Abstract
本发明提供一种低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液及其制备方法,属于保健饮料的制备技术领域,口服液产品是以低聚木糖、红枣、大姜作为主要成份,辅以甜味剂和净化水,按一定重量百分比和制备方法加工而成。其制备方法包含了红枣提取液的制备和生姜提取液的制备。该发明采用传统中医药食疗保健中的红枣和生姜,配合现代生物高科技产品低聚木糖,对人体中对于营养吸收最为关键的两个部位——胃及肠道将发生综合的保健作用,降低日常饮食中刺激性、染菌性等损坏食物对胃肠道的损伤。

(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮料,具体地说是一种低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液及其制备方法。
(二)技术背景
低聚木糖又称木寡糖,是目前国际上颇受关注的功能性低聚糖,是一种新型的食品添加剂。它的是由2-10个D一木糖残基以p-1,4糖昔键结合而构成的低聚糖,其中木二糖为主要的有效成分,在人体内难以消化,肠道内残存率高,是一种选择性极高的双歧杆菌增值因子,可改善肠道微生态环境,增强机体免疫力,可用于糖尿病,肥胖病和高血压等患者食用,有利于口腔健康,不引起龋齿等优点,被认为最有前途的功能性低聚糖之一。
低聚木糖具有如下理化性质:甜度与麦芽糖接近,约为蔗糖的40%;低聚木糖比其它功能性低聚糖更耐酸耐热,即使在酸性条件(pH2.5-8.0)下加热lh无明显变化,在110℃加热也不分解。更为重要的是低聚木糖有其独特的生理学特性:该糖在人体肠道内不易消化吸收,到达大肠而被双歧杆菌利用,具有显著的双歧杆菌增殖能力,据资料报道,成人每天只需口服0.7g低聚木糖,两周后大肠杆菌中的双歧杆菌的比例从8.9%增加到17.9%。低聚木糖不能被口腔内变异链球菌等细菌分解成黏着性的单糖如葡萄糖、果糖等,与蔗糖并用时能阻止蔗糖被生成牙垢,故无龋齿性并具抗龋齿性;低聚木糖能促进人体对钙的吸收;低聚木糖的摄人量少,每日摄取的有效剂量为0.7-1.4g;低聚木糖被认为是一种水溶性膳食纤维,能降低血清胆固醇和甘油三酯含量,摄入后不会引起体内血糖值的大幅度升高。故低聚木糖可作老年、儿童和孕妇、高血压、糖尿病、肥胖病等患者的食品的理想配料。
低聚木糖同时具有低聚糖类的其它生理功能,包括:①减少有毒发酵产物及有害细菌的产生。人体内和活体外粪便培养试验表明,摄入低聚木糖3周内,机体内即可减少44.6%有毒发酵产物和40.9%的有害细菌的产生;②抑制病源菌和腹泻。低聚木糖对病原菌有较强的吸附力,如大肠杆菌、肠炎门氏菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、嗜水气单胞菌等都能吸附到低聚木糖上,由于低聚木糖不被 肠道中的消化酶所降解,可携带附着的病原菌通过肠道排出体外,从而防止病原菌在肠道中集群,达到防止腹泻的目的;③防止便秘。双歧杆菌利用低聚木糖,产生大量的短链脂肪酸;能刺激肠道蠕动,增加粪便湿润度,并保持一定的渗透压,从而防止便秘发生;④保护肝脏功能。摄入低聚木糖,可减少有毒代谢产物形成,大大减少了肝脏分解毒素的负担;⑤降低血清胆固醇。摄入低聚木糖,持续2周至3个月,总血清胆固醇可降低20-50dl。还可提高女性血清中多密度脂蛋白胆固醇占总胆固醇的比率;⑥降低血压。46个高血脂患者摄入低聚木糖持续5周后,其心脏舒张压平均下降了799.8Pa(6mmHg)。研究表明一个人的心脏舒张压的高低与其粪便中双歧杆菌占总菌数的比率呈明显的负相关关系;⑦能增强机体免疫力,抗癌。经大量试验结果表明,双歧杆菌在肠道内大量繁殖能够起到抗癌作用。这种抗癌作用归功于双歧杆菌的细胞、细胞壁成分和胞外分泌物,使机体免疫力提高;⑧具有良好的配伍性。食物中添加少量低聚木糖,便能体现出保健效果,当低聚木糖与钙同时摄入时,它不但不会影响机体对钙的吸收,反而能起促进作用,试验结果表明,任意摄取2%低聚木糖水溶液,7日后机体对Ca的保留率提高了21%;⑨能促使机体生成多种营养物质。包括VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12、烟酸和叶酸。
