Abstract
本发明涉及一种预防心脑血管疾病的果蔬汁饮品及其制备方法,属于保健食品领域。本发明由下述原料百合汁、青萝卜汁、柠檬汁、大蒜汁、生姜汁、苹果醋、蜂蜜组成,制备方法有下述步骤:将原料百合、青萝卜、柠檬、大蒜、生姜分别榨汁,然后再分别按重量份取榨汁后百合汁、青萝卜汁、柠檬汁、大蒜汁、生姜汁合并备用,将合并后的汁液混合后加入苹果醋蒸煮浓缩,将蒸煮后的浓缩汁冷却至50℃~60℃时,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,将搅拌均匀后的汁液装入无菌、洁净的容器中密封,然后用巴氏杀毒法进行灭菌。本发明可以活血通络、养心安神,对于心脑血管疾病的预防和辅助治疗有较好的效果,且本发明制作成本低,减轻了患者经济负担,还减轻了患者服药或手术时的痛苦。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种预防心脑血管疾病的果蔬汁饮品及其制备方法,属于保健食品领域。
背景技术
心脑血管疾病是高脂血症、血液黏稠、动脉粥样硬化、高血压等导致心脑发生缺血性或出血性疾病的统称,具有“发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高、复发率高、并发症多”等特性。随着生活水平的提高和工作节奏的加快,心脑血管疾病的患病率逐年增加,而有些心脑血管疾病,如高血压因发病隐匿,因而被忽视,往往在健康体检时才发现。另外由于人们生活方式和膳食结构的明显转变,使得高血脂、高血压、高血糖、肥胖等愈加明显,这也是导致心脑血管疾病发生率持续上升的主要原因。一旦得上这类疾病,轻者需要长期吃药维持,重者需要花费大量的金钱去医院救治,给家庭造成很大的经济负担和心理压力。为了预防和治疗上述疾病,近年来有许多相关药品被不断开发,所谓是药三分毒,而且许多药物,不仅价钱昂贵,而且服用以后效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种具有活血通络、养心安神,可用于心脑血管疾病的预防及辅助治疗的果蔬汁饮品。本发明的另一个目的是:提供该果蔬汁饮品的制备方法。
本发明是由百合汁、青萝卜汁,柠檬汁,大蒜汁,生姜汁,苹果醋,蜂蜜组成制备的。
百合:甘肃省新医药研究所刘国权教授对兰州百合成分药理实验分析结果认为:兰州百合丰富的锌元素可调节人体机理平衡,增强人体免疫力,对肝癌、肺癌等病都有一定的抑制作用。(《甘肃日报》1988年3月5日)兰州百合有多种营养成份,据甘肃省科学院生物研究所分析测定,每100克鲜百合含有水分63.8克,蛋白质2.91克,脂肪0.16克,可溶性总糖11.47克,还原糖1.14克,蔗糖8.5克,淀粉13.07克,果胶1.37克,粗纤维0.48克,灰分1.03克,还有人体所需的8种氨基酸和多种维生素。祖国医学认为,百合味甘、性平、无毒,甜美可口,归心、肺、大小肠三经,有润肺、祛痰、止咳、健胃、安心定神,促进血液循环、清热利尿等功效,尤其对肺结核、气管炎的滋养、缓解作用甚佳,故有“佳蔬良药”之誉。
青萝卜:萝卜中含有蛋白质、糖、维生素A、维生素C、尼克酸,以及元素钙、磷、铁等。萝卜内含有的糖化酵素和芥子油成分,对人体消化功能大有裨益。生萝卜汁有缓慢的降压作用。生萝卜汁加蜂蜜可作为高血压和动脉硬化患者很好的辅助食疗品。
大蒜:大蒜具有降血压、减少血中胆固醇,以及抑制血液凝集的功效,因此对于动脉硬化及心脏疾病有预防的功能;此外,在动物实验中也发现,大蒜精油可显著降低动物之血糖或预防因压力所诱导之高血糖等。大蒜中含有的大蒜素具有广谱抗菌效果,大蒜能够阻断致癌物质—亚硝胺的合成,抑制癌细胞生长,对癌细胞有杀伤作用。大蒜中含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素及矿物质,具有预防血管老化、免疫力衰退等作用。
柠檬:柠檬富含维生素C和维生素P,能增强血管弹性和韧性,可预防和治疗高血压和心肌梗塞症状。国外研究还发现,柠檬中含有一种近似胰岛素的成分,可以使异常的血糖值降低。
生姜:生姜性温,其特有的“姜辣素”能刺激胃肠黏膜,使胃肠道充血,消化能力增强,能有效地治疗吃寒凉食物过多而引起的腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。 吃过生姜后,人会有身体发热的感觉,这是因为它能使血管扩张,血液循环加快,促使身上的毛孔张开,这样不但能把多余的热带走,同时还把体内的病菌、寒气一同带出。
苹果醋:苹果醋含有果胶,维他命,矿物质及酵素,其酸性成分能疏通软化血管,杀灭病菌,增强人体的免疫和抗病毒能力,改善消化系统,清洗消化道,有助排除关节、血管及内脏器官的毒素,调节内分泌,具有明显降低血脂和排毒保健功能。
蜂蜜:蜂蜜中含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐和维生素以及铁、钙、铜、锰、钾、磷等多种有机酸和有益人体健康的微量元素,以及果糖、葡萄糖、淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等。具有提高免疫力、促进长寿、改善睡眠、保肝、抗疲劳、促进儿童生长发育、保护心血管、润肺止咳等。。
本发明原料组分的用量也是经过本公司医药工作者在临床实践中进行大量摸索总结出的,各组分用量在下述重量份范围都具有较好疗效。
百合汁2~6份、青萝卜汁4~8份、柠檬汁15~25份、大蒜汁15~25份、生姜汁18~24份、苹果醋 6~12份、蜂蜜14~20份。
各原料的用量为:
百合汁4.5份、青萝卜汁6份、柠檬汁20份、大蒜汁20份、生姜汁20份、苹果醋 10份、蜂蜜17.5份。
