[0002] 中国经济的快速发展带来了一系列环境问题,其中,以PM2.5为代表的雾霾问题受到人们的广泛关注。伴随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的人采用汽车作为代步工具。车内的空气环境质量与人们的健康息息相关。汽车内的空气污染物主要包括三类:固体颗粒物(以PM2.5为代表)、有害气体(甲醛、V0C、TV0C等)以及各类微生物(细菌、病毒)等。其中,固体颗粒物的来源包括车内人员吸烟、扬尘以及来自外界大气的细颗粒物,有害气体来源则主要是汽车的内饰材质,而汽车内部由于空气循环不畅,也容易带来细菌滋生的问题。
[0003]目前,空调已是汽车的标准配置,汽车厂家以及车主普遍采用空气滤清器来改善车内空气环境质量。汽车空调空气滤清器主要用于过滤车内的固体颗粒物,从而提供新鲜空气。但既有技术并不能显示车内环境质量,因此车主是否开空调进行空气净化完全凭感觉。虽然市场上已有可释放负离子的车内用品,如车载净化器、负离子发生仪等。但具备负离子释放功能的汽车空调滤清器尚未见诸市场。

[0005] 汽车空调空气滤清器其设计目的主要是为了保护空调管路,因此其过滤组件主要采用初效、中效过滤材料,对于空气中大颗粒物,如毛发、PMlO等可有效滤除,但对于PM2.5几乎没有过滤效果。

1.一种汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述汽车空调滤清器包括固定框架以及按进风方向依次设置于所述固定框架内的复合过滤层和HEPA滤网层,所述复合过滤层是填充有功能填料的蜂窝结构,所述功能填料包括活性炭、抗菌分子球和TOP除甲醛颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述汽车空调滤清器还包括负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器设于所述HEPA滤网层内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述汽车空调滤清器还包括空气质量监测器,所述空气质量监测器包括PM2.5检测传感器、甲醛检测传感器、VOC检测传感器、TVOC检测传感器和负离子检测器中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述蜂窝结构为PVA六角蜂窝和纸六角蜂窝中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述活性炭为片状椰壳活性炭。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述固定框架由卡纸制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述HEPA滤网层由滤纸打折后滴胶制成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述HEPA滤网层的形状为V型波纹状褶皱。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一所述的汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述汽车空调滤清器还包括密封层,所述密封层贴在所述固定框架上,所述密封层由弹性材料制成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的汽车空调滤清器,其特征在于,所述弹性材料为EVA或EV0。
