技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有透明盖的电光学显示装置。
背景技术
由现有技术已知了这种电光学显示装置,例如像液晶显示器或OLED,其中在电光学显示器和透明盖之间存在透明的粘合材料。通过该额外的透明盖保护了电光学显示器。由现有技术已知的粘合材料一方面粘合了电光学显示器和透明盖,具有效果:不能或仅很困难地能够识别电光学显示器和透明盖之间的间隙,因此改善了外观效果。这种电光学显示器通常用在那些会有意或无意接触到透明盖的区域中。在此,当例如出现渐晕时,会由于出现的压力而干扰电光学显示器的显示。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,阻止对电光学显示器的显示的这种损害,或者至少很大程度上限制这种损害。该任务通过具有下文所述特征的电光学显示装置完成。通过这种布置——透明盖是盘的一部分,其中盘的壁侧面设计为框架,且电光学显示器的侧面由框架形锁合地包围且电光学显示器与框架连接——实现了,施加在透明盖的表面上的力不会直接达到电光学显示器的表面上且由此引起渐晕,而是通过框架被引导至电光学显示器的侧面或基面,从而不损坏电光学显示器的压敏表面。因此,透明的粘合材料较少地负责粘合透明盖和电光学显示器的表面,而是仅主要负责阻止透明盖和电光学显示器的表面之间的气隙。由于透明盖的材料和透明粘合材料如此选择,即其折射率近似相同,所以人不会察觉各个材料之间的光学过渡。
当盘制造为单部件式时,该盘可以极简单地制造且不出现框架和透明盖之间的不严密问题。
当框架和透明盖材料锁合地连接时,可以简单地使用两种不同材料。此外,可以更灵活地实施电光学显示器与透明盖的组装。因此,例如首先可以把电光学显示器插入框架中,然后把透明粘合材料填充在由框架和电光学显示器的正面(上侧)形成的容器中且随后才把透明盖与框架材料锁合地连接。如果框架和透明盖设计为一件式,则首先必须把粘合材料填充在盘中并随后才能把电光学显示器插入框架中。
当透明盖是平坦的时,电光学显示器具有已知的视觉效果。
当透明盖的表面是弯曲的时,电光学显示器得到新式的视觉效果。由于粘合材料,电光学显示器的显示看起来不扭曲。因此,通过这种设计自由度,电光学显示器可以更好地装配到具有比矩形更圆的形状的环境中。因此,整体提高了设计自由度,且并未限制电光学显示器的易读性/清晰度。
因为根据本发明的结构保护电光学显示器不受外界压力影响,所以该电光学显示器能理想地用在触摸屏中。为此,触摸屏膜有利地施加在透明盖上,因为其最接近操纵机构,例如操纵人员的手指或者光笔(触控笔)。当触摸屏膜层压在透明盖上时,触摸屏膜被特别牢固地固定。当触摸屏膜布置在透明盖的朝向电光学显示器的侧面上时,触摸屏膜更难被察觉且得到良好的机械保护。当透明盖在其背离电光学显示器的侧面上在透明盖的边缘区域中被印刷时,可以如此进行这种印刷,使得俯视不能看到框架且由此可以实现电光学显示器的特别美好的外观。当透明盖被着色时,可以实现所谓的黑屏效应,从而在电光学显示器的断电的状态下不能察觉该电光学显示器,而是仅看到着色的透明盖的表面。因为强烈减小了通过透明粘合材料的反射,所以透明盖不必过于强烈地着色,以便实现这种效果。因此,也不会过于强烈地增大电光学显示器所需的亮度。

具体实施方式
在图1中看到电光学显示器1、框架2、透明盖3和触摸屏膜4。电光学显示器1具有正面1a、侧面1b-1e、背面1f和形式为扁平电缆的电接头1g。在电光学显示器的工作状态中,在电光学显示器1的正面1a上能看到由电光学显示器显示的信息。该信息例如可以由LCD或OLED产生。电光学显示器1如此设计,使其形锁合地匹配到框架2中。可以看出,透明盖3具有弯曲的、例如圆柱区段形式的表面。透明盖也可以设计为平坦的、设计为圆锥区段的一部分或者设计为任意自由形状表面。然而,出于设计原因,所述盖优选可以设计为平坦的或像图1示出的那样设计为圆柱体部段。在装配状态下,触摸屏膜4与透明盖3连接。尤其有利的是,触摸屏膜4层压在透明盖3上,因为这样触摸屏膜4至透明盖3的表面的距离最小,且因此用于检测位于透明盖的表面上的物体和用户的肢体、例如用户的手指的灵敏度最大。图1未示出透明粘合材料。
图2中可以看出电光学显示器1、框架2和透明盖3。额外还示出了透明粘合材料5,所述透明粘合材料完全填满了透明盖3和电光学显示器1之间的空间且因此在透明盖3和透明粘合材料5的折射率相同或近似相同时能直接且无反射地看到电光学显示器的表面上的显示。透明盖3处于框架2上且与该框架材料锁合地连接。在附图中未示出小的通道,所述通道使得在电光学显示器推入粘合框架中时存在的空气和可能过多存在的粘合材料能逸出。电光学显示器1有利地在其背面1f的区域中与框架2连接,即例如通过粘合或焊接6。
透明盖3也可以具有其它形状,例如其也可以设计为完全平坦的或者具有随便设计的自由形状表面。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有透明盖(3)的电光学显示装置,电光学显示器和透明盖(3)彼此间隔,其中在电光学显示器(1)和透明盖(3)之间存在透明粘合材料(5),该透明粘合材料完全填满电光学显示器和透明盖(3)之间的空间,因此电光学显示器(1)和透明盖(3)粘合,以及其中电光学显示器设计为LCD或OLED,其中,透明盖(3)是盘的一部分,其中盘的侧面设计为框架(2);并且,其中电光学显示器(1)的侧面(1b-1e)由框架(2)形锁合地包围,特征在于,电光学显示器(1)在其背面(1f)的区域中通过粘合或焊接与框架(2)连接,所述盘一件式制造,或者透明盖(3)处于框架(2)上并且与框架(2)材料锁合地连接。
