Abstract

潜入电解液尤其是海水中的金属表面的、特别是船只尾轴管外密封件的阴极防腐蚀装置,具有至少一个消耗性阳极(8),它固定在处于流速相对快的电解液区域内的部件特别是船的螺旋桨轴上,消耗性阳极(8)的固定装置由贴靠并包覆消耗性阳极一部分的护框(10)和与其一体的舌状凸缘(10.1)组成,舌状凸缘以夹紧连接方式与支承部件相连,连接中避免采用任何直接作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接件,从而可防止消耗性阳极破裂脱落,大大延长了其寿命。

Description

船只尾轴管外密封件的阴极防腐蚀装置
本发明涉及阴极防腐蚀装置,具体说,涉及一种潜入电解液中、尤其是潜入海水中的金属表面的、特别是船只尾轴管外密封件的阴极防腐蚀装置。
在DE-OS 2520948和US-PS 3726779公开的这类装置中,消耗性阳极或者通过螺钉直接固定在支承部件上或者通过夹紧连接间接固定,在应用夹紧连接的情况下,通过作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接形成夹紧力。
在这两种情况下,阴极保护只在较短的时间内得以保障,原因是,消耗性阳极的消耗也在贴靠消耗性阳极的螺钉头区域进行,因此不再能保证消耗性阳极和支承部件间的摩擦连接。
由于支承部件的旋转和或许难免出现的振动,使因前述情况变得松驰了的消耗性阳极承受负荷力,结果使其破裂或出现崩裂而导至脱落。这样,阴极保护远远在预先设定的消耗性阳极自然消耗时间之前就已不复存在,于是大大缩短了消耗性阳极的寿命。
DE-OS 2731976和其它有关文献公开了一种用于金属表面保护系统的固定装置,这种消耗性阳极的固定装置由一个包覆消耗性阳极一部分的护框和一个与该护框一体的舌状凸缘组成,其舌状凸缘借助一种夹紧连接与支承部件相连,但是,就支承部件而言,所涉及的不是速度相对快的旋转轴(在速度快的旋转轴上出现的问题在那里自然不会出现),而是运动速度较慢的船体部分。
此外,US-PS 2067839公开了一种固定装置,借助一种夹紧连接把消耗性阳极固定在船的螺旋桨上,并且在固定时避免采用直接作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接件,但是,那里的消耗性阳极的直接支承体不是包覆护框,而是一种在双瓦结构的消耗性阳极内部的同样为双瓦结构的套筒,该套筒夹紧包覆着螺旋桨轴。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种改进了的阴极防腐蚀装置,使之能消除上述这类装置的缺点和不足之处,大大延长消耗性阳极的寿命。
按照本发明,提供了一种潜入电解液中、尤其是潜入海水中的金属表面的、特别是船只尾轴管外密封件的阴极防腐蚀装置,该装置具有至少一个消耗性阳极,消耗性阳极固定在一个处于流速相对快的电解液区域内的部件上,特别是固定在船的螺旋桨轴上,消耗性阳极的固定装置由一个贴靠并包覆消耗性阳极一部分的护框和一个与该护框一体的舌状凸缘组成,舌状凸缘以夹紧连接方式与支承部件相连,在此连接中不采用任何直接作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接件。
作为实施本发明的一种有利方式,最好是,在船的设有带螺旋桨用紧固法兰的轴套的螺旋桨轴上,紧固法兰是消耗性阳极的护框的支承部件,所述不使用螺纹连接件的夹紧连接是通过把护框的凸缘夹入紧固法兰和螺旋桨之间而实现的。并且,在护框的面对螺旋桨的背部的面和螺旋桨的背面之间夹有一个由耐海水侵蚀的电绝缘材料制成的密封件,以使阴极保护主要着眼于尾轴管的密封件。
贴靠并包覆消耗性阳极一部分的护框的作用在于,仅让末被包覆的消耗性阳极部分受电解液的侵蚀,而保护消耗性阳极的被护框包覆的部分。借助一种纯夹紧连接把护框固定在支承部件上,而不采用任何直接作用在消耗性阳极上的螺纹连接件,即可保证免使消耗性阳极松驰或破裂,其原因是,通过其齐面贴紧,夹紧连接的共同作用面自然可防止电解液进入并从而做到防腐蚀。
附图以纵剖面示意图的形式示出了本发明的实施例。
在用标号1标示的螺旋桨轴1上套装了一个轴套2,在轴套2的海水侧一端设有紧固法兰6,螺旋桨3以紧固件(图中未示出)与紧固法兰6连接从而固定在轴套2上。
螺旋桨轴1装在船尾的柱轴毂4中的轴承套内,密封套5固定在船尾的柱轴毂4上。在该实施例中,密封套5由密封套圈5.1、5.2、5.3、5.4合成,在其中每两个密封套圈之间各夹入一个弹性唇式密封件9.1、9.2、9.3。
还设有一个截面呈U形的护框10,与其一体的舌状凸缘10.1夹持在轴套2的紧固法兰6和螺旋桨3的背面(即内侧表面)之间。一个消耗性阳极8嵌固在起着支承体作用的所述U形护框10中。
从图示的实施例中还可看出的是,在护框10的舌状凸缘10.1的接触面和螺旋桨3的背面之间还设有一个由耐海水侵蚀的电绝缘材料制成的密封件7。

Claims (3)

1.潜入电解液中、尤其是潜入海水中的金属表面的、特别是船只尾轴管外密封件的阴极防腐蚀装置,具有至少一个消耗性阳极,消耗性阳极固定在一个处于流速相对快的电解液区域内的部件上,特别是固定在船的螺旋桨轴上,其特征在于,消耗性阳极(8)的固定装置由一个贴靠并包覆消耗性阳极(8)一部分的护框(10)和一个与该护框一体的舌状凸缘(10.1)组成,舌状凸缘以夹紧连接方式与支承部件相连,在此连接中不采用任何直接作用在消耗性阳极(8)上的螺纹连接件。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在船的设有带螺旋桨(3)用紧固法兰(6)的轴套(2)的螺旋桨轴上,紧固法兰(6)是消耗性阳极(8)的护框(10、10.1)的支承部件,所述夹紧连接是通过把护框的凸缘(10.1)夹入紧固法兰(6)和螺旋浆(3)之间而实现的。
3.按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,在护框(10、10.1)的面对螺旋浆(3)的背部的面和螺旋桨(3)的背面之间夹有一个由耐海水侵蚀的电绝缘材料制成的密封件(7)。