红枣(zizyphus jujuba dates),又名中华大枣、枣、胶枣、刺枣、是鼠李科(Rhamnaceae)枣属植物枣树(Ziziphus jujuba Mill)的果实。红枣具有重要的食用和药用价值它不仅营养丰富,富含蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A,B,C和Ca,P,Fe等矿物质。红枣原产我国,在我国各地均有栽培,以色红、肉厚、饱满、核小、味甜者为佳。红枣因加工方法的不同,有红枣和黑枣之分。中国古医学、古农学对红枣的营养、保健价值早已作了十分精辟的阐述。《齐民要术》(公元533-544年)所论42种果品中,红枣位居榜首。红枣味甘、性温、无毒,入心、脾、胃经。红枣既是普通食品,也是常用的药品,久食或入药膳,有补气血,益脾胃,通九窍,和百药,润肤养颜,强志延年养生保健功效。凡体质虚弱或欲抗衰延年者均可食用。民间有谚日:″一日吃三枣,一辈子不显老″。
红枣具有极高的营养价值及药用价值,是集药、食、补3大功能为一体的保健食品,被誉为″木本粮食,滋补佳品″。中国农科院分析中心测定:中国红枣(干枣)含水量25%~30%,糖55%~80%,磷0.09%~1.27%,钾0.61%~1.05%,钙0.03%~0.06%,镁0.03%~0.05%,铁11.5~65.5×10-6,锰4.34~7. 82×10-6,铜(2.45~5.88)×10-6,锌(2.12~14.98)×10-6(以上数据因不同品种而异),粗蛋白2.92%,粗纤维素2.41%,粗脂肪0.96%,维生素C8.7mg/100g,维生素B10.17mg/100g,维生素B20.35mg/100g,维生素A15.47IU,维生素E3.83IU,(以上数据为平均数)。枣果中含16种氨基酸,其中有8种人体不能合成的必需氨基酸,幼儿体种氨基酸,其中有8种人体不能合成的必需氨基酸,幼儿体内不能合成的两种氨基酸,即精氨酸和粗氨酸。红枣含有高达3300mg/100g以上的维生素P,是预防与治疗高血压病的有效成分。
红枣是药食同源的典型。《齐民要术》、《本草纲目》、《百病秘方》和《神农草本经》等都对红枣的一些功能作了阐述。现代医学和食品研究表明,红枣的保健功能主要集中表现在以下几方面:①抗衰老作用;②可以增加白细胞内cAMP;③抗变态反应;④抗肿瘤作用;⑤免疫增强作用;⑥增强肌肉力量、抗疲劳作用;⑦保护肝脏;⑧降压、镇静安神、抗惊厥作用;⑨在中医药上,用于脾虚食少、气血津液不足、体倦乏力、营卫不和、心悸怔忡、妇女脏躁、紫癜。
姜,辛辣芳香,能去腥除膻,拌馅、炖肉、烧鱼都离不了,它是烹饪必备的调料。在我国传统医学上,姜是一味散寒发表的重要药物,因炮制方法不同,又分为生姜、干姜、姜皮、姜汁、泡姜和煨姜等。宋代大诗人苏轼在《东坡杂记》中有记载:″钱塘净慈寺和尚,年八十余,颜如童子,自言服姜四十年,故不老。″我国伟大的医药学家李时珍对姜的评价是:″可蔬、可和、可果、可药。″这是对姜的最好的评价。据检测,姜中含有姜辣素、姜油酮、姜酚、姜醇、抗坏血酸、胡萝卜素、维生素C、纤维素、蛋白质、脂肪、糖、钙、铁、天门冬素、谷氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸等。其中一些物质具有祛寒防病的功效,能杀灭伤寒杆菌等多种病菌,对杀灭沙门氏菌尤为有效。因此,姜能治疗急性胃炎、急性腹泻、慢性气管炎、百日咳;还能抑制呕吐,防止晕车、晕船;用姜汤还可急救休克患者等。
姜还有养生保健的功能。常吃讲,有利于扩张血管、加速血液循环、降低胆固醇、稀释血液、防止血液凝块、动脉硬化和冠心病;有利于刺激胃液分泌、促进肠蠕动,增强消化能力;有利于调节生理机能,增强机体活力,提高免疫能力;有利于延年益寿,因为姜辣素能抑制脂质的过氧化作用,具有抗衰老功能;生姜对人体有促进血液循环,加速新陈代谢,促进消化排泄及抗菌解毒的功能。因此,生姜具有多方面的防病保健、颐养天年的效果。中医认为红枣与生姜配伍合用,能健胃安神、散寒止吐、健身防病。
根据现代医学研究成果,人体消化吸收功能主要发生在胃和肠道两部分,这两部分发生病变或者功能障碍现象,将会严重的影响人体对于营养的消化吸收,继而造成人体其它器官由于营养缺失发生多方面的功能障碍,造成发育不良、免疫力低下、器官病变、器官损伤甚至于癌变等多种疾病的发生。所以,人体消化道的健康水平是人体健康的基础。
对于年轻人而言,现代社会生活节奏加快,压力加大,饮食不规律,极易造成胃肠道损伤。对于老年人而言,胃肠道功能已有部分衰退,机体功能降低,如果不加以日常保健,极易发生胃肠道损伤。对于婴幼儿而言,胃肠道正处于发育过程中,受日常饮食中特殊事物刺激发生胃肠道损伤的机率很大。所以,加强胃肠道保健十分重要,这是健康饮食、促进营养全面吸收利用、增强机体抗疾病能力的第一步。
