Abstract
本发明提供一种植物的生长促进剂,其以由通式(1)H2NCH2CH(OH)CH2CH2COOR1(1)(式中,R1表示氢原子或碳原子数1~10的烃基)表示的5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐为有效成分。

技术领域
本发明涉及新的植物的生长促进剂。
背景技术
近年来,伴随着正在全球范围进行的人口增加以及食品供需结构的变化,担心食品短缺加速。认为能够成为其对策之一的是在农业方面实现省力·效率化且提高生产率。
为了省力·效率化,过去一直进行栽培技术或设备、药剂的研究,其中,药剂具有在使用时投资小的特征,因此预计今后必要性会提高。
以控制植物的生长、发育或使得栽培管理操作省力化为目的的药剂被称为植物生长调节剂,其作用涉及促进生长、抑制萌芽、抑制伸长、果实的无籽化、防止掉落等多方面。然而,具有生长促进作用的植物生长调节剂限于赤霉素、合成细胞分裂素等植物激素、其关联物质(非专利文献1、2)。
这些植物激素系的植物生长调节剂的使用时期、浓度和量的变动对作用产生的影响大,因此被限定于狭窄的范围。若使用条件错误,则不仅无法得到效果,而且不呈现健全的生长,所以没有广泛普及。
另一方面,在氨基酸系的化合物中,报道了有利于植物生长的化合物,例如,有谷氨酸、甘氨酸、脯氨酸等。此外,有具有提高光合成活性、促进氮吸收等作用的5-氨基乙酰丙酸。这些氨基酸系的化合物具有作用温和,使用时期、浓度和量的范围广的特征,因此被期待作为容易使用的药剂,希望进一步开发。
氨基酸系的化合物中,已知5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸及其衍生物作为医药品的制造中间体使用(专利文献1、2),但对植物的作用什么都不了解。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种以氨基酸系的化合物为有效成分的新的植物的生长促进剂。
本发明的发明人等鉴于该情况进行了深入研究,其结果发现,若对植物施用5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或其盐,则可以促进植物的生长,完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供一种植物的生长促进剂,其以由下述通式(1)表示的5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐为有效成分。
H2NCH2CH(OH)CH2CH2COOR1 (1)
(式中,R1表示氢原子或碳原子数1~10的烃基。)
此外,本发明提供一种植物的生长促进方法,其施用由上述通式(1)表示的5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐。
根据本发明,可以促进植物的生长,可以缩短栽培期间。因此,根据本发明,可以使得植物栽培省力·效率化。
具体实施方式
本发明的植物的生长促进剂的有效成分是5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物(上述通式(1))或它们的盐。
通式(1)中,R1表示氢原子或碳原子数1~10的烃基。该烃基的碳原子数优选为1~6。
作为R1的烃基例如为碳原子数1~10的饱和脂肪族烃基、碳原子数2~10的不饱和脂肪族烃基、碳原子数3~10的脂环式烃基、碳原子数4~10的脂环式-脂肪族烃基、碳原子数6~10的芳香族烃基、碳原子数7~10的芳香族-脂肪族烃基等。优选的烃基为饱和脂肪族烃基。
作为上述饱和脂肪族烃基的例子,例如,可举出甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、异戊基、新戊基、叔戊基、2-甲基丁基、正己基、异己基、3-甲基戊基、乙基丁基、正庚基、2-甲基己基、正辛基、异辛基、叔辛基、2-乙基己基、3-甲基庚基、正壬基、异壬基、1-甲基辛基、乙基庚基、正癸基和1-甲基壬基等,作为优选的饱和脂肪族烃基,可举出甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基和正己基等碳原子数1~6的直链或支链烷基。
作为上述不饱和脂肪族烃基的适当的具体例,例如可举出乙烯基、烯丙基、异丙烯基、2-丁烯基、2-甲基烯丙基、1,1-二甲基烯丙基、3-甲基-2-丁烯基、3-甲基-3-丁烯基、4-戊烯基、正己烯基、正辛烯基、正壬烯基和正癸烯基等,作为优选的不饱和脂肪族烃基,可举出乙烯基、烯丙基、异丙烯基、2-丁烯基、2-甲基烯丙基、1,1-二甲基烯丙基、3-甲基-2-丁烯基、3-甲基-3-丁烯基、4-戊烯基和正己烯基等碳原子数2~6的直链或支链烯基。
