Description

用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统
技术领域
本发明涉及用于混合动力汽车的动力传递系统,并且特别涉及供给用于控制、润滑以及冷却离合器、电动机、变速器等的机油的液压回路的改进。
背景技术
用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统已经被提出,其包括通过变速器连接至驱动轮的电动机,以及通过离合器连接至电动机的发动机。在日本专利申请公开第2012-111366号(JP2012-111366A)中描述的系统为这样的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统的一个示例。该系统通过使用连接至变矩器的泵轮的第一机油泵而产生液压,并且向变速器、电动机以及离合器供给用于控制、润滑以及冷却的机油。该系统还包括从设置在电动机下方的油底壳抽取机油并且向第一机油泵侧输送机油的第二机油泵。日本专利申请公开第2006-137406A号(JP2006-137406A)描述了通过使用来自与第一机油泵分离设置的电动机油泵的液压来使离合器分离的技术。
发明内容
然而,在JP2012-111366A中,机油仅由第一机油泵供给至包括电动机、离合器以及变速器的整个动力传递系统。因此,液压回路等的设计复杂。这意味着混合动力车辆具有如下结构,在该结构中用于具有电动机和离合器的混合动力车辆的模块布置在传统的变速器和发动机之间。因此,需要重新设置机油通道以从传统的变速器向用于混合动力车辆的模块供给机油。因此,需要对传统的变速器进行大幅度的设计改变。由于需要将变速器与用于混合动力车辆的模块一体化来设计液压回路,所以限制了自由度。
同时,在通过使用分离设置的电动机油泵使离合器脱离的JP2006-137406A的情况下,通常电动机油泵难以确保对电动机和离合器进行润滑和冷却所需的机油量。因此,当使用机油对电动机和离合器进行润和和冷却时,通常从第一机油泵将机油引入。因此,JP2006-137406A具有与JP2012-111366A的问题类似的问题。
本发明提高了用于设计供给用于控制、润滑以及冷却混合动力车辆中的变速器、电动机以及离合器的机油的液压回路的自由度,在该混合动力车辆中,电动机和离合器布置在变速器与发动机之间。
根据本发明的方案的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统,所述动力传递系统包括变速器、离合器、电动机、发动机、第一机油泵、第二机油泵、设置有第一机油泵的第一液压回路以及设置有第二机油泵的第二液压回路。电动机通过变速器连接至驱动轮。发动机通过离合器连接至电动机。第一机油泵向变速器供给机油。第二机油泵向电动机和离合器供给机油。第二液压回路与第一液压回路独立。
在根据本发明的方案的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统中,向变速器供给机油的第一机油泵与向电动机和离合器供给机油的第二机油泵彼此分离地设置。因此,从第一机油泵向变速器供给机油的第一液压回路与从第二机油泵向电动机和离合器供给机油的第二液压回路能够彼此分离且独立地构成。因此,扩展了用于液压回路的设计自由度。能够使用于具有电动机和离合器的混合动力车辆的模块与液压回路分离且独立地构成。当向变速器组装用于混合动力车辆的模块时因此提高了可操作性。无需或可大幅减少对传统变速器的设计改变。而且,混合动力化能够容易地应用于各种类型的变速器。
在根据本发明的方案的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统中,第二机油泵可连接至电动机并可由电动机驱动。
在这种情况下,由于第二机油泵连接至电动机并由电动机驱动,即使在离合器断开的情况下,第二机油泵也能够产生液压。相比于设置有具有专用的电动机的大尺寸电动机油泵的情况,实质上减少了成本。动力传递系统的尺寸被缩小且容易安装,并且即使在低温的情况下动力传递系统也能够确保产生液压。另外,由于降低了因断开等而引起的故障的可能性,动力传递系统高度地可靠。