(三)发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液及其制备方法。该产品采用中国传统食疗知识和现代生命科学研究成果,即具有红枣生姜健胃功效,又具有低聚木糖促进益生菌增殖、润肠保健的功效,对人体消化道具有全面的保健功效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液,采用传统中医药食疗保健中的红枣和生姜,配合现代生物高科技产品低聚木糖,对人体中对于营养吸收最为关键的两个部位——胃及肠道将发生综合的保健作用,降低日常饮食中刺激性、染菌性等损坏事物对胃肠道的损伤。
其具体配制方法是以低聚木糖、红枣、大姜作为主要成份,辅以甜味剂和净化水按重量百分比调配而成。
其各成分的重量百分比是:
低聚木糖:0.5-10%,
红枣提取液:5-80%,
生姜提取液:5-60%,
甜味剂:2-8%,
余量为净化水。
上述各成分的重量优选百分比是:
低聚木糖:1-5%,
红枣提取液:10-60%,
生姜提取液:10-40%,
甜味剂:4-6%,
余量为净化水。
上述各成分的重量最佳百分比是:
低聚木糖:2%,
红枣提取液:40%,
生姜提取液:20%,
甜味剂:5%,
余量为净化水。
上述甜味剂为口服葡萄糖或木糖醇。采用木糖醇替代葡萄糖作为甜味剂,可以满足糖尿病人或者糖尿病高危人群对于产品的需要。
上述低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液的制备方法,包括红枣提取液的制备方法和生姜提取液的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
a)红枣提取液的制备方法:选用新鲜洁净红枣,清水冲洗,沥干水分,进入蒸煮罐,加入适量净化水,以完全浸泡红枣为准,90-110℃蒸煮10-20分钟,冷却至40-60℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提20-40分钟,板框过滤,加入适量净化水搅拌均匀,调配成适宜浓度的红枣提取液;
b)生姜提取液的制备方法:选用新鲜洁净生姜,清水冲洗,沥干水分,切片,加入适量净化水,以完全浸泡生姜为准,90-110℃蒸煮3-7分钟,,冷却至40-60℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提20-40分钟,板框过滤,加入适量净化水搅拌均匀,调配成适宜浓度生姜提取液。
c)在GMP车间内,在配料罐内,按上述各组分的重量百分比加入各原料,搅拌溶解,加入絮凝剂板框过滤,灌装,封盖,高温灭菌,灯检,包装。利用上述制备方法,所制得的口服液为棕红色澄清液体。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:
红枣提取液的制备:选用新鲜洁净红枣30Kg,清水冲洗,沥干水分,进入蒸煮罐,加入60Kg净化水100℃蒸煮15分钟,冷却至50℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提30分钟,板框过滤,上清液加入40Kg净化水搅拌均匀,贮存待用。
生姜提取液的制备:选用新鲜洁净生姜30Kg,清水冲洗,沥干水分,切片,加入60Kg净化水100℃蒸煮5分钟,冷却至50℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提30分钟,板框过滤,上清液加入40Kg净化水搅拌均匀,贮存待用。
在配料罐中,加入低聚木糖70糖浆4Kg,红枣提取液80Kg,生姜提取液40Kg,口服葡萄糖10Kg,加入净化水补齐200Kg,搅拌均匀,板框过滤,罐装,灭菌,包装,检验,入库。
实施例2:
红枣提取液的制备:选用新鲜洁净红枣30Kg,清水冲洗,沥干水分,进入蒸煮罐,加入80Kg净化水100℃蒸煮15分钟,冷却至50℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提30分钟,板框过滤,上清液加入70Kg净化水搅拌均匀,贮存待用。
生姜提取液的制备:选用新鲜洁净生姜30Kg,清水冲洗,沥干水分,切片,加入80Kg净化水100℃蒸煮5分钟,冷却至50℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提30分钟,板框过滤,上清液加入70Kg净化水搅拌均匀,贮存待用。
在配料罐中,加入低聚木糖70糖浆4Kg,红枣提取液120Kg,生姜提取液60Kg,木糖醇10Kg,加入净化水补齐200Kg,搅拌均匀,板框过滤,罐装,灭菌,包装,检验,入库。
实施例3:
红枣提取液的制备:选用新鲜洁净红枣30Kg,清水冲洗,沥干水分,进入蒸煮罐,加入60Kg净化水100℃蒸煮15分钟,冷却至50℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提30分钟,板框过滤,上清液加入40Kg净化水搅拌均匀,贮存待用。