作为上述脂环式烃基的适当的具体例,例如可举出环丙基、环丁基、环戊基、环己基、环庚基、环辛基、3-甲基环己基、4-甲基环己基、4-乙基环己基、2-甲基环辛基、环丙烯基、环丁烯基、环戊烯基、环己烯基、环戊烯基、环辛烯基、4-甲基环己烯基、4-乙基环己烯基等,作为优选的脂环式烃基,可举出环丙基、环丁基、环戊基、环己基、环丙烯基、环丁烯基、环戊烯基和环己烯基等碳原子数3~6的环烷基或环烯基。
作为上述脂环式-脂肪族烃基的适当的具体例,例如可举出环丙基乙基、环丁基乙基、环戊基乙基、环己基甲基、环己基乙基、环庚基甲基、环辛基乙基、3-甲基环己基丙基、4-甲基环己基乙基、4-乙基环己基乙基、环丙烯基丁基、环丁烯基乙基、环戊烯基乙基、环己烯基甲基、环庚烯基甲基、环辛烯基乙基和4-甲基环己烯基丙基等,作为优选的脂环式-脂肪族烃基,可举出环丙基乙基、环丁基乙基等碳原子数4~6的环烷基-烷基。
作为上述芳香族烃基的适当的具体例,例如可举出苯基、萘基等芳基;4-甲基苯基、3,4-二甲基苯基、3,4,5-三甲基苯基、2-乙基苯基、正丁基苯基和叔丁基苯基等烷基取代苯基等,作为优选的芳香族烃基,可举出苯基。
作为上述芳香族-脂肪族烃基的具体例,例如可举出苄基、1-苯基乙基、2-苯基乙基、2-苯基丙基、3-苯基丙基、4-苯基丁基等碳原子数7~10的苯基烷基。
作为通式(1)的化合物的盐,例如可举出盐酸盐、氢溴酸盐、氢碘酸盐、磷酸盐、甲基磷酸、乙基磷酸、亚磷酸盐、次磷酸盐、硝酸盐、硫酸盐、乙酸盐、丙酸盐、甲苯磺酸盐、琥珀酸盐、草酸盐、乳酸盐、酒石酸盐、乙醇酸盐、甲烷磺酸盐、丁酸盐、戊酸盐、柠檬酸盐、富马酸盐、马来酸盐、苹果酸盐等酸加成盐、以及钠盐、钾盐、钙盐等金属盐、铵盐、烷基铵盐等。另外,这些盐在使用时以水溶液或粉体的形式使用。
以上详述的5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐可以形成水合物或溶剂合物,此外,可以单独使用任1种或适当组合2种以上使用。此外,可以使用光学活性体,也可以使用外消旋体。
5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐可以通过化学合成、利用微生物的生产、利用酶的生产中的任意方法进行制造,例如,可以按照专利文献1、2等中记载的方法进行制造。以上述方式制造的5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、它们的精制前的化学反应溶液或发酵液只要不含有害的物质,则可以不进行分离精制地直接使用。此外,也可以使用市售品等。
5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐具有优异的植物生长促进作用。尤其是作物生长高度的生长促进、分蘖促进和地上部重量增加等的效果优异,具有促进广泛范围的植物的生长、增加收获量的作用。
作为成为本发明的植物的生长促进剂的应用对象的植物,没有特别的限定,可举出谷类和蔬菜类,具体而言,例如,作为谷类,可举出水稻、小麦、大麦、玉米、荞麦、大豆、小豆、豌豆、毛豆、豆等,作为叶果菜类,可举出西红柿、茄子、青椒、红辣椒、黄瓜、绿辣椒、秋葵、草莓、甜瓜、西瓜、南瓜、葫芦(うり)、卷心菜、甘蓝、白菜、小松菜、菠菜、茼蒿、雪菜(ミズナ)、莴苣、欧芹、韭菜等。作为茎花菜类,可举出芦笋、青葱、洋葱、蒜、冬葱、西兰花、菜花、食用菊、茗荷等,作为根菜·芋类,可举出白萝卜、大头菜、小萝卜、胡萝卜、莲藕、牛蒡、红葱(ラッキョ)、红薯、土豆、芋头等。
其中,优选为大麦、小松菜、茼蒿、西兰花、小萝卜。
本发明中,植物的生长促进剂只要含有5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐即可,除它们以外,可以根据需要配合植物生长调节剂、糖类、含氮化合物、酸类、醇类、维生素类、微量元素、金属盐、螯合剂、防腐剂、防霉剂等。
作为这里使用的植物生长调节剂,例如,可举出表芸苔素内酯等芸苔素内酯类、氯化胆碱、硝酸胆碱等胆碱剂、吲哚丁酸、吲哚乙酸、吲唑酯剂、1-萘基乙酰胺剂、稻瘟灵剂、烟酰胺剂、羟基异唑剂、过氧化钙剂、苄基氨基嘌呤剂、磺菌威剂、羟乙基二十二碳烷醇剂、乙烯利剂、座果酸剂、赤霉素、链霉素剂、丁酰肼剂、苄基氨基嘌呤剂、4-CPA剂、嘧啶醇剂、抗倒胺剂、烯效唑剂、矮壮素剂、敌草克剂、氟磺酰草胺剂、碳酸钙剂、增效醚剂等。
作为糖类,例如可举出葡萄糖、蔗糖、木糖醇、山梨糖醇、半乳糖、木糖、甘露糖、阿拉伯糖、北美放线菌粘糖、蔗糖、核糖、鼠李糖、果糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、麦芽三糖等。
