本发明涉及一种节能复合机,包括依次设置的基材放卷装置、基材加热装置、背胶装置、胶膜放卷装置以及收卷装置,所述基材放卷装置与基材加热装置之间通过基材传输装置连接;所述基材加热装置为一可对基材贴合面进行单面加热的烘箱;所述背胶装置包括一对相互贴合的复合辊,其中一复合辊为位于烘箱的输出端处并用于支撑基材的复合辊A,另一复合辊为紧贴于复合辊A前侧并用于支撑胶膜的复合辊B。本发明的优点在于:本发明的节能复合机,节约了能源,提高了产品的生产效率,同时,还提高了胶膜与基材的复合效果,保证了产品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合机,特别涉及一种节能复合机。
背景技术
热熔胶膜是一种带离型纸(有基材)或不带离型纸(无基材)的膜类产品,可以方便地进行连续或间歇操作。可广泛用于各类织物、纸张、高分子材料及金属粘合。目前有基材的热熔胶膜在制备时,现有的复合机没有背胶功能,影响了产品的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防粘连且复合效率高的节能复合机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种节能复合机,其创新点在于:包括依次设置的基材放卷装置、基材加热装置、背胶装置、胶膜放卷装置以及收卷装置,所述基材放卷装置与基材加热装置之间通过基材传输装置连接;所述基材加热装置为一可对基材贴合面进行单面加热的烘箱; 所述背胶装置包括一对相互贴合的复合辊,其中一复合辊为位于烘箱的输出端处并用于支撑基材的复合辊A,另一复合辊为紧贴于复合辊A前侧并用于支撑胶膜的复合辊B,该复合辊B可由一驱动机构B驱动其远离或靠近复合辊A,进而使复合辊A上的基材与复合辊B上的胶膜进行复合;在复合辊B上还具有压辊,该压辊由一驱动机构A驱动其远离或靠近复合辊B,进而将胶膜压在复合辊B的表面;在复合辊A和复合辊B的下方还具有一冷却辊;所述基材和胶膜分别通过基材放卷装置和胶膜放卷装置放卷并同步传输至复合辊A和复合辊B处复合,该基材和胶膜复合后经冷却辊冷却后传送至收卷装置。
进一步地,所述驱动机构A和驱动机构B分别为压辊驱动缸和复合辊驱动缸。
进一步地,所述复合辊A为硅胶辊,复合辊B为硅胶辊或特氟龙辊。
本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明的节能复合机,首先通过烘箱对基材的贴合面进行加热,然后在背胶装置中将胶膜与预热后的基材进行复合,提高了产品的生产效率,该复合机可以应用于单层或多层热熔胶膜的复合,且基材可以为皮革、纺织品或各类离型纸;
基材加热装置为一可对基材贴合面进行单面加热的烘箱,避免了传统的整体加热方式,节约了能源;
背胶装置中复合辊B可由复合辊驱动缸驱动其将胶膜压紧在基材上,该复合辊B的压力可以达到在0.5-50kg,满足了胶膜与基材的复合压力,提高了胶膜与基材的复合效果;其中压辊的设计,可以避免胶膜传输过程中断裂;另外冷却辊的设计,可对复合后的基材与胶膜进行冷却,提高收卷速度;
(2)本发明的驱动机构A和驱动机构B分别为压辊驱动缸和复合辊驱动缸,该种驱动方式简单,且控制方便;
(3)本发明复合辊A为硅胶辊,复合辊B为硅胶辊或特氟龙辊,可以防粘连,从而提高产品的质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种节能复合机,包括依次设置的基材放卷装置、基材加热装置、背胶装置、胶膜放卷装置以及收卷装置;基材放卷装置与基材加热装置之间通过基材传输装置连接。
基材放卷装置包括依次设置的基材放卷辊1、一对错开设置的基材导辊2以及一对上下设置的输出辊3;基材加热装置为一可对基材a贴合面进行单面加热的烘箱4;位于基材放卷装置与基材加热装置之间的基材传输装置为输送带17;胶膜放卷装置包括胶膜放卷辊5和胶膜导辊6;收卷装置包括依次设置的导辊7、导辊8、导辊、导辊10以及导辊11。
背胶装置包括一对相互贴合的复合辊,其中一复合辊为位于烘箱4的输出端处并用于支撑基材a的复合辊A12,另一复合辊为紧贴于复合辊A12前侧并用于支撑胶膜b的复合辊B13,该复合辊B13可由一驱动机构B驱动其远离或靠近复合辊A12,进而使复合辊A12上的基材a与复合辊B13上的胶膜b进行复合;在复合辊B13上还具有压辊14,该压辊14由一驱动机构A驱动其远离或靠近复合辊B13,进而将胶膜b压在复合辊B13的表面;在复合辊A12和复合辊B13的下方还具有一冷却辊15;基材a和胶膜b分别通过基材放卷装置和胶膜放卷装置放卷并同步传输至复合辊A12和复合辊B13处复合,该基材a和胶膜b复合后经冷却辊15冷却后传送至收卷装置。本实施例中,驱动机构A和驱动机构B分别为压辊驱动缸16和复合辊驱动缸17;为了避免复合过程中发生粘连,复合辊A12为硅胶辊,复合辊B13为硅胶辊或特氟龙辊。
本发明的工作原理:基材经过基材放卷装置放卷后,由输送带传输至烘箱内进行加热时,加热时选择上方加热,此时只对基材的贴合面加热,加热后的基材传输至复合辊A上,此时复合辊B上有同步传输的胶膜,复合辊B在复合辊驱动气缸的作用下,使胶膜复合在基材的贴合面上,复合后的产品经过冷却辊冷却高速传输至收卷装置并完成收卷。
本发明的设计思路:本发明的节能复合机,基材加热装置为一可对基材贴合面进行单面加热的烘箱,避免了传统的整体加热方式,节约了能源;同时,背胶装置中复合辊B可由复合辊驱动缸驱动其将胶膜压紧在基材上,提高了胶膜与基材的复合效果;其中压辊的设计,可以避免胶膜传输过程中断裂;另外冷却辊的设计,可对复合后的基材与胶膜进行冷却,提高收卷速度本发明复合辊A为硅胶辊,复合辊B为硅胶辊或特氟龙辊,可以防粘连,从而提高产品的质量。

1.一种节能复合机,其特征在于:包括依次设置的基材放卷装置、基材加热装置、背胶装置、胶膜放卷装置以及收卷装置,所述基材放卷装置与基材加热装置之间通过基材传输装置连接;
所述基材加热装置为一可对基材贴合面进行单面加热的烘箱;
所述背胶装置包括一对相互贴合的复合辊,其中一复合辊为位于烘箱的输出端处并用于支撑基材的复合辊A,另一复合辊为紧贴于复合辊A前侧并用于支撑胶膜的复合辊B,该复合辊B可由一驱动机构B驱动其远离或靠近复合辊A,进而使复合辊A上的基材与复合辊B上的胶膜进行复合;在复合辊B上还具有压辊,该压辊由一驱动机构A驱动其远离或靠近复合辊B,进而将胶膜压在复合辊B的表面;在复合辊A和复合辊B的下方还具有一冷却辊;
所述基材和胶膜分别通过基材放卷装置和胶膜放卷装置放卷并同步传输至复合辊A和复合辊B处复合,该基材和胶膜复合后经冷却辊冷却后传送至收卷装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能复合机,其特征在于:所述驱动机构A和驱动机构B分别为压辊驱动缸和复合辊驱动缸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能复合机,其特征在于:所述复合辊A为硅胶辊,复合辊B为硅胶辊或特氟龙辊。
