技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有可选外料的羽绒服,更具体地,涉及一种具有可选外料的羽绒服,其包括:聚氨酯涂层,其形成在外料的内表面上,用于防止鸭绒渗出,以便不仅能够应用合成树脂,还能够应用能够渗出鸭绒的各种织物;以及带构件,其形成在里料的内表面上,以便通过在带构件和聚氨酯涂层相遇的部分处的热粘合形成间隔格,由此使加工过程容易进行。
背景技术
通常,羽绒服是一种冬季服装,一般称为鸭绒大衣(duck down parka),并且由于将鸭或鹅的胸前的羽毛填注到羽绒服的里料和外料之间的空间中,所以比其他的冬季服装更轻并且更保暖,因此是一种受欢迎的冬季服装。
由于鸭子的前胸的羽毛柔软、具有极好的保暖性和透气性并且通过即使在干燥的冬季也含有适度的水分而不会产生静电,所以羽绒服比其他冬季服装更轻并且更保暖。由于上述特性,羽绒服是公认的一种高质量的冬季服装。
这样的传统羽绒服包括分别具有里料和外料的主体的前部和后部、衣袖和领子。将里料和外料裁剪出夹克的形式,并且前部和后部、衣袖和领子的里料与外料的正面彼此相对,即,里料和外料的反面朝外并且彼此一致。在将除鸭绒入口以外的所有部分沿里料和外料的缝纫线缝合之后,将缝合的羽绒服翻过来,并且将鸭绒填注到里料和外料之间的空间中,即,填注到羽绒服中,然后将鸭绒入口缝合。
在里料和外料彼此一致的情况下,在水平方向上以规则间隔缝合将鸭绒填注到其中的缝合的羽绒服,因此,通过由缝合线形成的多个鸭绒间隔格,将羽绒服完成为厚大衣的形式。
然而,为了防止填注的鸭绒从间隔格中渗出,传统羽绒服的里料和外料主要是由例如戈尔特斯(Goretex)的合成树脂材料,而不是例如棉花或羊毛的织物制成。因此,传统的羽绒服存在的几个问题在于,从消费者的角度来讲,选择羽绒服的范围狭窄,并且从制造商的角度来讲,难以制作各种设计的羽绒服。
此外,传统的羽绒服存在的另一个问题在于,鸭子的羽毛通过由缝纫工作形成的针孔渗出。

因此,致力于解决现有技术中出现的上述问题,已经做出了本发明,并且本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有可选外料的羽绒服,其包括:聚氨酯涂层,其形成在外料的内表面上,用于防止鸭绒的渗出,以便不仅能够应用合成树脂,还能够应用能够渗出鸭绒的各种织物;以及带构件,其形成在里料的内表面上,以便通过在带构件和聚氨酯涂层相遇的部分处的热粘合形成间隔格,由此使加工过程容易进行。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有可选的外料的羽绒服,其包括具有里料和外料的双层织物以及通过分隔里料和外料形成并且用鸭绒填充的多个间隔格,所述羽绒服还包括:带构件,其设置在里料的内表面上;以及聚氨酯涂层,其形成在外料的内表面上。
根据本发明,里料是由能够防止填充到间隔格的内部的鸭绒渗出的合成树脂材料制成,并且外料是选自不考虑鸭绒从外料20渗出的各种织物中的一种制成。
根据本发明,由于里料在其内表面上具有带构件,并且外料具有形成在内表面上的聚氨酯涂层,所以通过由带构件以及使用聚氨酯涂层的热粘合的粘接形成间隔格。
有益效果
根据本发明的示例性实施方式的具有可选外料的羽绒服包括:聚氨酯涂层,其形成在外料的内表面上,用于防止鸭绒的渗出,以便不仅能够应用合成树脂,还能够应用能够渗出鸭绒的各种织物;以及带构件,其形成在里料的内表面上,以便通过在带构件和聚氨酯涂层相遇的部分处的热粘合形成间隔格,由此使加工过程容易进行。

根据本发明的优选实施方式的具有可选外料的羽绒服包括:双层织物,其具有里料和外料;以及多个间隔格,其通过分隔里料和外料而形成,并且填充有鸭绒,其中里料包括设置在其内表面上的带构件,并且外料包括形成在其内表面上的聚氨酯涂层。
下文将参考图1详细描述根据本发明的优选实施方式的具有可选外料的羽绒服1。
这里,羽绒服的里料10具有设置在其内表面上的带构件40,并且带构件40选择性地粘附在外料20的聚氨酯涂层30上,以便用来形成独立地用填充物50填充的间隔格。为此,优选地,将带构件40以规则间隔设置在将形成间隔格的每点处,并且带构件40可以选自用于制作衣服的传统胶带。此外,不同于外料20,里料10不具有能够防止鸭绒渗出的聚氨酯涂层30,因此,由能够防止鸭绒渗出的像戈尔特斯(Goretex)的合成树脂材料制成。
此外,外料20具有形成在其内表面上的聚氨酯涂层30,并且位于外料20的内表面上的聚氨酯涂层30用于防止作为填充物50的鸭绒渗出,并防止湿气渗入到外料20中,并且用于通过聚氨酯涂层30和带构件40之间的热粘合,促进形成间隔格。
换句话说,由于能够防止填充物50渗出并且具有防水效果的聚氨酯涂层30形成在外料20的内表面上,不考虑鸭绒从外料20渗出,外料20能够由从例如羊毛和棉花的各种织物中选择的一种制成。因此,从消费者的角度来讲,存在一个选择羽绒服的广泛的范围,并且制造商能够制作各种设计的羽绒服。
此外,由于里料10具有形成在内表面上的带构件40并且外料20具有形成在内表面上的聚氨酯涂层,所以带构件40暂时地粘附到聚氨酯涂层30上,然后,能够通过使用聚氨酯涂层30在熔化时粘附的性质的热粘合,容易地形成将用例如鸭绒的填充物50填充的间隔格。

1.一种具有可选外料的羽绒服,其包括具有里料和外料的双层织物以及通过分隔所述里料和所述外料形成并且用鸭绒填充的多个间隔格,所述羽绒服包括:
带构件,其设置在所述里料的内表面上;以及
聚氨酯涂层,其形成在所述外料的内表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的羽绒服,其中,所述里料是由能够防止填充所述间隔格的内部的鸭绒渗出的合成树脂材料制成,并且所述外料是由选自不考虑鸭绒从所述外料渗出的各种织物中的一种制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的羽绒服,其中,由于所述里料在其内表面上具有所述带构件,并且所述外料具有形成在其内表面上的聚氨酯涂层,所以通过由所述带构件以及使用所述聚氨酯涂层的热粘合的粘接形成所述间隔格。