在根据本发明的方案的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统中,第二机油泵可设置于在电动机的轴向方向上第二机油泵的至少一部分与电动机重叠的位置处。
在这种情况下,由于第二机油泵设置于在电动机的轴向方向上第二机油泵与电动机重叠的位置处,所以防止了轴向尺寸的增加。
根据本发明的方案的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统包括设置在电动机与变速器之间的变矩器。第二机油泵可设置于在变矩器的轴向方向上第二机油泵的至少一部分与变矩器重叠的位置处。在这种情况下,由于第二机油泵可设置于在变矩器的轴向方向上第二机油泵与变矩器重叠的位置处,所以防止了轴向尺寸的增加。

具体实施方式
将参照附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。首先,说明本发明的第一实施例。图1为用于说明根据本发明的第一实施例的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统的概略结构的大纲视图,并且是针对FR(前发动机,后驱动)的示例。动力传递系统10从发动机(ENG)14侧依次同轴设置有减振器装置(damper gear)16、电动发电机MG、变矩器18以及变速器(TM)20,并且驱动力从变速器20传递至传动轴22,而且通过差速齿轮机构24传递至右和左驱动轮26。减振器装置16连接至发动机14的曲轴15,并且K0离合器28作为连接和切断动力传递的连接/切断装置设置在减振器装置16和电动发电机MG之间,以便能够将发动机14从动力传递路径分离。KO离合器28为通过液压摩擦接合的湿式多板离合器。K0离合器28通过第一连接轴30连接至减振器装置16,容纳在由与电动发电机MG的转子一体布置的支撑板31等形成的空间中,并通过机油润滑和冷却。电动发电机MG选择性地用作电动机和发电机。在第一实施例中,电动发电机MG与发动机14用作用于行驶的驱动力源,并且电动发电机MG通过第二连接轴32连接至变矩器18。电动发电机MG相当于电动机。
变矩器18包括通过TC(变矩器)外壳33连接至第二连接轴32的泵轮18a,以及连接至变速器20的输入轴34的涡轮18b。变矩器18为将在泵轮18a中输入的驱动力的转矩放大、并通过机油将该驱动力传递至涡轮18b的流体变速器装置。锁止离合器36设置在TC外壳33与输入轴34之间,并且第二连接轴32与输入轴34因此通过减振器装置38而直接连接。该锁止离合器36为通过液压接合、脱离或滑动接合的液压摩擦接合装置。而且,变速器20为其中设立有多个齿轮的行星齿轮型有级自动变速器,所述多个齿轮依据多个离合器与制动器的接合与脱离状态而具有不同的变速比。离合器与制动器为通过液压接合的液压摩擦接合装置。
图2为具体示出动力传递系统10的主要部分的结构,换言之,电动发电机MG与变矩器18附近的区域的剖视图。变矩器18与变速器20容纳在第一壳体40中。将变矩器18与变速器20隔开的中间隔壁42与第一壳体40一体设置,并且输入轴34插入穿过中间隔壁42的中心部以便输入轴34能够旋转。在中间隔壁42的内周部,第一机油泵44与动力传递系统10的轴心S同心地设置。第一机油泵44为随着外转子44b相对于内转子44a偏心旋转而产生液压的内齿轮泵。内转子44a通过圆柱状连接构件46连接至泵轮18a以便内转子44a不能相对于泵轮18a旋转,并且电动发电机MG总是能够驱动内转子44a并使内转子44a旋转。
第一阀体48和第一油底壳50与第一壳体40的下端部一体设置。第一阀体48包括用于控制变速器20的换挡以及用于控制锁止离合器36的接合与脱离的各种类型的切换阀、液压控制阀等,并且还包括用于润滑和冷却诸如变速器20和轴承的各部分、或者向变矩器18供给机油的回路。换言之,如在图3中的液压回路的方框图中示出的,第一液压回路52与第一机油泵(OP1)44关联设置。在第一液压回路52中,由第一机油泵44从第一油底壳50泵送的机油首先供给至第一阀体(VB1)48,随后供给至变矩器(TC)18并从第一阀体48供给至变速器(TM)20。因此,得以控制变矩器(TC)18与变速器(TM)20的操作,并且机油被用于对各部分进行润滑和冷却。第一液压回路52通过使用设置在诸如第一壳体40、中间隔壁42以及输入轴34的不同部分的构件中的机油通道构成。第一液压回路52只是示例,并且并不是必须需要将从第一机油泵44排出的机油全部供给至第一阀体48。因此,可以进行各种变形。例如,一部分机油可以用于润滑和冷却而供给至润滑部位。在图3中,在图3中的变矩器(TC)18内示出的“L/U”为锁止离合器36,而在变速器20内示出的“C、B”为用于换挡控制的离合器与制动器。
