Abstract
本发明公开了一种制备复合型汽车内饰板部件的方法,是由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料作为基板、在基板外侧面上的面饰层和在基板内侧面上的塑料嵌件构成,其制备方法包括以聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材为原材料,在200℃温度下加热150秒至塑化状态,通过模压成型制得所述的基板;将上述基板的外表面喷涂双组份聚胺酯胶;将上述制得的基板加热至表面胶体活化状态,将所述的面饰层模压复合在基板上;将所述的塑料嵌件通过热熔胶粘合在基板的内侧面上,即获得复合型汽车内饰板部件产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车门内饰板的制备方法,尤其涉及一种采用聚合物天然纤维复合材料制备汽车门内饰板的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着汽车的轻量化,对所用材料性能的要求越来越高。汽车内饰件复合材料正在向吸音、隔热、轻量化、高强度、环保、可回收再利用方向发展。天然纤维材料作为隔热、隔音的良好材料,特别是作为聚合物材料的填充和增强材料,由于其质量轻、成本低,已经广泛应用在汽车内饰件制造业中。汽车内饰件制造业对聚合物天然纤维材料复合材料的需求越来越大。而现有技术用聚合物天然纤维材料生产的汽车零部件,由于存在外观质量问题,使得必须使用其他表皮材料再次进行包覆,增大了产品成本,因此限制了聚合物天然纤维材料在汽车内饰件中的应用。
而且。随着人们保护环境、节约能源、性价比等意识的不断增强,对汽车及汽车内饰的要求越来越高,市场竞争越来越激烈。顾客对高性价比、环保产品的追求给主机厂和各配套企业提出了更高的要求。既要使产品满足顾客的要求,又要使产品成本最小化。内饰材料的轻量化,环保化,低噪音化,高强度化已经成为一种趋势,在同等材料同等加工质量下改变加工工艺成为最有效最直接的方法。目前,主要以注塑成型制作汽车内饰板件,其生产工艺过程是将骨架基板与内侧嵌件一体注塑成型,再贴覆表皮材料。该产品注塑成型工装复杂、制作成本较高,且产品重量较大、隔音隔热性能较差。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种制备复合型汽车内饰板部件的方法,旨在克服目前生产汽车内饰件存在的成本高、重量较大、隔音隔热性能较差等缺点问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
所述制备复合型汽车内饰板部件的方法,是由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料作为基板、在基板外侧面上的面饰层和在基板内侧面上的塑料嵌件构成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、以聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材为原材料,在200℃温度下加热150秒至塑化状态,通过模压成型制得所述的基板;
b、将上述基板的外表面喷涂双组份聚胺酯胶;
c、将上述制得的基板加热至表面胶体活化状态,将所述的面饰层模压复合在基板上;
d、将所述的塑料嵌件通过热熔胶粘合在基板的内侧面上,即获得复合型汽车内饰板部件产品。
所述的聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材由天然麻纤维22~37%、玄武岩纤维10-20%、涤纶纤维15-25%、丙纶33~43%(质量比)或天然麻纤维40~50%、丙纶纤维18~33%、涤纶纤维10~60%(质量比)制成。
所述的面饰层为无纺布、织物面料、PVC材料或TPO材料。
本发明提供的一种制备复合型汽车内饰板部件的方法,具有质轻、环保、隔音隔热性能优越,易成型,设备投入成本低等特点。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种制备复合型汽车内饰板部件的方法,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1为采用本发明方法制备的复合型汽车衣帽架内饰板部件结构外观图,图2为图1中所示A-A剖视图,如图1与图2所示,本发明一种复合型汽车内饰板部件,是由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料作为基板、在基板外侧面上的面饰层和在基板内侧面上的塑料嵌件构成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、以聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材为原材料,在200℃温度下加热150秒至塑化状态,通过模压成型制得所述的基板;
b、将上述基板的外表面喷涂双组份聚胺酯胶;
c、将上述制得的基板加热至表面胶体活化状态,将所述的面饰层模压复合在基板上;
d、将所述的塑料嵌件通过热熔胶粘合在基板的内侧面上,即获得复合型汽车内饰板部件产品。
所述的聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材由天然麻纤维22-37%、玄武岩纤维10-20%、涤纶纤维15-25%、丙纶33-43%(质量比)或天然麻纤维40-50%、丙纶纤维18-33%、涤纶纤维10-60%(质量比)制成。

1.一种制备复合型汽车内饰板部件的方法,是由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料作为基板、在基板外侧面上的面饰层和在基板内侧面上的塑料嵌件构成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、以聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材为原材料,在200℃温度下加热150秒至塑化状态,通过模压成型制得所述的基板;
b、将上述基板的外表面喷涂双组份聚胺酯胶;
c、将上述制得的基板加热至表面胶体活化状态,将所述的面饰层模压复合在基板上;
d、将所述的塑料嵌件通过热熔胶粘合在基板的内侧面上,即获得复合型汽车内饰板部件产品;
所述的聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材由天然麻纤维22-37%、玄武岩纤维10-20%、涤纶纤维15-25%、丙纶33-43%(质量比)或天然麻纤维40-50%、丙纶纤维18-33%、涤纶纤维10-60%(质量比)制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述制备复合型汽车内饰板部件的方法,所述的面饰层为无纺布、织物面料、PVC材料或TPO材料。
