发明内容
鉴于目前在肾上腺素和其它药物的给药过程中需要各种应急计划的，简单概述了各个示例性实施例。在以下概述中可做出一些简化和省略，以便突出介绍各个示例性实施例的某些方面，并非用于限制本发明的范围。在后面的章节中将对足以使本领域的技术人员制作并使用发明构思的优选示例性实施例进行详细说明。
各个示例性实施例涉及一种使用紧急药剂装置的方法。所述方法包括：利用移动装置从所述药剂装置读取ID标签；基于所述ID标签自动地请求用于使用所述药剂装置的指令；以及向所述移动装置的用户显示视频，所述视频提供了用于根据所述药剂装置的核准标示使用所述药剂装置的指令。
在各个实施例中，所述ID标签是快速响应(QR)代码。

药剂装置100或封装160可以印有各种药剂信息。例如，药剂装置100可以包括药剂名称、活性成分、剂量、有效期、批次ID和产品序列号。药剂信息可以以机器可读取的方式印刷。例如，药剂信息可以印刷为快速响应(QR)代码170。药剂信息也可以印刷为通过使用光学字符识别(OCR)容易识别出来的文本。封装160可以包括容器，诸如，盒或管，以及被包含在封装内的任何插件或卡。应该显而易见的是，被包括在药剂装置100上的任何信息也可以位于封装150上。如将在下文中更加详细论述的，也可以在药剂装置的存储器130中对药剂信息进行数字编码。

在各个实施例中，传感器110可以包括能够确定药剂的颜色的比色传感器。例如，传感器110可以是分光光度计。药剂的颜色可以指示药剂的质量。例如，如果药剂变得降解，那么药剂可能从无色透明转为粉色或棕色。
ID标签120可以包括RFID、NFC或者用于短距离无线通信的其它标签。这类标签可以由被动能源提供动力并且不需要电池。在各个实施例中，ID标签120可以包括电池供电的使用例如蓝牙的无线发射器。ID标签120可以将来自电子药剂装置100的信息提供至无线阅读器，诸如，例如无线阅读器140或者支持NFC的移动装置。ID标签120可以连接至存储器130或者包括存储器130。在各个实施例中，ID标签120可以位于封装160而非药剂装置100上。
存储器130可以存储有关电子药剂装置100的信息。存储器130可以包括非易失性存储器，诸如，只读存储器(ROM)或者电可擦可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)。通过存储器130存储的信息可以包括生产日期、有效期、药物、剂量大小、音频指令、文本指令、其它指令、处方信息、再订购信息和紧急联系信息。

扬声器150可以提供音频输出。例如，扬声器150可以播放存储在存储器130中的预先录制的指令。在各个实施例中，ID标签120或者另一通信接口(未示出)可以从另一装置下载或流式接收待通过扬声器150播放的信息。例如，电子药剂装置100可以直接地或经由移动装置220流式接收来自应用服务器250或者来自远程操作者的信息。
在各个实施例中，电子药剂装置100可以重复使用。如此，电子药剂装100可以接收一次性针筒或者包括药物和/或干净针头的部件集。这类针筒或者部件集可以包括自己的RFID标签或者用于将有效期或其它信息传给电子药剂装置100或移动装置220的其它装置。
在各个实施例中，电子药剂装置100的处理器或者其它部件可以基于用户信息或者其它信息改变电子药剂装置100的操作。例如，电子药剂装置100可以基于开出的剂量向授权用户提供不同的剂量。再如，用户可以向电子药剂装置100的按键输入患者体重、身高和/或身体质量指数(BMI)，或者向移动装置220输入信息并且将用户信息发送至药剂装置100。处理器然后可以基于输入的因素来计算并且给予恰当的剂量。再如，处理器可以在用户没有该药剂的授权时阻止或者禁止药物给予。
图2图示了用于电子药剂装置100的示例性网络环境200。电子药剂装置100可以与网络环境200的各个元件进行交互，以提供紧急访问和加强特征。网络环境200可以包括网络205、GPS卫星210、移动装置220、移动基站225、无线路由器230、医疗服务器240、中央控制250和紧急服务260。
网络205可以是用于传送信息的数字网络。例如，网络205可以是因特网。网络205可以在各个终端用户与装置之间传送信息。网络205也可以包括电话网络。
GPS卫星210可以使电子药剂装置100、移动装置220和其它装置能够确定它们各自的物理位置。GPS卫星210可以是广播信号的同步轨道卫星。支持GPS的装置可以使用来自多个卫星的信号来确定其位置。在各个实施例中，GPS卫星210可以包括地面定位系统，或者可以用地面定位系统代替GPS卫星210。例如，可以使用wi-fi接入点来检测装置的物理位置。
