Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于生产汽车玻璃开关按键的模具,包括:公模、母模、上模仁、下模仁、顶杆和产品,所述顶杆的顶部设置有一凸块和凹槽,所述凸块和凹槽的形状与倒扣及卡扣槽的形状相匹配,所述顶杆的中部设置有两个斜面:第一斜面和第二斜面,该两个斜面分别位于顶杆的对称面,在所述顶杆的中部外围设置有定位边;本发明还公开了一种用于生产汽车玻璃开关按键的模具的开模方法,利用顶杆两个斜面与定位边之间的作用力和反作用力,顺利地将顶杆的凸块从产品的倒扣中脱离出来。通过上述方式,本发明能够较好地生产汽车玻璃开关按钮键,能够顺利地开模,提高了产品的品质与生产效率。

Description

一种用于生产汽车玻璃开关按键的模具及其开模方法
技术领域
    本发明涉及模具领域,特别是涉及一种用于生产汽车玻璃开关按键的模具及其开模方法。
背景技术
塑料以其优越的性能被广泛应用于汽车领域中,其具有:加工简便、便于装配、质量较轻、耐腐蚀性好,寿命长、成本低等优点。部分塑料材料还可以回收利用,节约了资源。注塑成型是汽车塑料件生产的最重要的技术,大多数塑料件,如:风扇叶片、反光镜罩、各类开关按钮键等,都是利用注塑成型的方法制造的。
如图3所示,是一种汽车玻璃开关按钮键,主要包括:插杆和顶盖,所述的顶盖位于插杆的顶部,顶盖的四周具有阶梯状的侧翻边,在其侧翻边与插杆之间具有厚度较薄的倒扣,并且在该倒扣内开设有卡扣槽,其中,所述倒扣的厚度d1往往在1mm左右,倒扣到插杆之间的距离d2往往在5mm左右,这样的倒扣按正常的斜顶无法制作。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于生产汽车玻璃开关按键的模具及其开模方法,能够较好地生产汽车玻璃开关按钮键,能够顺利地开模,提高了产品的品质与生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于生产汽车玻璃开关按键的模具,包括:公模、母模、上模仁、下模仁、顶杆和产品,所述上模仁和下模仁设置于公模和母模之间,所述公模和母模之间形成开模面,所述产品位于上模仁与下模仁内,所述顶杆设置于产品的下方,顶杆的末端设置有顶杆固定板,所述顶杆固定于所述顶杆固定板,所述产品具有顶盖和插杆,所述顶盖设置于插杆的顶端,顶盖的四周设置有阶梯状的侧翻边,所述侧翻边向下侧翻,所述侧翻边与插杆之间设置有倒扣,所述倒扣内开设有卡扣槽,所述顶杆的顶部设置有一凸块和凹槽,所述凸块和凹槽的形状与倒扣及卡扣槽的形状相匹配,所述顶杆的中部设置有两个斜面:第一斜面和第二斜面,该两个斜面分别位于顶杆的对称面,所述第一斜面与顶杆轴心之间的夹角为α,所述第二斜面与顶杆轴心之间的夹角为β,在所述顶杆的中部外围设置有定位边。
优选的,所述夹具α与夹角β的范围均为3°~5°。
本发明还提供一种用于所述的模具的开模方法,包括如下几个步骤:
一、沿开模面拆开公模,使得公模与母模分离;
二、拆掉上模仁;
三、推动顶杆,使得顶杆带动产品缓慢上升;
四、当顶杆的第二斜面到达定位边时,顶杆顶部的凸块从产品的卡扣槽内脱离出来;
五,取下产品,拆除下模仁及母模,完成整个开模过程。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够完成一种带有倒扣结构的汽车玻璃开关按钮键,且结构简单,开模方便;在开模过程中,利用顶杆斜面与定位边的相互作用,能够顺利地将顶杆的凸块与产品的卡扣槽分离,提高了产品的品质与生产效率。

