本发明公开了一种用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制造汽车门内饰板的方法,一种用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制造汽车门内饰板的方法,其特征在于,所述聚合物天然纤维复合材料是以丙纶纤维、麻纤维和木纤维为基体,其一侧表面敷有丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维面饰层的复合毡料,按以下工艺步骤在压力机上一次模压成型:将所述的复合毡料按设计形状剪裁下料后在加热装置中200~220℃下加热软化;将上述软化毡料置于模具中加压成型,压力为每平方厘米30KN,保压时间为3~5分钟,出模后即得成品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车门内饰板的制备方法,尤其涉及一种采用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制备汽车门内饰板的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着汽车的轻量化,对所用材料性能的要求越来越高。汽车内饰件复合材料正在向吸音、隔热、轻量化、高强度、环保、可回收再利用方向发展。天然纤维材料作为隔热、隔音的良好材料,特别是作为聚合物材料的填充和增强材料,由于其质量轻、成本低,已经广泛应用在汽车内饰件制造业中。汽车内饰件制造业对聚合物天然纤维材料复合材料的需求越来越大。而现有技术用聚合物天然纤维材料生产的汽车零部件,由于存在外观质量问题,使得必须使用其他表皮材料再次进行包覆,增大了产品成本,因此限制了聚合物天然纤维材料在汽车内饰件中的应用。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制造汽车门内饰板的方法,旨在克服现有的聚合物天然纤维材料生产汽车内饰件需要另外包覆的表皮材料,存在制造成本较高、制备过程繁复的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制造汽车门内饰板的方法,其中,所述聚合物天然纤维复合材料是以丙纶纤维、麻纤维和木纤维为基体,其一侧表面敷有丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维面饰层的复合毡料,按以下工艺步骤在压力机上一次模压成型:
a、将所述的复合毡料按设计形状剪裁下料后在加热装置中200~220℃下加热软化;
b、将上述软化毡料置于模具中加压成型,压力为每平方厘米30KN,保压时间为3~5分钟,出模后即得成品。
所述的用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制造汽车门内饰板的方法,其中,在所述成型模具的凹模内腔表面上设有对应产品所需的花纹。
本发明提供的一种用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制造汽车门内饰板的方法,通过用聚合物天然纤维复合材料通过一次模压成型即可获得具有美观外表面的整体汽车门内饰板;工艺简单易行,大幅度的降低了制造成本,采用本发明方法制造汽车门内饰板的生产较现有技术的生产成本降低了50%,重量减轻20%,同时,提高了汽车门内饰板的强度、韧性,产品耐冲击、不易变形;另外,该产品易于回收在利用不污染环境,实现了可观的社会经济效益。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制造汽车门内饰板的方法,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
采用本发明生产奇瑞T11型SUV车门内饰板。
将以丙纶纤维、麻纤维和木纤维为基体,其一侧表面敷有丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维面饰层的复合毡料(龙可飞毡料);按以下工艺步骤在压力机上一次模压成型:
a.将所述的复合毡料按设计形状剪裁下料后在加热装置中200~220℃下加热软化;
b.将上述软化毡料置于模具中加压成型,压力为每平方厘米30KN,保压时间为3~5分钟,出模后即得成品。
该产品通过实验检测,其拉伸强度为21062MPa、弯曲弹性模量为72804MPa、冲击强度为每平方米12KI。均高于该产品行业标准要求。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制造汽车门内饰板的方法,其特征在于,所述聚合物天然纤维复合材料是以丙纶纤维、麻纤维和木纤维为基体,其一侧表面敷有丙纶纤维和涤纶纤维面饰层的复合毡料,按以下工艺步骤在压力机上一次模压成型:
a、将所述的复合毡料按设计形状剪裁下料后在加热装置中200~220℃下加热软化;
b、将上述软化毡料置于模具中加压成型,压力为每平方厘米30KN,保压时间为3~5分钟,出模后即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制造汽车门内饰板的方法,其特征在于,在所述成型模具的凹模内腔表面上设有对应产品所需的花纹。