移动装置220可以是诸如智能电话、平板计算机、膝上型计算机或者能够执行应用程序并且进行通信的任何其它计算装置。在各个实施例中，移动装置220是支持NFC的移动电话，能够利用短距离无线协议以及本地组网和移动网络进行通信。具体地，移动装置220可以通过使用移动基站225来与移动网络进行通信。移动装置220可以包括位置检测服务装置，诸如，GPS。
移动装置220可以利用RFID、NFC或其它无线通信与电子药剂装置100进行交互。移动装置220可以读取印刷在药剂装置100上或存储在存储器130中的药剂信息。例如，移动装置220可以包括摄像头和应用程序，该应用程序被配置为读取QR代码或印刷文本。移动装置220也可以通过使用诸如RFID、NFC或蓝牙等短距离无线协议读取来自存储器130的数据。短距离无线通信也可以被移动装置220用于确定药剂装置100是否存在。例如，移动装置220可以周期性地尝试读取药剂装置100，以及如果移动装置220无法读取药剂装置100，那么移动装置220确定药剂装置100不存在。
移动装置220可以包括专用于与电子药剂装置100进行交互的应用程序。移动装置220可以经由ID标签120访问存储器130并且读取或者写入数据。移动装置220可以检测电子药剂装置100的变化并且执行相应的动作。例如，移动装置220可以检测到已经启动了电子药剂装置100。移动装置220可以自动地联系紧急服务260并且允许用户与应急人员通话，或者移动装置220可以向紧急服务260提供预先录制的消息，该消息指示已经启动了药剂以治疗患者的状况。移动装置220也可以基于GPS信息提供位置，从而使应急人员能够定位到该患者。应用程序也可以与服务器250进行交互，以提供额外的与药剂有关的信息和服务。例如，应用程序可以提供疾病信息和新闻、药剂注册、提示、产品配套信息、药剂插件和患者信息，以及局部过敏信息。
ID标签120可以用于确定电子药剂装置100是否非常接近移动装置220。ID标签120可以周期性地轮询或者通过在移动装置220中的无线阅读器被轮询。如果该轮询未如期发生，或者移动装置无响应，那么电子药剂装置100可以生成警告。例如，电子药剂装置100可以通过扬声器150播放声音或者使显示器140闪烁来警告用户。该警告可以提醒用户将药剂带在身边以防发生紧急情况。如果未检测到电子药剂装置100，那么移动装置220也可以生成警告。移动装置220可以配置为每当用户进入或者离开具体位置时均检查电子药剂装置100是否存在。例如，如果用户离开家未带上电子药剂装置，那么移动装置220可以生成警告。
在各个实施例中，ID标签120可以用于主动搜索电子药剂装置100。移动装置220可以配置为在由用户启动后向ID标签120发送信号。该信号可以由ID标签120接收并且可以使扬声器150产生可听见的声音。该声音的音量或音高可以根据接收信号的强度而有所不同。作为替代方案，移动装置220可以检测由ID标签120(诸如，无源RFID标签)反射的信号。移动装置220可以播放可听见的声音并且根据反射信号的强度而改变音量或音高。
移动装置220也可以联系紧急联系人。例如，例如，当电子药剂装置100被使用了或生成一些其它警告时，移动装置220可以向存储在存储器130中或存储在移动装置220内的任何紧急联系人发出邮件、消息或呼叫。移动装置220可以基于当日时间或其它可用信息来选择联系人。
在检测到过期药剂或药剂的启动后，移动装置220可以发起预订替换药剂。移动装置220可以向控制中心250或医疗服务器240发送预订。该预订可以包括患者信息和处方信息。医疗服务器240可以确定该处方是否包括补充品、在无处方的情况下是否允许替换品、或该患者是否具有该药剂有效的或无期限的处方。如果该处方得以授权，那么医疗服务器240可以自动满足该预订。作为替代方案，医疗服务器240可以与患者的医生预约新的处方并且跟进有关该药剂的调配。
无线路由器230可以是提供至局域网(LAN)和因特网的连接的无线路由器。无线路由器220可供电子药剂装置100和移动装置220访问。因此，无线路由器220可以向这些装置提供因特网访问以发送和接收数据。
医疗服务器240可以是可由健康护理方、健康保险方或政府卫生机构操作的服务器。医疗服务器240可以存储患者信息。医疗服务器240可向经授权的装置，诸如，患者的移动装置220、控制中心250和紧急服务260提供患者信息。医疗服务器240可以被配置为接收并且处理来自电子药剂装置100、移动装置220和控制中心250的特定消息。例如，医疗服务器240可以被配置为验证处方和预订补充品。

