Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种用于摩托车碟刹上泵的加工设备。该种用于摩托车碟刹上泵的加工设备,具有机座,其特征在于所述机座上设有转盘,所述转盘的圆周方向设有若干个加工工位,每个加工工位上均设有夹持件,所述夹持件上方设有相对应的加工装置。本发明将加工装置均安装在一台设备上,其加工工位上设有夹持件,通过转盘转动带动工位上的夹持件不断转换加工工序,即转一圈即可完成一整套的加工工序,可同时进行多个碟刹上泵的加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种加工设备,特别涉及的是一种用于摩托车碟刹上泵的加工设备。
背景技术
对于摩托车碟刹上泵的传统加工设备至少需要数控、铣床、台钻等12台机床,不仅作业人员多,人均最快300只,而且占地面积大。如果每个工序分开作业,其中一个工序出现问题无法及时发现,产品则会出现质量问题,提高报废率。再加上现场物料堆放多出料慢,机器生产节拍不平衡。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够实现多个工序同时进行的用于摩托车碟刹上泵的加工设备,从而提高加工的效率,并且保证产品质量。
一种用于摩托车碟刹上泵的加工设备,具有机座,其特征在于所述机座上设有转盘,所述转盘的圆周方向设有若干个加工工位,每个加工工位上均设有夹持件,所述夹持件上方设有相对应的加工装置。
所述加工工位包括钻孔工位和铣面工位。
所述加工工位按工序依次为钻供油孔工位、钻回油孔工位、钻手柄孔工位、钻半盖孔工位、钻油杯孔工位、铣油杯面工位及钻倒车镜工位。
所述夹持件包括有前夹板、后夹板、左夹板和右夹板,所述左夹板上设有可左右滑动的固定块,所述右夹板上设有顶针,所述后夹板内侧设有工件安装杆,所述工件安装杆的左侧设有定位块,所述前夹板与带动其旋转的动力源连接,所述前夹板上设有定位凸块。
本发明将钻头、丝锥和铣刀均安装在一台设备上,其加工工位上设有夹持件,通过转盘转动带动工位上的夹持件不断转换加工工序,即转一圈即可完成一整套的加工工序,可同时进行多个碟刹上泵的加工,从毛坯到加工完成只需1人作业,产量在800~1000只,大大提高了效率;完成加工的产品可立即进行质量检验,一旦发现不合格品可立即对设备进行调试,以免加工出更多的不合格品造成浪费。与现有技术相比,该发明具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

具体实施方式
如图4所示,一种用于摩托车碟刹上泵的加工设备,具有机座,所述机座上设有转盘9,所述转盘9的圆周方向设有若干个加工工位1,每个加工工位1上均设有夹持件3。工作时转盘9间歇性转动,夹持件3将待加工的碟刹上泵固定住,所述夹持件3上方对应设有加工装置(图中未标出),加工装置包括钻头、丝锥和铣刀。
如图所示,夹持件3包括由前夹板31、后夹板32、左夹板33和右夹板34,所述左夹板33上设有由动力源5带动前后运动的固定块331,固定块331用于碟刹上泵的左侧固定;所述右夹板34上设有顶针8,顶针8用于碟刹上泵的右侧固定;所述后夹板32朝内设有工件安装杆6,所述工件安装杆6左侧紧挨着设有定位块7,定位块7的设置正好卡住碟刹上泵防止其在加工过程中发生翻转;所述前夹板31一端与动力源4连接,另一端设有固定凸块311,所述动力源4带动前夹板31进行旋转且前后运动,此处动力源4、5均为气缸。每个加工工位1上均包括碟刹上泵、夹持件和加工装置,第一工位10除外,因为第一工位10不进行加工,只用于安装待加工的碟刹上泵和拆卸已加工的碟刹上泵,所以不需要加工装置。第二工位11才开始加工,根据加工工序的设置工位依次为装夹工位、钻供油孔工位、钻回油孔工位、钻手柄孔工位、钻半盖孔工位、钻油杯孔工位、铣油杯面工位和钻倒车镜工位等,夹持件上方依次设有相对应的加工装置。
该设备工作时,第一工序为装夹,由第一工位10上的夹持件3开始,气缸4带动前夹板31旋转打开,将碟刹上泵插入工件安装杆6上,气缸4带动前夹板31旋转闭合,并且带动前夹板31朝碟刹上泵方向运动夹紧碟刹上泵,固定凸块311正好顶住碟刹上泵的前端,气缸5带动固定块331朝碟刹上泵运动夹紧碟刹上泵,夹紧后转盘9转动将第一工位上10的夹持件2旋转到第二工位11上进行第二工序的加工,加工装置的钻头朝夹持件3方向运动对碟刹上泵进行打孔,此时,第一工位10上迎来一个新的夹持件等待碟刹上泵的装夹工作;待碟刹上泵完成第二工序后,转盘9继续转动将该夹持件转到第三工位12进行碟刹上泵第三工序的加工,而新装夹上的碟刹上泵由转盘带动由第一工位10转到第二工位11,如此间歇旋转转盘9带着一个个夹持件2进行一道道加工工序,完成所有的加工工序后的夹持件2会再次处于第一工位上10,气缸4带动前夹板31旋转打开,固定块331离开碟刹上泵,人工将碟刹上泵拆卸出来,安装上新的待加工的碟刹上泵,转盘9转动继续进行下一轮的加工工序。

1.一种用于摩托车碟刹上泵的加工设备,具有机座,其特征在于所述机座上设有转盘(9),所述转盘(9)的圆周方向设有若干个加工工位(1),每个加工工位(1)上均设有夹持件(3),所述夹持件(3)上方设有相对应的加工装置,所述夹持件(3)包括有前夹板(31)、后夹板(32)、左夹板(33)和右夹板(34),所述左夹板(33)上设有可左右滑动的固定块(331),所述右夹板(34)上设有顶针(8),所述后夹板(32)内侧设有工件安装杆(6),所述工件安装杆(6)的左侧设有定位块(7),所述前夹板(31)与带动其旋转的动力源(4)连接,所述动力源带动前夹板进行旋转且前后运动,所述前夹板上设有定位凸块(311)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于摩托车碟刹上泵的加工设备,其特征在于所述加工工位(1)按工序依次为钻供油孔工位、钻回油孔工位、钻手柄孔工位、钻半盖孔工位、钻油杯孔工位、铣油杯面工位及钻倒车镜工位。