一种用于生产汽车玻璃开关按键的模具,包括:公模1、母模2、上模仁3、下模仁4、顶杆6和产品8,所述上模仁3和下模仁4设置于公模1和母模2之间,所述公模1和母模2之间形成开模面5,所述产品8位于上模仁3与下模仁4内,所述顶杆6设置于产品8的下方,顶杆6的末端设置有顶杆固定板7,所述顶杆6固定于所述顶杆固定板7,所述产品8具有顶盖81和插杆85,所述顶盖81设置于插杆85的顶端,顶盖81的四周设置有阶梯状的侧翻边82,所述侧翻边82向下侧翻,所述侧翻边82与插杆85之间设置有倒扣83,所述倒扣83内开设有卡扣槽84,所述顶杆6的顶部设置有一凸块61和凹槽62,所述凸块61和凹槽62的形状与倒扣83及卡扣槽84的形状相匹配,所述顶杆6的中部设置有两个斜面:第一斜面63和第二斜面64,该两个斜面分别位于顶杆6的对称面,所述第一斜面63与顶杆6轴心之间的夹角为α,所述第二斜面64与顶杆6轴心之间的夹角为β,在所述顶杆6的中部外围设置有定位边9,所述α的角度为4°,所述β的角度为3°,顶杆6的两个斜面在经过定位边9之间时,能够顺利地通过。
本发明还提供一种用于所述的模具的开模方法,包括如下几个步骤:
一、如图5所示为开模步骤的初始位置,沿开模面5拆开公模1,使得公模1与母模2分离;
二、拆掉上模仁3;
三、推动顶杆6,使得顶杆6带动产品8缓慢上升;
四、当顶杆6的第二斜面64到达定位边9时,顶杆6顶部的凸块61从产品8的卡扣槽84内脱离出来;
五,取下产品8,拆除下模仁4及母模2,完成整个开模过程。
进一步的,当顶杆6的第二斜面64与定位边9接触时,鉴于作用力与反作用力的影响,由于顶杆6的底部直径要大于中部直径,顶杆6的轴心会向内偏移,从而使得顶杆6顶部的凸块61脱离产品8的倒扣83,将产品8顶出(如图6、图7所示)。所述α的角度为4°,所述β的角度为3°,由于角度较小,凸块61在脱离卡扣槽84时,不会对倒扣83造成损坏,保证了产品8的品质。

1.一种用于生产汽车玻璃开关按键的模具,包括:公模、母模、上模仁、下模仁、顶杆和产品,所述上模仁和下模仁设置于公模和母模之间,所述公模和母模之间形成开模面,所述产品位于上模仁与下模仁内,所述顶杆设置于产品的下方,顶杆的末端设置有顶杆固定板,所述顶杆固定于所述顶杆固定板,所述产品具有顶盖和插杆,所述顶盖设置于插杆的顶端,顶盖的四周设置有阶梯状的侧翻边,所述侧翻边向下侧翻,所述侧翻边与插杆之间设置有倒扣,所述倒扣内开设有卡扣槽,其特征在于,所述顶杆的顶部设置有一凸块和凹槽,所述凸块和凹槽的形状与倒扣及卡扣槽的形状相匹配,所述顶杆的中部设置有两个斜面:第一斜面和第二斜面,该两个斜面分别位于顶杆的对称面,所述第一斜面与顶杆轴心之间的夹角为α,所述第二斜面与顶杆轴心之间的夹角为β,在所述顶杆的中部外围设置有定位边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生产汽车玻璃开关按键的模具,其特征在于,所述夹具α与夹角β的范围均为3°~5°。
3.一种用于如权利要求1所述的模具的开模方法,其特征在于,包括如下几个步骤:
一、沿开模面拆开公模,使得公模与母模分离;
二、拆掉上模仁;
三、推动顶杆,使得顶杆带动产品缓慢上升;
四、当顶杆的第二斜面到达定位边时,顶杆顶部的凸块从产品的卡扣槽内脱离出来;
五,取下产品,拆除下模仁及母模,完成整个开模过程。
