Abstract
本申请涉及汽车技术领域,公开了一种制备汽车内饰板部件的方法,其制备方法是:以聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材为原材料,在170~250℃温度下加热50~200秒至塑化状态,通过模压成型制得所述的基板;在其外表面喷涂双组份聚胺酯胶;加热使表面胶体活化,将所述的面饰层模压复合在基板上;再将所述的塑料嵌件通过热熔胶粘合在基板的内侧面上。采用本发明方法制备的汽车内饰板部件,具有质轻、环保、隔音隔热性能优越、易成型,设备投入成本低的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种制备汽车内饰板部件的方法。
背景技术
随着人们保护环境、节约能源、性价比等意识的不断增强,对汽车及汽车内饰的要求越来越高,市场竞争越来越激烈。顾客对高性价比、环保产品的追求给主机厂和各配套企业提出了更高的要求。既要使产品满足顾客的要求,又要使产品成本最小化。内饰材料的轻量化,环保化,低噪音化,高强度化已经成为一种趋势,在同等材料同等加工质量下改变加工工艺成为最有效最直接的方法。目前,主要以注塑成型制作汽车内饰板件,其生产工艺过程是将骨架基板与内侧嵌件一体注塑成型,再贴覆表皮材料。该产品注塑成型工装复杂、制作成本较高,且产品重量较大、隔音隔热性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为克服目前生产汽车内饰件存在的成本高、重量较大、隔音隔热性能较差等缺点,提供一种制备汽车内饰板部件的方法。
本发明方案为一种制备汽车内饰板部件的方法,所述汽车内饰板部件由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料作为基板、在基板外侧面上的面饰层和在基板内侧面上的塑料嵌件构成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、以聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材为原材料,在170~250℃温度下加热50~200秒至塑化状态,通过模压成型制得所述的基板;
b、将上述基板的外表面喷涂双组份聚胺酯胶;
c、将上述制得的基板加热至表面胶体活化状态,将所述的面饰层模压复合在基板上;
d、将所述的塑料嵌件通过热熔胶粘合在基板的内侧面上,即获得汽车内饰板部件产品。
所述的聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材由天然麻纤维45~50%、丙纶50~55%或天然麻纤维45~50%、丙纶纤维20~35%、涤纶纤维10~20%制成。
所述的面饰层为无纺布、织物面料、PVC材料或TPO材料。
采用本发明方法制备的汽车内饰板部件,具有质轻、环保、隔音隔热性能优越、易成型,设备投入成本低的特点。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:面饰层1、基板2、塑料嵌件3。
实施例基本如附图1、附图2所示:一种制备汽车内饰板部件的方法,所述汽车内饰板部件由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料作为基板2、在基板2外侧面上的面饰层1和在基板2内侧面上的塑料嵌件3构成。
本复合型汽车衣帽架内饰板部件是按如下工艺方法制得:
a、以聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材为原材料,在170~250℃温度下加热50~200秒至塑化状态,通过模压成型制得所述的基板2;
b、将上述基板2的外表面喷涂双组份聚胺酯胶;
c、将上述制得的基板2加热至表面胶体活化状态,将所述的面饰层1模压复合在基板2上;
d、将所述的塑料嵌件3通过热熔胶粘合在基板2的内侧面上,即获得复合型汽车衣帽架内饰板部件产品。
所述的聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材由天然麻纤维45~50%、丙纶50~55%或天然麻纤维45~50%、丙纶纤维20~35%、涤纶纤维10~20%制成。
所述的面饰层1为无纺布、织物面料、PVC材料或TPO材料。
采用本发明方法可广泛适用于制备汽车上的其它诸多内饰板部件。

Claims (3)
1.一种制备汽车内饰板部件的方法,所述汽车内饰板部件由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料作为基板、在基板外侧面上的面饰层和在基板内侧面上的塑料嵌件构成,其特征在于:按以下步骤制备:
a、以聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材为原材料,在170~250℃温度下加热50~200秒至塑化状态,通过模压成型制得所述的基板;
b、将上述基板的外表面喷涂双组份聚胺酯胶;
c、将上述制得的基板加热至表面胶体活化状态,将面饰层模压复合在基板上;
d、将所述的塑料嵌件通过热熔胶粘合在基板的内侧面上,即获得汽车内饰板部件产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备汽车内饰板部件的方法,其特征在于:所述的聚合物基麻纤维复合毡材由天然麻纤维45~50%、丙纶50~55%或天然麻纤维45~50%、丙纶纤维20~35%、涤纶纤维10~20%制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备汽车内饰板部件的方法,其特征在于:所述的面饰层为无纺布、织物面料、PVC材料或TPO材料。