在步骤310中，移动装置220可以读取来自药剂装置100的药剂信息。在各个实施例中，移动装置220可以使用摄像头拍摄药剂装置100或其封装的图片。例如，用户可以对有效期、批号和序列号拍照，或者对QR代码拍照。移动装置220可以分析该照片来确定药剂信息。移动装置220也可以将该照片转发至应用服务器250进行分析。在各个实施例中，移动装置220可以读取来自存储器130的药剂信息。
在步骤315中，移动装置220可以确定用户是否希望注册药剂装置100。移动装置220可以呈现用户界面，该用户界面提供注册的选项,解释注册的益处。用户界面也可以使用户能够输入联系信息或手动地输入药剂信息。如果用户选择注册药剂装置100，那么方法300可以进入步骤320。如果用户选择不注册药剂装置100，那么方法300可以进入步骤350。
在步骤320中，移动装置220可以向服务器发送药剂信息。移动装置220可以发送从药剂装置100、封装和/或存储器130读取的药剂信息。移动装置220也可以发送用户输入的用户信息。在各个实施例中，用户可以以新的药剂装置100来更新现有的注册。因此，服务器150或许已经具有用户信息，以及随着药剂信息发送的仅仅是用户标识。在各个实施例中，除了应用服务器250之外，移动装置220还可以将药剂信息发送至医疗服务器240。例如，政府卫生机构可以收集药剂信息。应用服务器250也可以将药剂信息转发至医疗服务器240。

在步骤425中，移动装置220可以生成警报。该警报可以指示未检测到任何具体的药剂装置。该警报可以包括通过名称或所治疗的状况来识别药剂装置的消息。如果移动装置频繁地执行方法400，那么可能的情况是，虽然超出了短距离无线协议，但是药剂装置就在附近。因此，可以提醒用户检索药剂装置。移动装置220也可以向另一移动装置生成消息。例如，移动装置220可以向父母、监护人或其他紧急联系人发送SMS消息或邮件，指示药剂装置100已经与移动装置220分开。然后，方法400可以进入步骤460，该方法结束。

在步骤440中，移动装置220可以将移动装置的当前位置形成文档。移动装置的位置可以用于识别装置使用的位置。在步骤445中，移动装置可以通知紧急联系人。移动装置220可以联系紧急服务，例如，通过拨打911。移动装置220可以接通免提电话使可能患有过敏性反应或另一种医疗状况的用户与紧急调度员通话。如果移动装置220未接收到任何语音输入，那么移动装置220可以播放录音消息，该录音消息指示已经在存储位置处启动了电子药剂装置。移动装置220也可以联系其他人。例如，移动装置220可以向存储在移动装置220或存储器130中的紧急联系人发出呼叫、邮件或消息。
在步骤450中，移动装置220可以确定电子药剂装置100是否过期。移动装置220可以将从电子药剂装置100接收到的有效期与当前日期进行比较。在各个实施例中，移动装置220也可以具有读取药剂的质量的能力。例如，移动装置220可以读取来自药剂装置100中的传感器110的信息。如果，例如，药剂装置100储存在不恰当的温度下或者性质已经改变，诸如颜色，那么传感器110可以确定药剂早前已经过期。在各个实施例中，移动装置220或许能够确定产品的质量。例如，移动装置的摄像头可以充当分光光度计，来测量药剂的颜色。作为替代方案，移动装置220可以向应用服务器250发送药剂装置的图片进行分光光度分析。药剂装置100可以包括透明窗口和彩色标记以协助进行分光光度分析。如果药剂展示出特定性质，那么移动装置220可以确定药剂早前已经过期。如果药剂装置过期，那么该方法可以进入步骤455。如果药剂装置没有过期，那么该方法可以进入步骤450。
在步骤455中，移动装置455可以发起补充或替换电子药剂装置的预订。移动装置220可以向控制中心250和/或医疗服务器240发送预订。该方法然后可以进入步骤460。
在步骤460中，移动装置220可以用有关药剂装置220的信息来更新应用服务器250。应用服务器250可以使用更新信息向与注册药剂装置相关联的其他用户提供最新信息。例如，更新信息可以用于提供上面描述的追踪服务。更新信息也可以由应用服务器250用于生成有关局部状况的通知，所述局部状况诸如过敏和哮喘警告。应用服务器250可以将该警告作为新闻提供给具有用于治疗相同状况的注册药剂装置的用户。该方法可以进入步骤470，该方法结束。
根据前述内容，各个示例性实施例提供了分配药剂的系统和方法。具体地，通过提供对药剂储存箱的远程访问，在紧急情况下可以向患者提供药剂。

Claims (39)

