Abstract

本发明公开了一种纸箱用水性上光油,其特征是由下述重量份的原料制得:水性醇酸树脂10-20,改性苯丙乳液40-60,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-1,聚乙烯蜡乳液6-8,棕榈酸异丙酯1-2,辛癸酸甘油酯1-2,棉籽油1-2,花生蛋白1-2,苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2,水10-15。本发明的水性上光油具有良好的硬度、耐磨性、耐冲击性,耐水性、耐腐蚀性能优越,同时产品具有良好的耐温性,光泽度高,干燥速度快,适用于纸箱印刷使用。

一种纸箱用水性上光油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷加工技术,具体涉及一种纸箱用水性上光油及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着经济的进步和人民生活水平不断提高,对印刷品的质量要求和印刷工业的环保要求不断提高。上光是印刷工业应用最大的工艺之一,是印刷工业中不可缺少的一部分,对其进行开发和改进势在必行。上光油是一种无色、透明或半透明的油墨,上光时通过在印刷品表面覆上一层上光油,结合后续工艺在印刷品表面形成透明光亮层,以达到装饰以及保护印刷品的效果。传统的溶剂型上光油上光操作中溶剂挥发不仅污染环境,也对人体健康产生一定的损害,难以达到日益严格的卫生、环保、劳动保护的标准要求,因此环境友好型水性上光油得到越来越多的重视,具有良好的发展前景和市场潜力。水性上光油现存的问题主要包括产品的价格和综合性能,其中产品性能存在的最大问题是提高产品的耐候性,如耐磨性、耐水性等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纸箱用水性上光油,耐水性和耐腐蚀性好,力学性能高,光泽度高,干燥速度快。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种纸箱用水性上光油,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性醇酸树脂10-20,改性苯丙乳液40-60,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-1,聚乙烯蜡乳液6-8,棕榈酸异丙酯1-2,辛癸酸甘油酯1-2,棉籽油1-2,花生蛋白1-2,苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2,水10-15;
其中改性苯丙乳液由下列重量份的原料制成:
苯乙烯40-50,丙烯酸丁酯40-50,丙烯酸3-4,甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15,十二烷基硫酸钠3-4,乳化剂OP-10 1-1.5,钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-311W 1-2,碳酸氢钠4-6,引发剂APS 3-4,水80-100;
其中改性苯丙乳液的制备方法是:
将十二烷基硫酸钠和乳化剂OP-10溶于水中,得预反应液;取3/5-4/5重量份的预反应液加入苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸甲酯高速搅拌20-30min,得反应液A;将余量的预反应液与碳酸氢钠、引发剂APS、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-311W混合并60-70℃搅拌10-15min,得反应液B;将反应液B于70-80℃条件下缓慢滴加入反应液A,保温反应2-4h,冷却后将pH调节至7-8,过滤后即得。
一种纸箱用水性上光油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将苯甲酸钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮加入水中加热搅拌直至完全溶解,冷却后加入花生蛋白600-800r/min搅拌2-4h,过滤后向滤液中加入棕榈酸异丙酯、辛癸酸甘油酯和棉籽油50-60℃、1200-1600r/min搅拌15-30min,最后与聚乙烯蜡乳液混合均匀,得水性助剂;
(2)将(1)中得到的水性助剂与改性苯丙乳液和水性醇酸树脂共同加入反应釜中,高速搅拌0.5-1h,过滤、分装,即得纸箱用水性上光油。
本发明的优点是:
1. 通过钛酸酯偶联剂改性苯丙乳液,并结合水性醇酸树脂等辅料的添加,改善了水性上光油机械性能和耐候性的缺陷,同时添加花生蛋白提高上光油的成膜性,使上光油涂膜既具有良好的硬度、耐磨性、耐冲击性,耐水性、耐腐蚀性能优越,且具有良好的拉伸性能和光泽性,同时产品具有良好的耐温性,光泽度高,干燥速度快,适用于纸箱印刷使用;
2. 生产和使用过程安全无毒害无污染,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
一种纸箱用水性上光油,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
水性醇酸树脂15,改性苯丙乳液50,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8,聚乙烯蜡乳液7,棕榈酸异丙酯1.5,辛癸酸甘油酯1.5,棉籽油1.5,花生蛋白1.5,苯甲酸钠0.15,水12;
其中改性苯丙乳液由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制成:
苯乙烯45,丙烯酸丁酯45,丙烯酸3,甲基丙烯酸甲酯12,十二烷基硫酸钠4,乳化剂OP-10 1.5,钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-311W 1.5,碳酸氢钠5,引发剂APS 4,水95;
其中改性苯丙乳液的制备方法是:
将十二烷基硫酸钠和乳化剂OP-10溶于水中,得预反应液;取3/5重量份的预反应液加入苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸甲酯高速搅拌30min,得反应液A;将余量的预反应液与碳酸氢钠、引发剂APS、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-311W混合并70℃搅拌10min,得反应液B;将反应液B于80℃条件下缓慢滴加入反应液A,保温反应2h,冷却后将pH调节至7-8,过滤后即得。
纸箱用水性上光油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将苯甲酸钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮加入水中加热搅拌直至完全溶解,冷却后加入花生蛋白800r/min搅拌2h,过滤后向滤液中加入棕榈酸异丙酯、辛癸酸甘油酯和棉籽油60℃、1200r/min搅拌15min,最后与聚乙烯蜡乳液混合均匀,得水性助剂;
(2)将(1)中得到的水性助剂与改性苯丙乳液和水性醇酸树脂共同加入反应釜中,高速搅拌0.5h,过滤、分装,即得纸箱用水性上光油。
经检验,上述制得的产品性能如下:
光泽度:85;
耐磨性:1400次;
吸水率:9.3%;
储存稳定性:6个月不变。

Claims (2)

1.一种纸箱用水性上光油,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性醇酸树脂10-20,改性苯丙乳液40-60,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-1,聚乙烯蜡乳液6-8,棕榈酸异丙酯1-2,辛癸酸甘油酯1-2,棉籽油1-2,花生蛋白1-2,苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2,水10-15;
所述改性苯丙乳液由下列重量份的原料制成:
苯乙烯40-50,丙烯酸丁酯40-50,丙烯酸3-4,甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15,十二烷基硫酸钠3-4,乳化剂OP-10 1-1.5,钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-311W 1-2,碳酸氢钠4-6,引发剂APS 3-4,水80-100;
所述改性苯丙乳液的制备方法是:
将十二烷基硫酸钠和乳化剂OP-10溶于水中,得预反应液;取3/5-4/5重量份的预反应液加入苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸甲酯高速搅拌20-30min,得反应液A;将余量的预反应液与碳酸氢钠、引发剂APS、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-311W混合并60-70℃搅拌10-15min,得反应液B;将反应液B于70-80℃条件下缓慢滴加入反应液A,保温反应2-4h,冷却后将pH调节至7-8,过滤后即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱用水性上光油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将苯甲酸钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮加入水中加热搅拌直至完全溶解,冷却后加入花生蛋白600-800r/min搅拌2-4h,过滤后向滤液中加入棕榈酸异丙酯、辛癸酸甘油酯和棉籽油50-60℃、1200-1600r/min搅拌15-30min,最后与聚乙烯蜡乳液混合均匀,得水性助剂;
(2)将(1)中得到的水性助剂与改性苯丙乳液和水性醇酸树脂共同加入反应釜中,高速搅拌0.5-1h,过滤、分装,即得纸箱用水性上光油。