制备预防心脑血管疾病的果蔬汁饮品的方法有下述步骤:
a、将新鲜的百合清洗干净去皮,用榨汁机榨汁,收集百合汁Ⅰ;将百合渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集百合汁Ⅱ;将百合渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集百合汁Ⅲ;最后将百合汁Ⅰ、百合汁Ⅱ、百合汁Ⅲ合并备用。
b、将新鲜的青萝卜清洗干净,用刀切碎后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集青萝卜汁Ⅰ;将青萝卜渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集青萝卜汁Ⅱ;将青萝卜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集青萝卜汁Ⅲ;最后将青萝卜汁Ⅰ、青萝卜汁Ⅱ、青萝卜汁Ⅲ合并备用。
c、将大蒜用大蒜去皮机去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅰ;将大蒜渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅱ;将大蒜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅲ;然后将大蒜渣加入初始新鲜的大蒜用量的1/10水继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅳ;将加水后大蒜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅴ;最后将大蒜汁Ⅰ、大蒜汁Ⅱ、大蒜汁Ⅲ、大蒜汁Ⅳ、大蒜汁Ⅴ合并备用。
d、将柠檬去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集柠檬汁Ⅰ;将柠檬渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集柠檬汁Ⅱ;将柠檬渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集柠檬汁Ⅲ;最后将柠檬汁Ⅰ、柠檬汁Ⅱ、柠檬汁Ⅲ合并备用。
e、将生姜清洗干净后放入生姜脱皮机内脱皮5分钟,然后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集生姜汁Ⅰ;将生姜渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集生姜汁Ⅱ;将生姜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集生姜汁Ⅲ;最后将生姜汁Ⅰ、生姜汁Ⅱ、生姜汁Ⅲ合并备用。
f、蒸煮浓缩:按重量份的原料,将合并后的百合汁、青萝卜汁、大蒜汁、柠檬汁、生姜汁混合,混合后加入苹果醋,用大火蒸煮,边蒸煮、边搅拌,沸腾后开始计时,蒸煮30分钟后关火。
g、冷却:将蒸煮后的浓缩汁冷却至温度为50℃~60℃时,加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀。
h、将搅拌均匀后的汁液装入无菌、洁净的容器中密封,然后用巴氏杀毒法进行灭菌,灭菌时间为25分钟~35分钟,温度为55℃~65℃。
i、冷却后贴标,包装即可。
本发明的优点是:可以活血通络、养心安神,对于心脑血管疾病的预防和辅助治疗有较好的效果,且本发明制作成本低,减轻了患者经济负担,还减轻了患者服药或手术时的痛苦。
具体实施方式
下面通过临床观察本发明一种预防心脑血管疾病的果蔬汁饮品及其制备方法的有益效果。
实施例1
a、将新鲜的百合3.6kg清洗干净去皮,用榨汁机榨汁,收集百合汁Ⅰ;将百合渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集百合汁Ⅱ;将百合渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集百合汁Ⅲ;最后将百合汁Ⅰ、百合汁Ⅱ、百合汁Ⅲ合并;取合并后的百合汁2kg备用。
b、将新鲜的青萝卜5.3kg清洗干净,用刀切碎后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集青萝卜汁Ⅰ;将青萝卜渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集青萝卜汁Ⅱ;将青萝卜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集青萝卜汁Ⅲ;最后将青萝卜汁Ⅰ、青萝卜汁Ⅱ、青萝卜汁Ⅲ合并;取青萝卜汁4kg备用。
c、将大蒜33kg用大蒜去皮机去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅰ;将大蒜渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅱ;将大蒜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅲ;然后在大蒜渣中加入3.3kg的水继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅳ;将加水后大蒜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅴ;最后将大蒜汁Ⅰ、大蒜汁Ⅱ、大蒜汁Ⅲ、大蒜汁Ⅳ、大蒜汁Ⅴ合并;取大蒜汁15kg备用。