基本上,变矩器18、变速器20、第一液压回路52等与传统的发动机驱动的车辆中的变矩器、变速器、第一液压回路等类似地构成,该传统的发动机驱动的车辆不包括用于基于电动发电机MG和K0离合器28构成的混合动力车辆60的模块。换言之,传统的发动机驱动的车辆的变矩器、变速器、第一液压回路等不需要大的设计改变而可原样使用。
同时,用于混合动力车辆60的模块为针对车辆的混合动力化而新加入的,并且电动发电机MG与K0离合器28容纳在通过多个螺栓一体固定至第一壳体40的第二壳体62中。K0离合器28布置在电动发电机MG的转子的内周部中。为了在发动机14侧将减振器装置16隔开,单独构成的第一隔壁64通过多个螺栓一体固定至第二壳体62,并且第一连接轴30插入穿过第一隔壁64的中心部以便第一连接轴30能够旋转。为了将变矩器18隔开,第二隔壁66也与第二壳体62一体设置在第一隔壁64的相对侧,换言之,变矩器18侧,并且第二连接轴32插入穿过第二隔壁66的中心部以便第二连接轴32能够旋转。在第二隔壁66的内周部,第二机油泵68与动力传递系统10的轴心S同心设置。第二隔壁66的内周部向电动发电机MG侧(向图中的左侧)突出。在第一实施例中,第二机油泵68布置在电动发电机MG的线圈的内周部中,以便第二机油泵68的至少一部分在电动发电机MG的轴向方向上与电动发电机MG重叠。类似于第一机油泵44,第二机油泵68为随着外转子相对于内转子偏心旋转而产生液压的内齿轮泵。内转子通过花键等连接至第二连接轴32,以便内转子不能够相对于第二连接轴32旋转,并且电动发电机MG总是能够驱动内转子并使内转子旋转。
第二阀体70和第二油底壳72与第二壳体62的下端部一体布置。第二阀体70包括用于控制K0离合器28的接合与脱离的各种类型的切换阀、液压控制阀等,并且具有用于供给用于润滑和冷却诸如K0离合器28、电动发电机MG以及轴承的各部分的机油的回路。换言之,如在图3中的液压回路的方框图中示出的,第二液压回路74与第二机油泵(OP2)68关联设置。第二液压回路74构成为完全分离并与第一液压回路52独立。由第二机油泵68从第二油底壳72泵送的机油首先供给至第二阀体(VB2)70,然后供给至K0离合器28并从第二阀体70供给至电动发电机MG。因此,得以控制K0离合器28的操作,并且机油被用于对各部分进行润滑和冷却。第二液压回路74只是示例,并且并不是必须需要将从第二机油泵68排出的机油全部供给至第二阀体70。因此,可以进行各种变形。例如,一部分机油可以用于润滑和冷却而供给至润滑部位。第二液压回路74通过使用设置在诸如第二壳体62、第二隔壁66、第一连接轴30以及第二连接轴32的不同部分的构件中的机油通道二构成。
在上述根据本发明的第一实施例的用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统10中,用于向变速器20和变矩器18供给机油的第一机油泵44与用于向电动发电机MG和K0离合器28供给机油的第二机油泵68分离设置。因此,从第一机油泵44向变速器20和变矩器18供给机油的第一液压回路52与从第二机油泵68向电动发电机MG和K0离合器28供给机油的第二液压回路74能够彼此分离且独立地构成。因此,扩展了针对液压回路52、74的设计自由度,这使得能够分离且独立地设计用于具有电动发电机MG和K0离合器28的混合动力车辆60的模块以及第二液压回路74。因此,当将用于混合动力车辆60的模块组装至包括变矩器18的变速器20时提高了可操作性。无需或可大幅减少对传统变速器的设计改变,并且混合动力化能够容易地应用于各种类型的变速器。