作为含氮化合物,例如可举出氨基酸(天冬酰胺、谷氨酰胺、组氨酸、酪氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、色氨酸、蛋氨酸、缬氨酸、脯氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、异亮氨酸等)、尿素、氨等。
作为酸类,例如可举出有机酸(甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸、草酸、邻苯二甲酸、苯甲酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、乙醇酸、马来酸、己酸、辛酸、肉豆蔻酸、硬脂酸、棕榈酸、丙酮酸、α-酮戊二酸、乙酰丙酸等)、亚硫酸、硫酸、硝酸、亚磷酸、磷酸、聚磷酸等。
作为醇类,例如可举出甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、丙三醇等。
作为维生素类,例如可举出烟酰胺、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素B5、维生素C、维生素B13、维生素B1、维生素B3、维生素B2、维生素K3、维生素A、维生素D2、维生素D3、维生素K1、α-维生素E、β-维生素E、γ-维生素E、σ-维生素E、对羟基苯甲酸、维生素H、叶酸、烟酸、泛酸、α-硫辛酸等。
作为微量元素,例如可举出硼、锰、锌、铜、铁、钼、氯等。
作为金属盐,例如可举出钙盐、钾盐、镁盐等。
作为螯合剂,例如,可举出氨基羧酸系螯合剂(乙二胺四乙酸、次氮基三乙酸、羟基乙基亚氨基二乙酸、羟基乙基乙二胺三乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、三亚乙基四胺六乙酸、二羧甲基谷氨酸、二羟基乙基甘氨酸、1,3-丙烷二胺四乙酸、1,3-二氨基-2-羟基丙烷四乙酸等)、膦酸系螯合剂(羟基亚乙基二膦酸、亚甲基膦酸、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸等)等。这些螯合剂也可以作为金属盐使用。
本发明的植物的生长促进剂可以以茎叶散布处理、土壤散布或灌溉处理、水耕灌溉处理的任意方法施用。此外,在植物的定植前或进行插枝前等,也可以使生长促进剂进行吸收处理。
用茎叶散布处理施用本药剂时,优选以0.0001~100ppm、特别优选以0.005~1ppm的浓度含有上述5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐,优选将其每10公亩使用10~1000L,特别优选使用50~300L。对单子叶植物等叶面难以附着药剂的植物可以使用展着剂,对其种类和使用量没有特别限制。
用土壤散布或灌溉处理或水耕灌溉处理施用本药剂时,优选以0.0001~100ppm、特别优选以0.01~1ppm的浓度含有5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐,田地栽培中优选将其每10公亩使用10~1000L,特别优选使用50~300L,盆栽栽培中优选将其每株使用10ml~2L,特别优选使用10ml~1L。
使用本药剂在定植前或进行插枝前等使其进行吸收处理时,浸泡5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐而使其吸收即可,浸泡液的5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐的浓度优选为0.00001~10ppm,特别优选为0.001~0.1ppm。浸泡时间优选为1秒~1周,特别优选为1分钟~1天。
处理1次就可得到充分的效果,但也可以通过进行多次处理来进一步提高效果。在这种情况下,也可以组合先前的各方法。
实施例
接着,举出实施例详细地说明本发明,但它们仅为了例示而公开,本发明不限定于这些实施例。
〔实施例1〕5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸的大麦生长促进效果
将大麦播种在盆中进行栽培。土壤使用黑土。个体数设为4个/盆、4~6盆/区。将作为基肥的化成肥料(氮、磷酸、钾分别含有8%)以每10公亩氮、磷酸、钾分别为5kg的方式施用。播种22天后,将含有5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸0.006ppm、0.06ppm或0.6ppm的水溶液每10公亩散布200L。播种35天后,调查作物生长的高度、分蘖和地上部干燥重量。

