦米1~2份,黑大麦米2~3份;
将上述配量的原料组分粉碎成80~120目面粉,食用时先用水调成稀糊状,再入锅蒸制10~15min即可。
本发明营养补充食品在秋季的原料组分重量配比为:大黄米0.1~0.3份,白高粱8~9份,粘谷子0.6~1份,粗江米0.9~1.2份,白玉米2~3份,小麦1~2份,麦麸8~9份,绿豆7~8份,花芸豆4~5份,红小豆0.5~1份,里小豆2~3份,小眉豆7~8份,黑芸豆7~8份,黑大麦米0.5~1份,黑糯米0.9~1.5份,粳米2~2.5份,红米0.5~1份,白香米1~1.5份,燕麦0.6~1.2份;
将上述配量的原料组分粉碎成80~120目面粉,食用时先用水调成稀糊状,再入锅蒸制10~15min即可。
本发明营养补充食品在冬季的原料组分重量配比为:大黄米0.9~1.2份,白高粱6~7份,粘谷子7~7.5份,糙米1~2份,白玉米4~5份,小麦7~8份,麦麸7~7.5份,绿豆0.9~1.2份,白豆2~3份,大麦0.7~1份,大豆7~8份,荞麦米0.8~1份,黑大麦米7~8份,黑糯米28~30份,粳米0.6~1份,黑小米0.4~1份,燕麦0.2~1.5份;
将上述配量的原料组分粉碎成80~120目面粉,食用时先用水调成稀糊状,再入锅蒸制10~15min即可。
本发明采用多种粮食配制成面粉,不加任何添加剂,具有自然食品原有的味道,食用时再调成稀糊状入锅蒸制;根据四季气候的变化进行科学组配,能够满足人体均衡营养的需要,满足平衡维生素和微量元素的补充需求;本发明配方食品中含有维生素、微量元素和膳食纤维三大营养素,其中含有蛋白质、脂肪、纤维素、辅酶b、钙、镁、磷、铁、锌钾、铜、氯、碘、钼、钴、铬、锰、硒、木质素、糖、钠、硫、VA、Vb族、VD2、VD3、Vp、VE、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、胱氨酸、a亚油酸、尼克酸、精氨酸、色氨酸、L1组氨酸、L1牛磺胺酸、L1甲硫氨基酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、络氨酸、苏氨酸、异丙氨酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、胡罗卜素、碳水化合物等五十余种元素,能够有效补充营养,经常食用可促进肠道蠕动,使身体细腻、体力充沛免疫力提高,调节人体新陈代谢;配方中除了有各种豆类,还含有各种带皮谷物,以提高食料中B族维生素等有益成分的含量;本产品为纯天然健康食品,每日食用约150克即可满足人体一天的营养需求,既可以充饥又可以起到补氧补血、改善血液循环、增强血管弹性的作用;对高血压、低血压、冠心病、心绞痛、贫血症、动脉硬化等各种心脑血管系统的疾病具有预防和缓解作用,对人体营养的吸收全面均衡,能调节人体新陈代谢,具有较高的营养抗病功效,长期食用有利于人体健康。

本营养食品按照四季气候变化分为春、夏、秋、冬四组配方,其中春季原料组分的重量配比为:红高粱1份,大黄米8份,江米9份,黄玉米1份,白玉米0.3份,小麦2份,黄谷子(带壳)0.3份,白谷子(带壳)0.8份,肾豆0.4份,大豆4份,绿豆3份,白豆3份,黑芸豆3份,荞麦米2份。
将上述配量的各原料组分混合粉碎成80~120目面粉,食用时按每次用量先调成稀糊状,再入锅蒸制10~15min即可食用;每日食用一次,每次100克面粉。
夏季原料组分的重量配比为:红高粱(带壳)6份,白高粱(带壳)3份,江米8份,糙米6份,麦麸7份,小麦0.2份,蚕豆7份,苏绿豆0.2份,大豆1份,苦荞麦米1份,斑马豆7份,小眉豆0.8份,荞麦米2份,黑大麦米2份。
将上述配量的各原料组分混合粉碎成80~120目面粉,食用时按每次用量先调成稀糊状,再入锅蒸制10~15min即可食用;每日食用一次,每次100~150克面粉。
秋季原料组分的重量配比为:大黄米0.3份,白高粱(带壳)8份,粘谷子(带壳)0.6份,粗江米1份,白玉米2份,小麦1份,麦麸8份,绿豆7份,花芸豆4份,红小豆0.9份,里小豆2份,小眉豆7份,黑芸豆7份,黑大麦米0.7份,黑糯米1份,粳米2份,红米0.5份,白香米1份,燕麦0.6份。
将上述配量的各原料组分混合粉碎成80~120目面粉,食用时按每次用量先调成稀糊状,再入锅蒸制10~15min即可食用;每日食用一次,每次150克面粉。
冬季原料组分的重量配比为:大黄米0.9份,白高粱6份,粘谷子(带壳)7份,糙米1份,白玉米4份,小麦7份,麦麸7份,绿豆0.9份,白豆3份,大麦0.7份,大豆7份,荞麦米0.8份,黑大麦米7份,黑糯米28份,粳米0.6份,黑小米0.5份,燕麦0.2份。
将上述配量的各原料组分混合粉碎成80~120目面粉,食用时按每次用量先调成稀糊状,再入锅蒸制10~15min即可食用;每日食用一次,每次125~150克面粉。
实施例2
本营养补充食品春季原料组分的重量配比:红高粱2份,大黄米9份,江米10份,黄玉米2份,白玉米0.5份,小麦3份,黄谷子(带壳)0.5份,白谷子(带壳)1份,肾豆0.5份,大豆5份,绿豆4份,白豆4份,黑芸豆4份,荞麦米2.5份。
配制与食用方法同实施例1春季配制食用法。
夏季原料组分的重量配比为:红高粱(带壳)5份,白高粱(带壳)2份,江米6份,糙米7份,麦麸8份,小麦0.5份,蚕豆8份,苏绿豆0.1份,大豆1份,苦荞麦米0.6份,斑马豆8份,小眉豆1份,荞麦米1份,黑大麦米3份。
配制与食用方法同实施例1夏季配制食用法。
秋季原料组分的重量配比为:大黄米0.2份,白高粱(带壳)9份,粘谷子(带壳)1份,粗江米0.9份,白玉米2.5份,小麦1.5份,麦麸8份,绿豆8份,花芸豆5份,红小豆1份,里小豆2.5份,小眉豆7份,黑芸豆7份,黑大麦米1份,黑糯米1.5份,粳米2.5份,红米0.6份,白香米1.5份,燕麦1份。
配制与食用方法同实施例1秋季配制食用法。
冬季原料组分的重量配比为:大黄米1份,白高粱7份,粘谷子(带壳)7份,糙米1.5份,白玉米5份,小麦8份,麦麸7份,绿豆1份,白豆2份,大麦1份,大豆8份,荞麦米1份,黑大麦米7.5份,黑糯米28份,粳米0.8份,黑小米0.8份,燕麦0.8份。
配制与食用方法同实施例1冬季配制食用法。
