背景技术
饮食是一门学问,用药更是一门学问,药膳食疗,用药调理健康,是中国传统养生方法之一,中医讲究“药食同源”,作为中医药学的重要组成部分,药膳取药物之性,用食物之味,既能食用充腹又可保健养生。中国传统医学十分重视预防保健,通过精神调养、药膳食疗、养生功法等整体、自然、综合地达到增强体质、预防疾病、延缓衰老、延年益寿的目的,即为养生。中国古代关于“神农尝百草”的传说,反映了早在远古时代,中华民族就已开始探索食物和药物的功用,故有“药食同源”之说,西周时期,宫廷医生分为四科,其中的“食医”,即通过调配膳食为帝王的养生、保健服务。约成书于战国时期的中医经典著作《黄帝内经》,载药膳方数则,约成书于秦汉时期、中国现存最早的药学专著《神农本草经》,记载了许多既是药物又是食物的品种,如红枣、芝麻、山药、葡萄、核桃、百合、生姜、薏米等。东汉医圣张仲景的《伤寒杂病论》中,亦记载有一些药膳名方,如当归生姜羊肉汤、百合鸡子黄汤等,至今仍有实用价值。唐代名医孙思邈的《备急千金要方》和《千金翼方》专列有“食疗”、“养生食疗”等内容,药膳方十分丰富。饮食养生,既不同于药物疗法,也与普通的膳食有很大的差别,其显著的特点之一,就是“有病治病,无病强身”,对人体基本上无毒副作用。
胃病是一种统称,泛指胃部的各种疾病,包括胃炎和胃、十二指肠溃疡病、胃溃疡、胃结石等,他们都有相似的症状,如上腹胃脘部不适、饭后饱胀、嗳气、反酸等,胃是消化食物的重要器官,一定要多加保护。

针对想通过调养饮食的方法来改善胃病的人群,本发明旨在提供一种药膳食疗配方,尤指一种的可改善胃病的药膳配方及其制作方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可改善胃病的药膳配方,所述的药膳配方主要包括党参20-30克,黄芪20-30克,胡椒粉15-20克,花椒15-20克,水发香菇25-35克,水发玉兰片25-35克,荜拨20-30克,熟羊肋条肉350-500克,山药200-500克,丁香15-20克,姜汁40-60克,牛奶200-300毫升。
所述的药膳配方还包括葱段、姜片、盐、鸡精、清汤、鸡汤和冰糖。
一种可改善胃病的药膳配方的制作方法,所述的制作方法主要包括以下步骤:(1)取党参22克,黄芪22克,胡椒粉18克,花椒18克,水发香菇30克,水发玉兰片30克,荜拨22克,熟羊肋条肉400克,山药250克,山药去皮切片,将党参、黄芪和荜拨放到砂锅中,加入200毫升的清水,大火烧开后转小火,当煲至水剩50毫升左右时去渣留汁,取一只大碗,依次将玉兰片、香菇、山药片、熟羊肋条肉整齐地码在上面,加入葱段、姜片、花椒、盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、鸡汤和煲出来的药汁,用盘扣住,大火上笼蒸30分钟后取出,加入清汤浇在羊肉上即可得到调理羊肉;
(2)取丁香18克,姜汁42克,牛奶220毫升,将丁香、姜汁和牛奶放在锅里煮沸,去除丁香,加入少许冰糖搅拌均匀,冰糖溶化即可得到调理甜品;
(3)食用调理羊肉正餐后半小时再食用调理甜品。
