Abstract
潜入电解液中,尤其是潜入海水中的金属表面
的、特别是船只尾轴管外密封件的阴极防腐蚀装置,
具有至少一个消耗性阳极,它固定在一个处于流速相
对快的电解液区域内的部件上、特别是固定在船的螺
旋桨轴上,其特征在于,消耗性阳极(8)的固定装置由
一个贴靠并包覆消耗性阳极(8)一部分的护框(10)和
一个与该护框一体的舌状凸缘(10.1)组成,舌状凸缘
以夹紧连接方式与支承部件(3)相连,连接中避免采
用任何直接作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接件。
Description
本发明涉及一种潜入电解液中、尤其是潜入海水中的金属表面的、特别是船只尾轴管外密封件的阴极防腐蚀装置,具有至少一个消耗性阳极,消耗性阳极固定在一个处于流速相对快的电解液区域内的部件上,特别是固定在船的螺旋浆的轴上。
在这种已为DE-OS 2520948和US-PS 3726779公开的装置中,消耗性阳极或者通过螺钉直接固定在支承部件上或者通过夹紧连接间接固定,在这种应用夹紧连接的情况下,通过作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接形成夹紧力。
在这两种情况下,阴极保护只在较短的时间内得以保障,原因是,消耗性阳极的消耗也在贴靠消耗性阳极的螺钉头区域进行,并因此不再能保证消耗性阳极和支承部件间的摩擦连接。
然后,通过支承部件的旋转和或许难免出现的振动,使因前述情况变得松驰了的消耗性阳极承受负荷力,结果使其破裂或许出现崩裂并导至脱落。这样,阴极保护远远在预先设定的消耗性阳极自然消耗时间之前就已不复存在,结果是大大缩短了消耗性阳极的寿命。因此,本发明的任务在于消除本文开头所述及的这类装置的这些缺点和不利之处。
根据发明,解决该任务的技术方案在于,消耗性阳极的固定装置由一个贴靠并包覆消耗性阳极一部分的护框和一个与该护框一体的舌状凸缘组成,且舌状凸缘借助夹紧连接与支承部件相连,在此连接中避免采用任何作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接件。
贴靠并包覆消耗性阳极一部分的护框的作用在于,仅让末被包覆的消耗性阳极部分受电解液的侵蚀,而保护消耗性阳极的被护框包覆的部分。借助一种纯夹紧连接把护框固定在支承部件上,而不采用任何直接作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接件,即可保证免使消耗性阳极松弛或破裂,其原因是,通过其齐面贴紧,夹紧连接的共同作用面自然可防止电解液进入并从而做到防腐蚀。
DE-OS 2731976和其它有关文献虽然公开了用于金属表面保护系统的固定装置,这种消耗性阳极的固定装置由一个包覆消耗性阳极一部分的护框和一个与该护框一体的舌状凸缘组成,其舌状凸缘借助一种夹紧连接与支承部件相连,但是,就支承部件而言,所涉及的不是速度相对快的旋转轴,而是运动速度较慢的船体部分。
在速度快的旋转轴上出现的问题在那里自然不会出现。
此外,US-PS 2067839虽然公开了一种固定装置,借助一种夹紧连接把消耗性阳极固定在船的螺旋浆上并且在固定时避免采用直接作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接件,但是,那里的消耗性阳极的直接支承体不是这种包覆护框,而是一种在双瓦结构的消耗性阳极内部的同样为双瓦结构的套筒,该套筒夹紧包覆着螺旋浆轴。
在从属权利要求中阐明了发明主题的有利实施形式。为按照权利要求2的建议,支承消耗性阳极的护框的舌状凸缘被卡紧在轴套的紧固法兰和螺旋浆本体之间并按此种方式在不使用螺钉的情况下得到固定。
按照权利要求3,在护框和螺旋浆本体之间加设一个由耐海水侵蚀的电绝缘材料制成的密封件,从而使阴极保护主要着眼于尾轴管的密封件上。
附图以纵剖面示意图的形式示出了本发明的实施例。
在用标号1标示的螺旋浆轴上套装了一个轴套2,在轴套2的海水侧一端设有紧固法兰6,螺旋浆3借助图中没有示出的紧固件固定在轴套2上。
螺旋浆轴1装在船尾柱轴毂4中的轴承套内,密封套5固定在船尾柱轴毂4上。在该实施例中,上述密封套圈5由密封套圈5.1、5.2、5.3、5.4合成,在每两个密封套圈之间各夹入一个弹性唇式密封件9.1、9.2、9.3。
在轴套2的紧固法兰6和螺旋浆3的背面之间夹入截面呈U形并起到消耗性阳极8的支承体作用的护框10的凸缘10.1。
从图示的实施例中还可看出的是,在护框10、10.1的接触面和螺旋浆3的背面之间设有一个由耐海水侵蚀的电绝缘材料制成的密封件7。
Claims (3)
1、潜入电解液中、尤其是潜入海水中的金属表面的、特别是船只尾轴管外密封件的阴极防腐蚀装置,具有至少一个消耗性阳极,消耗性阳极固定在一个处于流速相对快的电解液区域内的部件上,特别是固定在船的螺旋浆轴上,其特征在于,消耗性阳极(8)的固定装置由一个贴靠并包覆消耗性阳极(8)一部分的护框(10)和一个与该护框一体的舌状凸缘(10.1)组成,舌状凸缘以夹紧连接方式与支承部件(3)相连,在此连接中不采用任何直接作用在消耗性阳极(8)上的螺纹连接件。
2、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在船的设有带螺旋浆(3)用紧固法兰(6)的轴套(2)的螺旋浆轴上,紧固法兰(6)是消耗性阳极(8)的护框(10、10.1)的支承部件,所述夹紧连接是通过把护框的凸缘(10.1)夹入紧固法兰(6)和螺旋浆(3)之间而实现的。
3、按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,在护框(10、10.1)的面对螺旋浆(3)的背部的面和螺旋浆(3)的背部之间夹有一个由耐海水侵蚀的电绝缘材料制成的密封件(7)。
