Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种医疗导管,特别是涉及一种可插入血管、尿道、以及身体的类似脉管中的导管。
目前已有多种用于治疗由于动脉硬化而造成的动脉血管狭窄或堵塞和用于去除血栓的方法。
使用最广的方法是所谓旁路外科手术,其中,以外科手术去除血管的损害部分,代之以病人自身的一段血管或人造血管,这就实际解决了问题。然而,这种手术必须切开身体组织,身体损害很大且医疗费用很高。
亦有采用药物治疗的,但这仅对消溶血栓有效,而对去除动脉硬化的病灶或堵塞不太成动。
所选择的一些新的替代方法包括将带有气囊的导管插入血管,并在病变部位使气囊膨胀,机械地使血管的收缩部位扩张;再有,可将带有气囊和光纤的导管插入,用以同时传导激光。在上述后一种方法中,使气囊膨胀以堵住血管和使血流停止,这时再用激光使病变组织汽化。
诊断血管内壁的技术包括将一含有影象光纤的导管插入血管,利用影象光纤来检查病变组织。
用上述这种导管进行治疗和诊断必须要能控制在血管分叉处导管所需要的走向,使导管可达到所瞄准的病变部位。
目前解决这一问题的方法是将导管的引导端弯成一特定的角度,通过转动导管的手柄端控制处于导管要导入的支脉管处的导管引导端的方向。但是,所述分叉的各自形状和条件的极大差导使之很难将上述结构的导管用于所有病人身上,也很难将此导管导入具有复杂的多分支的要治疗的分叉脉管中。
因此,曾提出过在导管的末端装一个连接环,借助于一条穿过导管的操纵线来控制导管朝向所需的方向。但是,因为这种导管相当复杂,难以做成为小直径的导管。
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种结构简单、可容易地穿过身体的血管或其他脉管朝着所需要的方向导引的导管。
为了完成这种和其他的目的,按照本发明第一个实施例的导管,在其气囊内部,沿周界分有多个间隔,每个间隔都有单独的流体灌输通道。
按照本发明第二个实施例的导管,沿导管的周边,设有多个气囊,每个气囊都有单独的流体灌输通道。
在使用第一个实施例的导管情况下,当导管插入例如血管或类似的脉管以后,通过流体灌输通道将流体灌入某一特定的间隔使该间隔充胀,就能使导管的顶端朝向所需要的方向。
而在使用第二个实施例的导管情况下,用类似的方法将流体灌入某一特定的气囊使其充胀,也同样能使导管的顶端朝向所需要的方向。
参照附图,结合所述的最佳实施例,通过以下说明可进一步了解本发明的目的和特点。附图中同类部件使用了同一标号。附图中:

图5为本发明另一实施例的导管的横向剖面图。
参考图1,可看出本发明的一种导管1的前端部分。所示的端部包括:一条内管8,形成了灌输例如药液的药液灌输通道;一条外管6,其中套有内管8,管6和8之间形成了一条流体灌输通道5;以及处于管6外的气囊2。将气囊2的内部以间壁3隔成多个间隔4,如图2所示。
每个间隔4都有自己的流体灌输通道5,使之可经通道5将气体或液体分开和单独地灌输到每一个间隔4中,从而使相应的间隔4充胀。流体灌输通道5是由间壁6a分隔而形成的,间壁6a由内管8伸到外管6上,由相应的间隔4标号的图上可看出。为使各间隔4可灌入气体或液体,在外管6上开有一个合适的孔或多个孔,使流体可从通道5输入到相应的间隔4中。
如果导管1按上述方式构成,当导管1插入脉管A并到达脉管A的分叉处或其他交界处时,可选择某些间隔4使其充胀而将导管1的顶端朝向所需的方向并插进所需的支脉管中。
