Abstract

本发明公开了一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材,所述超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材包括以各组分:乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物,可塑性丁苯橡胶(TVA),三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM),氢化苯乙烯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS),耐磨剂,滑石粉,硬脂酸,硬脂酸锌,氧化锌,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP),偶氮二甲酰胺。本发明还公开了一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的制备方法。本发明的超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材止滑性能好,同时其耐磨性能还要优于普通硬橡胶,可以直接射出成型。本发明的一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的制备方法,通过在制备过程中严格控制各物性参数,使得制备出的超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材具备更加优异的耐磨性和止滑性能。

Description

一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋材领域,特别是指一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材,还涉及一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的制备方法。
背景技术
发泡橡胶因其轻便、柔软舒适性一直受到广大消费者和鞋类设计师的青睐,已经在鞋材领域中流行很多年,但是传统橡胶材料一经发泡之后,其耐磨性能、止滑性能明显的降低,大大的降低了发泡橡胶使用的宽度和广度。改善发泡橡胶的耐磨、止滑性能是鞋材研发人员长期追求的目标之一。
随着鞋材原材料的更新换代,消费者消费观念的提高,提升发泡橡胶的物理性能迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提出了一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材,解决了现有技术中的橡胶发泡运动鞋材耐磨性能差、止滑性能低的问题。
本发明的另一个目的是提出了一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的制备方法,该方法制备的橡胶发泡运动鞋材耐磨性能好。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材,所述超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材包括以下占所述超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材质量百分比的各组分:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)45%~55%,可塑性丁苯橡胶(TVA)10%~18%,三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)3%~10%,氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)10%~18%,耐磨剂3%~10%,滑石粉2%~5%,硬脂酸0.2%~0.6%,硬脂酸锌0.4%~1.0%,氧化锌0.8%~1.5%,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)0.8%~1.2%,偶氮二甲酰胺0.8%~1.2%。
优选的,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)中醋酸乙烯的含量为所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的21%~40%。
优选的,可塑性丁苯橡胶为中国石化巴陵石化公司生产的TVA,所述三元乙丙橡胶的门尼粘度低于40,所述氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的硬度为20~50A。
一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将过氧化二异丙苯及偶氮二甲酰胺称好后待用,另将其余原料混合后倒入密炼机中进行第一阶段密炼,使物料混合均匀,待温度达到110~113℃时,再加入过氧化二异丙苯及偶氮二甲酰胺混合料,再次启动密炼机进行第二阶段密炼,直到温度升高到115~118℃时,所有原料混合均匀得到密炼好的混合料一;
步骤二:将步骤一得到的密炼好的混合料在滚轮机上进行打薄2遍,打薄时出片厚度为1~2mm,得到混合料二;
步骤三:将混合料二传送到造粒机中进行造粒,粒料长度控制在2-4mm为宜;
步骤四:将造好的粒料静置24小时后,经电脑数控注塑机注入鞋模中,在模具温度为180±2℃,加硫时间为350±20秒的条件下成型;
步骤五:将步骤四中所得的鞋材经恒温箱定型成发泡型材成品,恒温箱流程条件为:温度75℃-60℃-45℃-30℃,转数200转/分,恒温箱长度为8-10米;
步骤六:将恒温箱出来的鞋材经修边、QC检验、表面处理、物性抽测、包装入库。
优选的,所述第一阶段密炼的时间可为7-8min;所述第二阶段密炼的时间可为3-4min。
超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材其主要物性包括:
硬度:65±3C;
密度:≤0.5g/cm3
弹性:≥50%;
DIN耐磨:≤60mm3;
止滑性能:干式止滑系数:≥0.7,湿式止滑系数:≥0.5。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材止滑性能好,同时其耐磨性能还要优于普通硬橡胶,可以直接射出成型。本发明的一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的制备方法,通过在制备过程中严格控制各物性参数,使得制备出的超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材具备更加优异的耐磨性和止滑性能。
具体实施方式
为更好地理解本发明,下面通过以下实施例对本发明作进一步具体的阐述,但不可理解为对本发明的限定,对于本领域的技术人员根据上述发明内容所作的一些非本质的改进与调整,也视为落在本发明的保护范围内。
本发明的配方及工艺制成的产品可进行物性测试:将制成的橡胶发泡鞋材成品在实验室(23℃)里放置24h后,进行DIN耐磨、硬度、止滑、比重等物性的测试,记录耐磨、硬度和止滑、比重等测试值,本发明的超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的配方实施例见表1和表2,表1为超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的配方范围,表2为超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材实施例配方,各实施例中的数值为质量百分比(%)。

为了能更好地说明研究结果,分别改变乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、可塑性丁苯橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、其他助剂的比例使之没有达到或超过优化比例范围(见表3),按照表3配方作出样品(比较例),各比较例中的数值为质量百分比(%),并在检测中心按测实施例的要求物

标测试物性,各实施例和比较例物性测试结果如表4。

从以上物性测试结果可明显看出,实施例的止滑性能相比比较例有较大的提高,实施例没出现物性性能不合格的问题。比较例所使用的原材料质量百分比超出了设定范围,其综合物理性能,特别是止滑、耐磨等性能出现明显的下降。

Claims (5)

1.一种超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材,其特征在于,所述超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材包括以下占所述超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材质量百分比的各组分:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)45%~55%,可塑性丁苯橡胶(TVA)10%~18%,三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)3%~10%,氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)10%~18%,耐磨剂3%~10%,滑石粉2%~5%,硬脂酸0.2%~0.6%,硬脂酸锌0.4%~1.0%,氧化锌0.8%~1.5%,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)0.8%~1.2%,偶氮二甲酰胺0.8%~1.2%。
2.如权利要求1所述的超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材,其特征在于:所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)中醋酸乙烯含量为所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的21%~40%。
3.如权利要求1所述的超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材,其特征在于:可塑性丁苯橡胶为中国石化巴陵石化公司生产的TVA,所述三元乙丙橡胶的门尼粘度低于40,所述氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的硬度为20~50A。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将过氧化二异丙苯及偶氮二甲酰胺称好后待用,另将其余原料混合后倒入密炼机中进行第一阶段密炼,使物料混合均匀,待温度达到110~113℃时,再加入过氧化二异丙苯及偶氮二甲酰胺混合料,再次启动密炼机进行第二阶段密炼,直到温度升高到115~118℃时,所有原料混合均匀得到密炼好的混合料一;
步骤二:将步骤一得到的密炼好的混合料在滚轮机上进行打薄2遍,打薄时出片厚度为1~2mm,得到混合料二;
步骤三:将混合料二传送到造粒机中进行造粒,粒料长度控制在2-4mm为宜;
步骤四:将造好的粒料静置24小时后,经电脑数控注塑机注入鞋模中,在模具温度为180±2℃,加硫时间为350±20秒的条件下成型;
步骤五:将步骤四中所得的鞋材经恒温箱定型成发泡型材成品,恒温箱流程条件为:温度75℃-60℃-45℃-30℃,转数200转/分,恒温箱长度为8-10米;
步骤六:将恒温箱出来的鞋材经修边、QC检验、表面处理、物性抽测、包装入库。
5.如权利要求4所述的超耐磨橡胶发泡运动鞋材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一阶段密炼的时间为7-8min;所述第二阶段密炼的时间为3-4min。