由于第二机油泵68连接至电动发电机MG,并通过电动发电机MG驱动和旋转,所以即使在K0离合器28断开并且发动机14被分离的状态下也能够产生液压。而且,相比于设置有具有专用的电动机的大尺寸电动机油泵的情况,不但大大地减少了成本,而且动力传递系统10的尺寸被缩小且容易安装,并且即使在低温的情况下动力传递系统10也能够确保产生液压,并且由于降低了因断开等而引起的故障的可能性,动力传递系统10高度地可靠。
而且,由于第二机油泵68设置于在电动发电机MG的轴向上第二机油泵68与电动发电机MG重叠的位置处,所以防止了轴向尺寸的增加。
下面,将说明本发明的第二实施例。在下面的说明中,与第一实施例实质上相同的部分由相同的附图标记指示以省略具体的说明。
在第一实施例中,第二机油泵68布置在第二隔壁66的内周部。然而,如在图4和图5中示出的动力传递系统80,能够将第二机油泵82布置在第一隔壁64的径向中间部分。图5为与图2中的V部分相对应的部分的放大剖视图。第二机油泵82为与第二机油泵68类似的内齿轮泵,并且随着外转子82b相对于内转子82a偏心旋转而产生液压。第二机油泵82布置于在平行于且远离动力传递系统80的轴心S的位置限定的中心线O1上。从动齿轮86设置在内转子82a的旋转轴84中。设置在支撑板31中的驱动齿轮88使从动齿轮86总是由电动发电机MG驱动和进行旋转。驱动齿轮88通过诸如焊接的固定方式一体地固定至支撑板31。第二机油泵82布置在电动发电机MG的线圈的内周部,以便第二机油泵82的至少一部分在电动发电机MG的轴向方向上与电动发电机MG重叠。构成第二液压回路74的机油通道布置在其中布置有第二机油泵82的第一隔壁64中。在第二实施例中,能够获得与第一实施例中的效果实质上相同的效果。在该示例中,第二机油泵82设置在不同于轴心S的轴线上。然而,第二机油泵82可以像第一实施例一样与轴心S同轴设置。
下面,将说明本发明的第三实施例。在下面的说明中,与第一实施例中的部分实质上相同的部分将由相同的附图标记指示以避免具体的说明。在第三实施例中,如在图6和图7中示出的动力传递系统90,第二机油泵92设置在第二壳体62中。图7为与图2中的VII部分相对应的部分的放大剖视图。第二机油泵92同样为随着外转子92b相对于内转子92a偏心旋转而产生液压的内齿轮泵,并且布置于在平行于且分离于动力传递系统90的轴心S的位置限定的中心线O2上。从动齿轮96设置在内转子92a的旋转轴94中。设置在TC外壳33中的驱动齿轮98使从动齿轮96总是由电动发电机MG驱动和进行旋转。驱动齿轮98通过诸如花键和焊接的固定方式布置在TC外壳33中,以便驱动齿轮98不能够相对于TC外壳33旋转。第二机油泵92布置在TC外壳33的外周部上,以便第二机油泵92的至少一部分在变矩器18的轴向上与变矩器18重叠。在第三实施例中,第二机油泵92同样设置于在变矩器18的轴向上第二机油泵92与变矩器18重叠的位置。因此,能够获得与第二实施例中的效果类似的效果,诸如防止轴向尺寸的增加。虽然需要在TC外壳33中设置驱动齿轮98,但不需要大的设计改变,并且能够按照原样使用用于传统的发动机驱动车辆的变矩器。
基于附图已经对本发明的实施例进行了详细的说明。然而,这些实施例只是示例,并且基于本领域技术人员的知识,本发明可以以添加了各种改变和改进的形式实施。
前述的电动机优选使用也可用作发电机的电动发电机。不论具有或者不具有发电机的功能,电动机可被构成以便为了冷却和润滑而向诸如线圈部分和轴承部分的部分供给机油。对于电动机与驱动轮之间的变速器,优选使用根据诸如车速和加速操作量的驾驶状态能够自动切换变速比的自动变速器。变速器可以为驾驶者能够手动改变变速比的手动变速器。变速器也可以为诸如行星齿轮型变速器的有级变速器,其中,变速比(齿轮)由多个离合器和致动器切换,或者变速器也可以为诸如能够连续改变变速比的带式变速器(belt-type transmission)的无级变速器。这些变速器需要机油被供给至摩擦接合部、轴承部等用来润滑和冷却。对于自动变速器,广泛地使用通过液压控制换挡的变速器。为了润滑和冷却,为了控制换挡,或者为了这两者,机油可被供给至变速器。