具体说,如果象图3所画的那样,将流体灌入靠近脉管A内壁下部的间隔4时,该间隔就被充胀。当气囊2的底部接触到脉管A的内壁时,导管1的顶部就翘起而通向分叉处上方的待诊断的支脉管。进一步将导管1往里插,就能使导管1插入支脉管A1。
反之,如图4所示,如果靠近脉管A内壁上部的间隔4被充胀,并且当气囊2的顶部接触到脉管的内壁时,就迫使导管1的顶部向下朝向分叉处下方的待诊断的支脉管。继续将导管1往里插,就能使导管1插入支脉管A2。这样,导管1顶端的方位角就可以通过控制上述每一位置上的间隔4的充胀程度来自由调整。再有,导管1的定位和方向也能通过适当充胀多个间隔4中的一个,或通过同时适当充胀多个间隔4中的两个或两个以上的间隔来自由调整。
当多个间隔4全部充胀时,气囊2被用于堵塞脉管A,该脉管可以是一条血管或类似的脉管。
图5是导管1的另一实施例的断面图。与上述实施例的不同处在于它是沿导管1的周向设置多个气囊2,对于每一个所述气囊2,都分开和单独地设置流体灌输通道5。
使用上述实施例的导管1时,在导管1的顶部到达脉管A的分叉处之后,通过选择性地使气囊2充胀,可使导管1的顶部朝向所需的方向并导入所需的支脉管中。
但是,本发明的导管1并不局限于上述实施例,例如,可以使用具有多条单独的管道作为所需要的流体灌输通道5这样的结构,还可增加间隔4或气囊2的数目,而不改变本发明的内容和意向。
在本发明的导管1中,还可装设内含影象光纤的内窥导管、内含激光传导光纤的激光照射导管以及其他类型的导管。
上述本发明导管的优点在于它能很容易地导入目标部位,因为可以有选择地充胀气囊中多个间隔中的任何间隔或有选择地充胀多个气囊中的任何气囊,使导管以任何所需的角度朝向所需要的任何方向。再有,另外的优点是因其结构简单而能做成为很小直径的导管。
虽然参照附图结合本发明的最佳实施例对本发明作了充分描述,但需了解,熟悉本行技术的人员可对其作出各种改变和改型。这些改变和改型应理解为包括在本发明权利要求所限定的范围内,除非与此根本不同。
Claims (4)
1、一种医疗导管,其顶部具有一个气囊,该气囊能被充入的流体充胀;其特征在于,围绕所述气囊(2)的内周,形成了多个间隔(4);所述间隔(4)中的每一个,都带有一条专用的通道(5),用于向该间隔灌输流体。
2、一种医疗导管,其顶部具有一个气囊,该气囊能被充入的流体充胀;其特征在于,围绕所述导管的周边,设置有多个气囊(2);所述气囊(2)中的每一个,都带有一条专用的通道(5),用于向该气囊灌输流体。
3、一种医疗导管,包括:
一条内管(8),其内部形成了一条药液通道(7);
一条外管(6),其内部包含上述内管(8);
间壁(6a),在上述内管(8)和外管(6)之间延伸,用以在所述内管(8)和外管(6)之间形成多条流体灌输通道(5),以使通过该流体灌输通道灌输流体;
一气囊(2),装在所述外管(6)的外面;有多个间壁(3),在外管(6)和所述气囊(2)之间延伸,以便在所述外管(6)的外周边形成多个间隔(4),从而使每一间隔都能独立地被来自相应的流体灌输通道(5)的单独输送的流体所充胀。
4、一种医疗导管,包括:
一条内管(8),其内部形成了一条药液通道(7);
一条外管(6),其内部包含上述内管(8);
间壁(6a),在上述内管(8)和外管(6)之间延伸,用以在所述内管(8)和外管(6)之间形成多条流体灌输通道(5),以便通过该流体灌输通道灌输流体;
多个气囊(2),装于所述外管(6)的外面,以便在所述外管(6)的外周边周围形成多个间隔(4),从而使每一间隔都能独立地被来自相应的流体灌输通道(5)的单独输送的流体所充胀。
