背景技术
饮食是一门学问,用药更是一门学问,药膳食疗,用药调理健康,是中国传统养生方法之一,中医讲究“药食同源”,作为中医药学的重要组成部分,药膳取药物之性,用食物之味,既能食用充腹又可保健养生。中国传统医学十分重视预防保健,通过精神调养、药膳食疗、养生功法等整体、自然、综合地达到增强体质、预防疾病、延缓衰老、延年益寿的目的,即为养生。中国古代关于“神农尝百草”的传说,反映了早在远古时代,中华民族就已开始探索食物和药物的功用,故有“药食同源”之说,西周时期,宫廷医生分为四科,其中的“食医”,即通过调配膳食为帝王的养生、保健服务。约成书于战国时期的中医经典著作《黄帝内经》,载药膳方数则,约成书于秦汉时期、中国现存最早的药学专著《神农本草经》,记载了许多既是药物又是食物的品种,如红枣、芝麻、山药、葡萄、核桃、百合、生姜、薏米等。东汉医圣张仲景的《伤寒杂病论》中,亦记载有一些药膳名方,如当归生姜羊肉汤、百合鸡子黄汤等,至今仍有实用价值。唐代名医孙思邈的《备急千金要方》和《千金翼方》专列有“食疗”、“养生食疗”等内容,药膳方十分丰富。饮食养生,既不同于药物疗法,也与普通的膳食有很大的差别,其显著的特点之一,就是“有病治病,无病强身”,对人体基本上无毒副作用。
糖尿病指因机体胰岛功能减退、胰岛素抵抗等引发的糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱综合征,此证临床上以高血糖为主要特点,主要症状则是多尿、多饮、多食、消瘦,即“三多一少”症状,糖尿病主要是由遗传因素、免疫功能紊乱,微生物感染及其毒素、自由基毒素、精神因素等因素相互作用所致,严重的糖尿病可能导致感染、心脏病变、脑血管病变、双目失明、下肢坏疽等症。中医认为,糖尿病患者要少吃多餐,这样可以避免餐后血糖升高,最好能够定时定量,每餐饮食按照技术分量进食,不可任意增减,,日常烹饪要少盐、少糖,采用清蒸、水煮、凉拌等方式。

针对糖尿病患者饮食应注意的事项,本发明旨在提供一种药膳食疗配方,尤指一种调养糖尿病的药膳配方及其制作方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种调养糖尿病的药膳配方,所述的药膳配方主要包括以下原料:猪脊骨550-800克,红枣200-300克,去心莲子120-200克,木香5-8克,甘草11-15克,山药200-220克,枸杞子10-20克。
所述的药膳配方还包括20克的生姜片。

(2)在炒锅里放上少量植物油烧热,将猪脊骨、山药和生姜片放到炒锅里翻炒两分钟后放到炖锅里;
(3)将木香、甘草用纱布包裹放到炖锅中,再将红枣、莲子和枸杞子同放到炖锅中,加入适量水后大火烧开,然后转成小火炖3个小时。

本发明作为菜时,可以用燕麦、小米或南瓜等作为主食,燕麦有益肝和脾、滑肠催产的功效,对病后体虚糖尿病、纳呆、便秘、难产等症有辅助治疗作用,小米具有清虚热、补虚损、健脾胃等功效,小米为碱性食物,因此,血中酸度太高不能食用酸性谷物的糖尿病患者,食用小米不会有任何不适,南瓜中含有一种特殊物质,可促进胰岛素分泌,降低血糖水平,对防治糖尿病有效果,本发明具有滋养肺肾、固涩补益的作用,适用于糖尿病肾阴亏损,见口渴多饮、尿频色清、疲乏无力、腰膝酸软者的辅助食疗。
