背景技术
麻疹是儿童最常见的急性呼吸道传染病之一,主要症状有:发热、呼吸道感染、畏光、流泪、眼结膜红肿和皮肤出现红色斑丘疹等。其传染性很强,在人口密集而未普种疫苗的地区易发生流行,每2-3年一次大流行。近年来,成人麻疹发病率也逐渐增加,与儿童麻疹不同,成人麻疹肝损坏发生率高,还会出现恶心、呕吐、腹泻及腹痛等胃肠道症状,麻疹黏膜斑存在时间也更长。对于流行性强的疾病,重在预防,而目前尚无预防麻疹的食品,因此,市场急需一种口感好、方便食用、可预防麻疹的食品。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种樱桃味功能饮料及其制作方法,本发明以樱桃为主要成分,添加胡萝卜、杏仁,具有清热解毒功能的中药成分金银花、党参、防风和竹叶,以及益智成分DHA,最后用维生素C和可防止龋齿的甜味剂木糖醇调味。本发明提供的功能饮料口感酸甜,符合儿童口味,且具有益智、预防麻疹的功效。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种樱桃味功能饮料包括以下质量份数的原料:
樱桃:140-160份
胡萝卜:8-16份
杏仁:8-16份
中药粉:10-20份
DHA粉:0.1-0.6份
木糖醇:0.5-1份
维生素C:0.5-1份;
所述的中药粉由金银花、党参、防风和竹叶按照2:1:1:1的质量比组成。

本发明同时请求保护上述的樱桃味功能饮料的制作方法,该方法由下述顺序的步骤组成:
(1)将樱桃、胡萝卜分别清洗榨汁得纯汁,冷藏保存;
(2)将杏仁粉碎后,加水煮沸,得杏仁液,冷却后保存;
(3)将金银花、党参、防风、竹叶分别粉碎后混合得中药粉;
(4)将步骤(3)所得中药粉,采用超声波萃取法得提取液;
(5)将步骤(1)所得纯汁,步骤(2)所得杏仁液及步骤(4)所得提取液混合,再加入木糖醇、维生素C及DHA粉搅拌均匀后,再加水得混合液;
(6)将步骤(5)所得混合液进行离心、过滤,得清液;
(7)将步骤(6)所得清液进行灌装杀菌,包装成品。

樱桃被誉为“水果中的钻石”,具有极高的营养价值,其含铁量较高,较苹果高20-30倍。另外,樱桃还具有益气补血、祛风湿、防治麻疹、解毒等多种药效。但是植物性铁易被氧化,存在不易吸收的问题。本发明添加的调味物质维生素C具有极强的还原性,可以促进铁元素的吸收,铁元素具有增加中性白细胞和吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,同时也可使机体的抗感染能力增强,对麻疹的预防有重要作用。樱桃有多个品种,如黑珍珠、早红、先锋、黄蜜等,不同品种的色泽与口味均有所不同。
胡萝卜富含维生素,其中的胡萝卜素进入人体后,50%可转化成维生素A,而维生素A是构成视觉细胞中感受弱光的视紫红质的组成成分,对维持视觉的正常功能必不可少,可缓解麻疹患者出现的畏光、眼结膜红肿的症状,但是维生素A是脂溶性维生素,要溶解于油脂中才能被人体吸收利用。
杏仁可降气止咳平喘,润肠通便,对麻疹引起的呼吸道感染有很好的治疗作用;且杏仁中含有大量的油脂成分,可以促进胡萝卜中的维生素A的吸收利用。
本发明添加的DHA粉含有人体必需脂肪酸,不仅可以缓解麻疹引起的视力问题,还可提高记忆力和智力。木糖醇是一种新型甜味剂,可直接透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖元合成,而不引起血糖值升高,本发明采用木糖醇作为甜度的调节剂,不仅可以调味,且对于儿童易发生的龋齿,肥胖均具有良好的预防作用。

实施例1
(1)将樱桃(黑珍珠)140份、胡萝卜16份清洗榨汁得纯汁,冷藏保存;
(2)将杏仁16份粉碎后,加水煮沸10min,得杏仁液,冷却后保存;
(3)将金银花4份、党参2份、防风2份、竹叶2份分别粉碎后混合,过60目,得中药粉;
(4)将步骤(3)所得中药粉溶于水中,采用超声波萃取法,条件为:温度5℃,超声波作用时间10min,得提取液;

(4)将步骤(3)所得中药粉溶于85份水中,采用超声波萃取法,条件为:温度5℃,超声波作用时间10min,得提取液;

**本评分表是30位有经验的感官评定人员打分的平均值。
由表1知,本发明的饮料:透明,无杂质;酸甜比正好,酸甜适口;具有浓郁的樱桃香气,且无中草药气味,受试人员非常喜欢本发明的饮料。
春季(3-5月)是麻疹的流行期,本发明选择600位儿童(7-12岁)作为受试人员,自一月份起,给其中300位儿童每天饮用200mL本发明饮料,其余300位儿童作为对照不饮用该饮料。跟踪记录受试人员在春季麻疹流行时的症状,如表2所示:

如表2所示,受试人员饮用本发明的饮料后,对麻疹的抵抗力加强,在麻疹流行期,较未饮用本发明饮料的人员感染麻疹的几率下降,重症现象的人数也较未饮用本发明饮料的人员低,患病持续时间较未饮用本发明饮料的人员短;以上数据表明本发明饮料对麻疹有良好的预防作用。
Claims (4)
1.一种樱桃味功能饮料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的原料:
樱桃:140-160份
胡萝卜:8-16份
杏仁:8-16份
中药粉:10-20份
DHA粉:0.1-0.6份
木糖醇:0.5-1份
维生素C:0.5-1份;
所述的中药粉由金银花、党参、防风和竹叶按照2:1:1:1的质量比组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种樱桃味功能饮料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的原料:
樱桃:150份
胡萝卜:10份
杏仁:12份
中药粉:15份
DHA粉:0.4份
木糖醇:0.7份
维生素C:0.8份;
所述的中药粉由金银花、党参、防风和竹叶按照2:1:1:1的质量比组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的樱桃味功能饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,该方法由下述顺序的步骤组成:
(1)将樱桃、胡萝卜分别清洗榨汁得纯汁,冷藏保存;
(2)将杏仁粉碎后,加水煮沸,得杏仁液,冷却后保存;
(3)将金银花、党参、防风、竹叶分别粉碎后混合得中药粉;
(4)将步骤(3)所得中药粉,采用超声波萃取法得提取液;
(5)将步骤(1)所得纯汁,步骤(2)所得杏仁液及步骤(4)所得提取液混合,再加入木糖醇、维生素C及DHA粉搅拌均匀后,再加水得混合液;
(6)将步骤(5)所得混合液进行离心、过滤,得清液;
(7)将步骤(6)所得清液进行灌装杀菌,包装成品。
4.如权利要求3所述的樱桃味功能饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)超声波萃取条件为:于5℃下超声波作用时间10min。
