背景技术
汽车车桥上的轴管的结构特点是一端为圆形,另一端呈圆锥形,目前大都是采用钢板冲压成形、组焊而成,材料利用率低,生产成本高,焊接变形影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种节约材料,生产效率高、成本低,操作简便,产品质量可靠的汽车轴管加工工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺方法是:根据设计要求,先选用圆形管材下料,再在工件一端扩口成圆锥形,然后将工件两端口倒角整形成产品。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,选用圆形管材加工,无需焊接,节约材料,生产效率高、成本低,操作简便,产品质量可靠,具有推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
根据设计要求,先选用优质圆形管材,使用锯床或切割机下料,再采用专用模具在工件一端扩口成圆锥形,然后将工件两端口倒角整形成产品。