离合器连接和断开动力传递,并且将发动机从动力传递路径分离。优选使用诸如液压离合器的摩擦接合装置。在这种类型的液压摩擦接合装置中,随着液压摩擦接合装置通过液压接合和脱离而连接和断开动力传递,并且为了润滑和冷却需要将机油供给至摩擦接合部等。为了润滑和冷却,为了控制换挡,或者为了这两者,机油可被供给至离合器。
作为第一机油泵和第二机油泵,优选使用内齿轮泵,其中外转子相对于内转子偏心旋转。作为第一机油泵和第二机油泵,可采用诸如外齿轮泵的其他机油泵。例如,机油泵与电动机同轴布置。机油泵可布置在平行于电动机的轴心的其他轴向上。机油泵可布置在垂直于电动机的轴心的轴心上。能够对机油泵采用各种形式的布置。
第一机油泵例如设置在其中容纳有变速器的第一壳体(包括一体固定至第一壳体的隔壁等)中,并且向变速器供给机油的第一液压回路包括设置在第一壳体等中的机油通道。第二机油泵例如设置在其中容纳有电动机和离合器的第二壳体(包括一体固定至第二壳体的隔壁等)中,并且向电动机和离合器供给机油的第二液压回路包括设置在第二壳体等中的机油通道。第一液压回路和第二液压回路彼此分离且独立地构成。优选地通过将第二壳体、第二液压回路、切换液压回路的阀体、油底壳等一体设置来构成用于具有电动机和离合器的混合动力车辆的模块。
在变矩器布置在变速器与电动机之间的情况下,只需要具有如下结构,在该结构中,与现有技术类似地,机油从第一机油泵被供给至变矩器。在变矩器具有锁止离合器的情况下,该锁止离合器被构成以便通过由第一机油泵通过阀体供给的液压来接合和脱离。通常,第一油泵被布置以便连接至变矩器的泵轮并由变矩器驱动和进行旋转。然而,当没有变矩器时,期望如下结构,在该结构中,第一机油泵连接至电动机以便允许动力传递,并且第一机油泵能够由电动机驱动和进行旋转。
第二机油泵可连接至电动机,以便允许动力传递,并且第二机油泵总是由电动机驱动和进行旋转。第二机油泵也可以布置在离合器的发动机侧,以便第二机油泵由发动机驱动和进行旋转。如果在安装空间中存在空间,可使用具有专用的电动机的电动机油泵。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传递系统,所述动力传递系统的特征在于,包括:
变速器(20);
离合器(28);
电动机(MG),其通过所述变速器(20)连接至驱动轮;
发动机(14),其通过所述离合器(28)连接至所述电动机(MG);
第一机油泵(44),其向所述变速器(20)供给机油;
第二机油泵(68),其向所述电动机(MG)和所述离合器(28)供给机油;
第一箱体(40),其容纳所述第一机油泵(44)和所述变速器(20);
第二箱体(62),其容纳所述第二机油泵(68)、所述离合器(28)以及所述电动机(MG);
第一液压回路(52),其中设置有所述第一机油泵(44),所述第一液压回路(52)包括第一油底壳(50)和构造为切换所述第一液压回路(52)的机油通道的第一阀体(48),所述第一阀体(48)和所述第一油底壳(50)与所述第一箱体(40)的下端部一体设置;以及
第二液压回路(74),其中设置有所述第二机油泵(68),所述第二液压回路(74)与所述第一液压回路(52)相互独立,所述第二液压回路(74)包括第二油底壳(72)和构造为切换所述第二液压回路(74)的机油通道的第二阀体(70),所述第二阀体(70)和所述第二油底壳(72)与所述第二箱体(62)的下端部一体布置。
2.如权利要求1所述的动力传递系统,其特征在于,
所述第二机油泵(68)连接至所述电动机(MG)并由所述电动机(MG)驱动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的动力传递系统,其特征在于,
所述第二机油泵(68)设置于在所述电动机(MG)的轴向上所述第二机油泵(68)的至少一部分与所述电动机(MG)重叠的位置处。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的动力传递系统,其特征在于,包括:
变矩器(18),其设置在所述电动机(MG)与所述变速器(20)之间,其中,
所述第二机油泵(68)设置于在所述变矩器(18)的轴向上所述第二机油泵(68)的至少一部分与所述变矩器(18)重叠的位置处。