1.一种使用紧急药剂装置的方法，所述方法包括：
利用移动装置读取与所述药剂装置相关联的ID标签；
基于所述ID标签，自动地请求用于使用所述药剂装置的指令；以及
向所述移动装置的用户显示视频，所述视频提供了用于根据所述药剂装置的核准标示使用所述药剂装置的指令。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述ID标签是快速响应(QR)代码。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法，进一步包括：
读取产品信息，所述产品信息包括来自所述药剂装置的有效期；
将所述产品信息发送至应用服务器；以及
从所述应用服务器接收有关所述药剂装置的所述有效期的通知。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法，其中，读取有效期的步骤包括：
对所述药剂装置上印刷的有效期拍照；以及
识别所述印刷有效期中的字符。
5.如权利要求3所述的方法，其中，所述产品信息进一步包括批号，所述方法进一步包括：基于所述批号，接收有关所述药剂装置的召回的通知。
6.如权利要求3所述的方法，进一步包括：
向应用服务器发送注册信息，所述注册信息包括用于追踪位置信息的请求；
接收注册药剂装置的药剂装置信息，所述药剂装置信息包括位置信息；以及
显示包括注册药剂装置信息的地图。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述视频自远程应用服务器流出。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法，进一步包括：
接收已经使用了所述药剂装置的指示；以及
向紧急服务提供位置信息。
9.如权利要求1所述的方法，进一步包括：
用比色法分析包含在所述药剂装置内的药剂；
确定所述药剂是否已经变得降解；以及
向用户显示所述药剂已经变得降解的指示。
10.如权利要求1所述的方法，进一步包括：向所述药剂装置无线地发送信号，其中，所述药剂装置被配置为响应于所述信号而产生可听见的警报。
11.如权利要求1或2中任一项所述的方法，进一步包括：
读取产品信息，所述产品信息包括来自所述药剂装置的有效期；
将所述产品信息发送至应用服务器；以及
从所述应用服务器接收有关所述药剂装置的所述有效期的通知。
12.如权利要求3或4中任一项所述的方法，其中，所述产品信息进一步包括批号，所述方法进一步包括：基于所述批号，接收有关所述药剂装置的召回的通知。
13.如权利要求3、4或5中任一项所述的方法，进一步包括：
向应用服务器发送注册信息，所述注册信息包括用于追踪位置信息的请求；
接收包括注册药剂装置的药剂装置信息，所述药剂装置信息包括位置信息；以及
显示包括注册药剂装置信息的地图。
14.如权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6、8、9或10中任一项所述的方法，其中，所述视频自远程应用服务器流出。
15.如权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6、7、9或10中任一项所述的方法，进一步包括：
接收已经使用了所述药剂装置的指示；以及
向紧急服务提供位置信息。
16.如权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8或10中任一项所述的方法，进一步包括：
用比色法分析包含在所述药剂装置内的药剂；
确定所述药剂是否已经变得降解；以及
向用户显示所述药剂已经变得降解的指示。
17.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法，进一步包括：向所述药剂装置无线地发送信号，其中，所述药剂装置被配置为响应于所述信号而产生可听见的警报。
18.一种电子药剂装置，所述电子药剂装置包括：
储药器，被配置为储存用于治疗过敏性反应的一定量的药物；
给药部件，用于向患者给予所述药物；
处理器，通信地连接至存储药剂装置信息的存储器；以及
识别标签，被配置为供另一装置读取，所述识别标签提供所述药剂装置信息，所述药剂装置信息包括对用于使用所述药剂装置的指令的识别。
19.如权利要求18所述的电子药剂装置，进一步包括显示装置，其中，所述处理器被配置为：当已经超过与所述一定量的药物相关联的有效期时，经由所述显示装置显示警告。
20.如权利要求18所述的电子药剂装置，进一步包括扬声器，其中，所述处理器被配置为播放给予所述药物的音频指令。