如表1所示,5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸处理区的地上部干燥重量与对照区相比增加20~30%,确认了植物生长促进效果。
〔实施例2〕5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸的小松菜生长促进效果
将小松菜播种在田地中进行栽培。土壤使用红土。个体数设为40~52个/区段,2~3区段/区。将作为基肥的被覆肥料(含有氮13%、磷酸11%、钾13%)以每10公亩氮为50kg的方式施用。播种22天后,将含有5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸0.06ppm的水溶液每10公亩散布1000L,散布2次。播种42天后,调查地上部鲜重。

如表2所示,5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸处理区的地上部鲜重与对照区相比增加19%,确认了植物生长促进效果。
〔实施例3〕5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸的小萝卜生长促进效果
将小萝卜播种在盆中进行栽培。土壤使用含有肥料成分(氮180mg/L、磷酸120mg/L、钾220mg/L)的灭菌培养土。个体数设为4个/盆、4盆/区。在播种15天后和21天后,将含有5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸0.06ppm或0.6ppm的水溶液每10公亩散布200L。播种28天后,调查可食部鲜重。

如表3所示,5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸处理区的可食部鲜重与对照区相比增加3~15%,确认了植物生长促进效果。
〔实施例4〕5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸的茼蒿生长促进效果
将茼蒿播种在盆中进行栽培。土壤使用含有肥料成分(氮180mg/L、磷酸120mg/L、钾220mg/L)的灭菌培养土。个体数设为4个/盆、4盆/区。在播种后第4、5、6、7周,将含有5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸0.06ppm或0.6ppm的水溶液每10公亩散布200L。在播种后第8周调查地上部鲜重。

如表4所示,5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸处理区的地上部鲜重与对照区相比增加9~12%,确认了植物生长促进效果。
〔实施例5〕5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸的西兰花生长促进效果
将市售的苗在盆中定植而栽培。土壤使用含有肥料成分(氮180mg/L、磷酸120mg/L、钾220mg/L)的灭菌培养土。个体数设为1个/盆、4盆/区。从定植后第2周到第10周,每周都将含有5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸0.6ppm的水溶液每10公亩散布200L。在定植后第11周调查可食部鲜重。

如表5所示,5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸处理区的可食部鲜重与对照区相比增加6%,确认了植物生长促进效果。

1.一种植物的生长促进剂,以由通式(1)表示的5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐为有效成分,
H2NCH2CH(OH)CH2CH2COOR1 (1),
式中,R1表示氢原子或碳原子数1~10的烃基。
2.如权利要求1所述的植物的生长促进剂,其中,含有0.0001~10ppm的5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的植物的生长促进剂,其中,植物是谷类或蔬菜类。
4.一种植物的生长促进方法,施用由通式(1)表示的5-氨基-4-羟基戊酸、其衍生物或它们的盐,
H2NCH2CH(OH)CH2CH2COOR1 (1),
式中,R1表示氢原子或碳原子数1~10的烃基。
