为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺方法如下:
1. 下料:按照计算尺寸,将板料剪切下成条料;
2. 冲孔、落料:利用专用冲孔、落料模具,冲出安装孔并落料;
3. 冲缺口、翻边:利用专用冲缺口和翻边模具,冲制油管安装缺口并对缺口进行翻边处理;
4. 弯曲成形:利用专用弯曲成形模具,将已冲制缺口的工件弯曲成形;
5. 弯Z字形:利用专用弯曲成形模具,将已弯曲成形的零件再弯曲成Z字形;
6. 表面处理:将冲制好的汽车刹车油管支架进行电泳处理。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,产品合格率高,质量稳定,操作简便、安全,生产效率高、成本低,具有推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
1. 利用剪板机或切割机,按照计算尺寸,将板料剪切下成条料;

5. 利用专用弯曲成形模具,在冲床或者或液压机上,将已弯曲成形的零件再弯曲成Z字形;
6. 将冲制好的汽车刹车油管支架进行电泳处理。
