本发明涉及一种金属零件加工工艺,特别是一种双锥面工件加工工艺。
背景技术
目前,在加工双锥面工件时,根据结构和材料要求,可采用冲压成形加工方法或钢板弯制成形、切边的加工方法,但由于材料回弹不一致或加工板材厚度差别,两边锥角和对称度无法达到图纸要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述不足之处,而提供一种能确保两边锥角和对称度符合要求,产品合格率高,操作简便,生产效率高的双锥面工件加工工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺步骤如下:
1.下料:选用截面为圆形或者正方形的钢材;
2.加工内孔锥面:先从钢材一端加工出内孔锥面,并留出掉头时用的夹头和刀口;
3.定锥孔中心线:将上述步骤加工后的钢材掉头,固定夹头找正锥孔轴向中心线;
4.加工外锥面:沿锥孔轴向中心线粗、精车出外锥面后,切断夹头和刀口即可。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,加工出的双锥面工件能确保两边锥角和对称度符合要求,产品合格率高,操作简便,生产效率高,质量可靠,在行业内具有一定的推广价值。
具体实施方式
1.选用截面为圆形或者正方形的钢材;
2.先从钢材一端加工出内孔锥面,并留出掉头时用的夹头和刀口;
3.将上述步骤加工后的钢材掉头,固定夹头找正锥孔轴向中心线;
4.沿锥孔轴向中心线粗、精车出外锥面后,切断夹头和刀口即可。

(1).下料:选用截面为圆形或者正方形的钢材;
(2).加工内孔锥面:先从钢材一端加工出内孔锥面,并留出掉头时用的夹头和刀口;
(3).定锥孔中心线:将上述步骤加工后的钢材掉头,固定夹头找正锥孔轴向中心线;
(4).加工外锥面:沿锥孔轴向中心线粗、精车出外锥面后,切断夹头和刀口即可。