生姜提取液的制备:选用新鲜洁净生姜30Kg,清水冲洗,沥干水分,切片,加入60Kg净化水100℃蒸煮5分钟,冷却至50℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提30分钟,板框过滤,上清液加入40Kg净化水搅拌均匀,贮存待用。
在配料罐中,加入低聚木糖70糖浆2Kg,红枣提取液80Kg,生姜提取液40Kg,木糖醇12Kg,加入净化水补齐200Kg,搅拌均匀,板框过滤,罐装,灭菌,包装,检验,入库。

生姜提取液的制备:选用新鲜洁净生姜30Kg,清水冲洗,沥干水分,切 片,加入60Kg净化水100℃蒸煮5分钟,冷却至50℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提30分钟,板框过滤,上清液加入40Kg净化水搅拌均匀,贮存待用。
在配料罐中,加入低聚木糖70糖浆4Kg,红枣提取液120Kg,生姜提取液40Kg,木糖醇10Kg,加入净化水补齐200Kg,搅拌均匀,板框过滤,罐装,灭菌,包装,检验,入库。
实施例5:
红枣提取液的制备:选用新鲜洁净红枣30Kg,清水冲洗,沥干水分,进入蒸煮罐,加入80Kg净化水100℃蒸煮15分钟,冷却至50℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提30分钟,板框过滤,上清液加入70Kg净化水搅拌均匀,贮存待用。
生姜提取液的制备:选用新鲜洁净生姜30Kg,清水冲洗,沥干水分,切片,加入60Kg净化水100℃蒸煮5分钟,冷却至50℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提30分钟,板框过滤,上清液加入40Kg净化水搅拌均匀,贮存待用。
在配料罐中,加入低聚木糖70糖浆6Kg,红枣提取液80Kg,生姜提取液40Kg,木糖醇12Kg,加入净化水补齐200Kg,搅拌均匀,板框过滤,罐装,灭菌,包装,检验,入库。
Claims (6)
1.一种低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液,其特征在于,它是以低聚木糖、红枣提取液、生姜提取液作为主要成份,辅以甜味剂和净化水按重量百分比调配而成,上述各成分的重量百分比是:
低聚木糖:0.5-10%,
红枣提取液:5-80%,
生姜提取液:5-60%,
甜味剂:2-8%,
余量为净化水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液,其特征在于,各成分的重量百分比是:
低聚木糖:1-5%,
红枣提取液:10-60%,
生姜提取液:10-40%,
甜味剂:4-6%,
余量为净化水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液,其特征在于,各成分的重量百分比是:
低聚木糖:2%,
红枣提取液:40%,
生姜提取液:20%,
甜味剂:5%,
余量为净化水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液,其特征在于,甜味剂为口服葡萄糖或木糖醇。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括红枣提取液的制备方法和生姜提取液的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
a)红枣提取液的制备方法:选用新鲜洁净红枣,清水冲洗,沥干水分,进入蒸煮罐,加入适量净化水,以完全浸泡红枣为准,90-110℃蒸煮10-20分 钟,冷却至40-60℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提20-40分钟,板框过滤,加入适量净化水搅拌均匀,调配成红枣提取液;
b)生姜提取液的制备方法:选用新鲜洁净生姜,清水冲洗,沥干水分,切片,加入适量净化水,以完全浸泡生姜为准,90-110℃蒸煮3-7分钟,冷却至40-60℃以下打浆,进入贮存罐浸提20-40分钟,板框过滤,加入适量净化水搅拌均匀,调配成生姜提取液;
c)在GMP车间内,在配料罐内,按上述各组分的重量百分比加入各原料,搅拌溶解,加入絮凝剂板框过滤,灌装,封盖,高温灭菌,灯检,包装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种低聚木糖健胃润肠口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所制得的口服液为棕红色澄清液体。
