背景技术
目前,SUV车型大多采用扭力梁作为汽车底盘后悬挂件,扭力梁纵臂内板是扭力梁纵梁下面的一个连接件或支撑件,有增加纵臂强度,减少振动和辅助支撑以及连接的作用,它与纵臂外板一起组合焊接后成为扭力梁纵臂组件,纵臂内板有左件和右件之分,左、右件呈对称结构,通常是分别设计模具,手工成形加工,存在模具数量多,投资大,而且分别生产,材料利用率低,设备和场地占用多,生产管理难度大,生产周期长,生产效率低、成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种大大提高材料利用率,减少设备和模具及场地投入,生产周期短,管理方便的汽车扭力梁纵臂内板冷冲压生产工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺方法是采用以下步骤:
1、下料:根据工件左件和右件的展开尺寸进行排样确定条料尺寸,在剪板机上将板料剪成条料;
2、落料:设计制作专用左、右件同时落料模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已剪下的条料进行落料加工;
3、成形:设计制作专用左、右件同时成形模具,在冲床或液压机上,对经落料加工的工件进行成形加工;
4、冲孔:设计制作专用左、右件同模冲孔模具,在冲床或液压机上,对经成形加工的工件进行冲孔加工;
5、切断、修边:设计制作专用切断、修边模具,在冲床或液压机上,将工件的左件和右件切断,并进行修边加工。
本发明由于采用以上装配方法,大大提高材料利用率,减少设备和模具及场地投入,生产周期短,管理方便,生产效率高、成本低,具有推广应用价值。
具体实施方案
1、根据工件左件和右件的展开尺寸进行排样确定条料尺寸,在剪板机上将板料剪成条料;
2、设计制作专用左、右件同时落料模具,在冲床或液压机上,对已剪下的条料进行落料加工;
3、设计制作专用左、右件同时成形模具,在冲床或液压机上,对经落料加工的工件进行成形加工;
4、设计制作专用左、右件同模冲孔模具,在冲床或液压机上,对经成形加工的工件进行冲孔加工;
5、设计制作专用切断、修边模具,在冲床或液压机上,将工件的左件和右件切断,并进行修边加工。