21.如权利要求18所述的电子药剂装置，其中，所述处理器被配置为控制由所述给药部件给予的药物的量。
22.如权利要求18所述的电子药剂装置，其中，所述给药部件是自动注射器。
23.如权利要求18所述的电子药剂装置，进一步包括通信接口，其中，所述处理器被配置为，响应于事件的发生经由所述通信接口与至少一个远程系统进行通信，所述事件包括下列至少一种：所述药物的给予和所述药物的过期。
24.如权利要求18所述的电子药剂装置，进一步包括被配置为确定所述药物的当前温度的温度传感器，其中，所述处理器被配置为提供所述当前温度超出核准温度范围的指示。
25.如权利要求18所述的电子药剂装置，进一步包括短距离无线通信接口，所述处理器被配置为，经由所述短距离无线通信接口周期性地尝试连接至外部装置并且响应于连接尝试失败而触发警报。
26.如权利要求18或19中任一项所述的电子药剂装置，进一步包括扬声器，其中，所述处理器配置为播放给予所述药物的音频指令。
27.如权利要求18、19或26中任一项所述的电子药剂装置，其中，所述处理器被配置为控制由所述给药部件给予的药物的量。
28.如权利要求18、19、26或27中任一项所述的电子药剂装置，其中，所述给药部件是自动注射器。
29.如权利要求18、19、26、27或28中任一项所述的电子药剂装置，进一步包括通信接口，其中，所述处理器被配置为，响应于事件的发生经由所述通信接口与至少一个远程系统进行通信，所述事件包括下列至少一种：所述药物的给予和所述药物的过期。
30.如权利要求18、19、26、27、28或29中任一项所述的电子药剂装置，进一步包括被配置为确定所述药物的当前温度的温度传感器，其中，所述处理器被配置为提供所述当前温度超出核准温度范围的指示。
31.如权利要求18、19、26、27、28、29或30中任一项所述的电子药剂装置，进一步包括短距离无线通信接口，所述处理器被配置为经由所述短距离无线通信接口周期性地尝试连接至外部装置并且响应于连接尝试失败而触发警报。
32.一种与移动装置通信的应用服务器，所述应用服务器包括处理器和存储器，所述应用服务器被配置为：
接收药剂装置标识，所述药剂装置标识是利用在所述移动装置上的应用程序从含有用于治疗过敏性反应的肾上腺素的紧急药剂装置扫描得到的；以及
向所述移动装置流出教学视频，所述教学视频提供了用于根据所述药剂装置的核准标示使用所述药剂装置的指令。
33.如权利要求32所述的应用服务器，进一步被配置为：
接收来自所述移动装置的注册信息，所述注册信息包括从所述药剂装置扫描得到的有效期和批号，以及联系信息；
存储与所述联系信息相关联的所述注册信息；
确定与所述注册信息相关联的事件；以及
基于所述事件和所述联系信息，向所述移动装置发送通知。
34.如权利要求33所述的应用服务器，其中，所述事件是所述药剂装置的过期和所述药剂装置的召回中的一种。
35.如权利要求33所述的应用服务器，其中，所述应用服务器进一步被配置为：
从所述移动装置周期性地接收所述药剂装置的位置信息；
利用所述药剂装置的所述位置信息更新数据库；
从第二装置接收对位置信息的请求；
基于所述注册信息，确定是否允许所述第二装置访问所述药剂装置的所述位置信息；以及
响应于允许所述第二装置访问所述位置信息，向所述第二装置提供包括所述位置信息的药剂装置信息。
36.如权利要求33所述的应用服务器，其中，所述注册信息进一步包括唯一产品序列号，以及所述应用服务器进一步被配置为，接收被毁药剂装置的第二产品序列号并且将所述产品序列号与所述注册产品序列号相关联。
37.如权利要求32、33或34中任一项所述的应用服务器，其中，所述应用服务器进一步被配置为：
从所述移动装置周期性地接收所述药剂装置的位置信息；
利用所述药剂装置的所述位置信息更新数据库；
从第二装置接收对位置信息的请求；
基于所述注册信息，确定是否允许所述第二装置访问所述药剂装置的所述位置信息；以及
响应于允许所述第二装置访问所述位置信息，向所述第二装置提供包括所述位置信息的药剂装置信息。
38.如权利要求33、34、35或36中任一项所述的应用服务器，其中，所述注册信息进一步包括唯一产品序列号，以及所述应用服务器进一步被配置为，接收被毁药剂装置的第二产品序列号并且将所述产品序列号与所述注册产品序列号相关联。
39.如权利要求33、34、35或36中任一项所述的应用服务器，其中，所述注册信息进一步包括唯一产品序列号，以及所述应用服务器进一步被配置为接收被毁药剂装置的第二产品序列号并且将所述产品序列号与所述注册产品序列号相关联。
