本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种加工精度高、一致性好,产品质量稳定可靠,生产效率高、成本低,操作方便的汽车悬臂支承板加工工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺步骤如下:
1.下料:根据产品的展开尺寸,将板料剪切成条料。
2.冲孔、落料:使用专用冲孔、落料模具,在下料的条料上冲制工艺定位孔后落料。
3.成形:使用专用成形模具,在已冲孔、落料工件上以工艺定位孔定位进行成形加工。
4.修边、冲孔:使用专用修边、冲孔模具,对已成形工件进行修边、冲孔加工。
5.冲两侧圆弧:使用专用冲侧圆弧模具,冲制工件两侧圆弧。
6.去毛刺:对经上述加工的工件进行去毛刺后成产品。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,加工精度高、一致性好,产品质量稳定可靠,生产效率高、成本低,操作方便,具有推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
1. 根据产品的展开尺寸,将板料剪切成条料。
2. 使用专用冲孔、落料模具,在下料的条料上冲制工艺定位孔后落料。
3. 使用专用成形模具,在已冲孔、落料工件上以工艺定位孔定位进行成形加工。
4. 使用专用修边、冲孔模具,对已成形工件进行修边、冲孔加工。
5. 使用专用冲侧圆弧模具,冲制工件两侧圆弧。
6. 对经上述加工的工件进行去毛刺后成产品。
