技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属零件冷冲压加工工艺,特别是一种汽车稳定杆支架板加工工艺。
背景技术
目前,汽车稳定杆支架板为U形结构,两侧面上分别开有通孔,这两个通孔的同轴度要求高,而现有的汽车稳定杆支架板多采用手工成形,两侧孔同轴度达不到技术要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种产品质量稳定,合格率高,材料利用率高,生产成本低的汽车稳定杆支架板加工工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺步骤如下:
1.下料:根据设计下料,将板料剪成条料。
2.冲孔、落料:使用专用冲孔、落料模具,在下好的条料上冲制工艺定位孔。
3.去毛刺:去除工件加工部位毛刺。
4.弯曲成形:使用专用弯曲成形模具,将工件弯曲成形。
5.对冲两侧通孔:利用侧冲孔模具,同时冲出两侧通孔。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,同时加工出汽车稳定杆支架板的两侧通孔,保证了两孔的同轴度,产品质量稳定,合格率高,材料利用率高,生产成本低,具有推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
1.根据设计下料,用剪板机将板料剪成条料。
2.使用专用冲孔、落料模具,用冲床或液压机在下好的条料纵向中心线上分别冲制两个工艺定位孔,两工艺定位孔与落料后的条料横向中心线的距离相等。
3.使用振动研磨机或抛丸机去除工件加工部位的毛刺。
4.使用专用弯曲成形模具,使用冲床或液压机将工件弯曲成U形。
5.利用侧冲孔模具,使用冲床或液压机,同时冲出两侧通孔。

1.一种汽车稳定杆支架板加工工艺,其特征是经过如下工艺步骤:
(1).下料:根据设计下料,将板料剪成条料;
(2).冲孔、落料:使用专用冲孔、落料模具,在下好的条料上冲制工艺定位孔落料;
(3).去毛刺:去除工件加工部位毛刺;
(4).弯曲成形:使用专用弯曲成形模具,将工件弯曲成形;
(5).对冲两侧通孔:利用侧冲孔模具,同时冲出两侧通孔。
