技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属冷加工方法,特别是一种汽车桥壳加强板加工工艺。
背景技术
桥壳加强板是汽车车桥桥壳中间段的一种起加强作用的部件,与桥壳中段焊接连接,以提高桥壳的强度,在加强板与桥壳连接处要求贴合好、焊接牢固,因此对桥壳加强板的形状、精度有较高的要求。但目前在加强板的生产加工中,普遍采用手工成形,其形状、尺寸精度难以达到技术要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种加工精度高,产品质量稳定可靠,操作方便的桥壳加强板加工工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺步骤如下:
1. 下料:根据设计下料,在工件上加工工艺定位孔。
2. 冲压成形:以工艺定位孔和一边定位,在压力机上对工件进行冲压成形。
3. 整形:使用整形模具对已冲压成形的工件进行整形处理。
4. 去毛刺:对经上述加工的工件进行去除冲压毛刺处理后成产品。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,加工精度高、效率高,产品质量稳定可靠,操作方便,具有推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
 1. 先使用剪板机将板料剪下成条料,再根据设计下料,在工件上加工工艺定位孔。
 2. 以工艺定位孔和一边定位,在160T压力机上对工件进行冲压成形。
 3. 使用整形模具对已冲压成形的工件进行整形处理。
 4. 使用滚砂机或抛丸机对经上述加工的工件进行去除冲压毛刺处理后成产品。

1.一种桥壳加强板加工工艺,其特征是经过如下工艺步骤:
(1). 下料:根据设计下料,在工件上加工工艺定位孔;
(2). 冲压成形:以工艺定位孔和一边定位,在压力机上对工件进行冲压成形;
(3). 整形:使用整形模具对已冲压成形的工件进行整形处理;
(4). 去毛刺:对经上述加工的工件进行去除冲压毛刺处理后成产品。