d、将柠檬22kg去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集柠檬汁Ⅰ;将柠檬渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集柠檬汁Ⅱ;将柠檬渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集柠檬汁Ⅲ;最后将柠檬汁Ⅰ、柠檬汁Ⅱ、柠檬汁Ⅲ合并;取柠檬汁15kg备用;
e、将生姜28kg清洗干净后放入生姜脱皮机内脱皮5分钟,然后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集生姜汁Ⅰ;将生姜渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集生姜汁Ⅱ;将生姜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集生姜汁Ⅲ;最后将生姜汁Ⅰ、生姜汁Ⅱ、生姜汁Ⅲ合并;取生姜汁18kg备用。
f、蒸煮浓缩:按重量份的原料,将合并后的百合汁、青萝卜汁、大蒜汁、柠檬汁、生姜汁混合,混合后加入苹果醋6kg,用大火蒸煮,边蒸煮、边搅拌,沸腾后开始计时,蒸煮30分钟后关火。
g、冷却:将蒸煮后的浓缩汁冷却至温度50℃~60℃,加入蜂蜜14kg,搅拌均匀。
h、将搅拌均匀的汁液装入无菌、洁净的容器中密封,然后用巴氏杀毒法进行灭菌,灭菌时间为25分钟~35分钟,温度为55℃~65℃;
i、冷却后贴标,包装即可。
实施例2
该实施例步骤与实施例1相同,所不同的是:步骤a、b、c、d、e 中各原料分别为:百合11 kg ,青萝卜10.6kg,柠檬37kg,大蒜56kg,生姜37.5kg。各原料用量分别为:百合汁6kg、青萝卜汁8kg,柠檬汁25kg,大蒜汁25kg,生姜汁24kg。步骤f中混合后加入苹果醋为12kg。步骤g中加入蜂蜜为20kg。
实施例3
该实施例步骤与实施例1相同,所不同的是:步骤a、b、c、d、e 中各原料分别为:百合8kg ,青萝卜8kg,柠檬30kg,大蒜45kg,生姜31kg。各原料用量分别为:百合汁4.5kg、青萝卜汁6kg,柠檬汁20kg,大蒜汁20kg,生姜汁20kg。步骤f中混合后加入苹果醋为10kg。步骤g中加入蜂蜜为17.5kg。
综上所述:百合名称出自于《神农本草经》,兰州百合为甘肃特产,以其食用价值和强大的食疗作用著称于世。中医认为百合具有润肺止咳、清心安神的作用。中医理论:肺朝百脉,此一味在其他食物中起引使作用,引姜、柠檬、大蒜直达病所。本发明将起引使作用的兰州百合以及大家熟知的食品或食药同源的物质青萝卜、柠檬、大蒜、生姜等为原料,经过榨汁、蒸煮等工序。本发明制作成本低,工艺简单,减轻了患者服药或手术时的痛苦,也减轻了患者的精神负担。本发明不仅可以提高免疫力,预防感冒,更重要的是姜、蒜、柠檬等原料由于加入了起引使作用的物质百合,其功效的协同作用更为明显,可以活血通络、养心安神,对于心脑血管疾病的预防和辅助治疗有较好的效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种预防心脑血管疾病的果蔬汁饮品,其特征在于:它是由下列重量份的原料制成,百合汁2~6份、青萝卜汁4~8份、柠檬汁15~25份、大蒜汁15~25份、生姜汁18~24、苹果醋 6~12份、蜂蜜14~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防心脑血管疾病的果蔬汁饮品,其中各原料的用量为:百合汁4.5份、青萝卜汁6份、柠檬汁20份、大蒜汁20份、生姜汁20份、苹果醋 10份、蜂蜜17.5份。
3.制备如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的一种预防心脑血管疾病的果蔬汁饮品,其特征在于:有下述步骤:
a、将新鲜的百合清洗干净去皮,用榨汁机榨汁,收集百合汁Ⅰ;将百合渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集百合汁Ⅱ;将百合渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集百合汁Ⅲ;最后将百合汁Ⅰ、百合汁Ⅱ、百合汁Ⅲ合并备用;
b、将新鲜的青萝卜清洗干净,用刀切碎后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集青萝卜汁Ⅰ;将青萝卜渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集青萝卜汁Ⅱ;将青萝卜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集青萝卜汁Ⅲ;最后将青萝卜汁Ⅰ、青萝卜汁Ⅱ、青萝卜汁Ⅲ合并备用;
c、将大蒜用大蒜去皮机去皮后放入榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅰ;将大蒜渣继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅱ;将大蒜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅲ;然后在大蒜渣中加入初始新鲜的大蒜用量的1/10水继续在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅳ;将加水后大蒜渣再次在榨汁机内榨汁,收集大蒜汁Ⅴ;最后将大蒜汁Ⅰ、大蒜汁Ⅱ、大蒜汁Ⅲ、大蒜汁Ⅳ、大蒜汁Ⅴ合并备用;
