本发明涉及果汁饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种樱桃果汁饮品。
背景技术
樱桃外表色泽鲜艳、晶莹美丽、红如玛瑙,黄如凝脂,果实富含糖、蛋白质、维生素及钙、铁、磷、钾等多种元素。目前,樱桃的加工利用还停留在初级阶段,加强樱桃功能与保健价值研究,开发樱桃系列保健食品,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明旨在提供一种樱桃果汁饮品。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种樱桃果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:樱桃80-120份、番茄100-140份、白砂糖30-40份、杭白菊20-30份、枸杞子20-30份、白芍5-15份、金银花5-15份。
优选地,所述的樱桃果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:樱桃100份、番茄120份、白砂糖35份、杭白菊25份、枸杞子25份、白芍10份、金银花10份。
所述樱桃果汁饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将樱桃去籽,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到樱桃汁;
(2)将樱番茄清洗干净,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到樱番茄汁;
(3)将杭白菊、枸杞子、白芍、金银花混合粉碎,装入煎煮包中浸泡2小时,移入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量的水,在温度80-120度条件下煎煮2小时,得中药液;
(4)将樱桃汁、番茄汁、中药液、白砂糖混合,均质;
(5)灌装,杀菌即得成品。
本发明中原料作用如下:
杭白菊具有养肝明目、清心、补肾、健脾和胃、润喉、生津,以及调整血脂等功效;
枸杞子具有滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目的功效;
白芍养血敛阴,柔肝止痛,平肝阳的作用;
金银花具有清热解毒、疏散风热的作用。
本发明的优点是:本发明的饮品具有樱桃、番茄及添加的中药材提取液中所含丰富的营养成分,具有补脾、养血、健胃、安神、解郁之功效,是一种具有多重保健功效的健康饮品。

一种樱桃果汁饮品,由以下重量份原料制成:樱桃120份、番茄140份、白砂糖40份、杭白菊30份、枸杞子30份、白芍15份、金银花15份。

实施例1-3所述樱桃果汁饮品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将樱桃去籽,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到樱桃汁;
(2)将樱番茄清洗干净,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到樱番茄汁;
(3)将杭白菊、枸杞子、白芍、金银花混合粉碎,装入煎煮包中浸泡2小时,移入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量的水,在温度80-120度条件下煎煮2小时,得中药液;
(4)将樱桃汁、番茄汁、中药液、白砂糖混合,均质;
(5)灌装,杀菌即得成品。

1.一种樱桃果汁饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:樱桃80-120份、番茄100-140份、白砂糖30-40份、杭白菊20-30份、枸杞子20-30份、白芍5-15份、金银花5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的樱桃果汁饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:樱桃100份、番茄120份、白砂糖35份、杭白菊25份、枸杞子25份、白芍10份、金银花10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述樱桃果汁饮品的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将樱桃去籽,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到樱桃汁;
(2)将樱番茄清洗干净,加入其重量5倍量的纯净水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到樱番茄汁;
(3)将杭白菊、枸杞子、白芍、金银花混合粉碎,装入煎煮包中浸泡2小时,移入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量的水,在温度80-120度条件下煎煮2小时,得中药液;
(4)将樱桃汁、番茄汁、中药液、白砂糖混合,均质;
(5)灌装,杀菌即得成品。
