Abstract

一种汽车手动变速器电控随速换挡系统的换挡保护装置,在变速器拨叉杆连同拨叉杆支座做出宽度为由空挡至进入挡位行程距离的凹槽,长度贯穿所有的拨叉杆直径连同拨叉杆与拨叉杆之间的间隔部分,在凹槽宽度的中点部位,拨叉杆与拨叉杆之间间隔的支座上,固定安装长度等于或略小于两个拨叉杆的直径连同它们中间间隔距离的拨片,拨片能在凹槽内以固定点为圆心转动,以使在进入某一挡位时,可以通过拨片将另一拨叉杆上还没有退入空挡的挡位拨回空挡位置。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车手动变速器电控随速换挡系统的换挡保护装置,可防止变速器在换挡时同时挂入两个挡位运行导致的变速器损毁。
背景技术
目前,公知的汽车手动变速器互锁装置必须将在挡运行的挡位退回空挡位置后,其他的某一挡位才能进入挡位运行,给汽车手动变速器的自动化控制换挡带来了障碍,拆除后又可能因为多个挡位同时在挡运行造成变速器的损毁。
发明内容
为了克服汽车手动变速器自动化控制换挡必须将传统的手动变速器互锁装置去除后可能带来的多个挡位同时在挡运行造成的变速器损毁,本发明提出一种汽车手动变速器电控随速换挡系统的换挡保护装置,确保汽车手动变速器只能有一个档位在挡运行。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在变速器拨叉杆连同拨叉杆支座做出一个宽度为由空挡至进入挡位行程距离的凹槽,长度贯穿所有的拨叉杆直径连同拨叉杆与拨叉杆之间的间隔部分,在凹槽宽度的中点部位,拨叉杆与拨叉杆之间间隔的支座上固定安装长度等于或略小于两个拨叉杆的直径连同它们中间间隔距离的拨片,拨片能在凹槽内以固定点为圆心转动,以使在进入某一挡位的同时,可以通过拨片将另一拨叉杆上还没有退入空挡的挡位拨回空挡位置,以此实现挂挡与退挡同步,加快换挡速度,并可防止变速器同时挂入两个挡位运行造成的变速器损毁。
本发明的有益效果是:能够在将手动变速器互锁装置去除后以利于自动化控制换挡的同时可以防止变速器同时挂入两个挡位运行造成的变速器损毁。

具体实施方式
在图中,在变速器所有的拨叉杆连同拨叉杆之间间隔的支座,做出一个宽度为由空挡至进入挡位行程距离的凹槽(1),长度贯穿所有的拨叉杆直径连同拨叉杆之间的间隔部分,在凹槽(1)宽度的中点部位,拨叉杆与拨叉杆之间间隔的支座上,固定安装长度等于或略小于两个拨叉杆的直径连同它们之间间隔距离的拨片(2),拨片(2)能在凹槽(1)内以固定点(3)为圆心转动。

1.一种汽车手动变速器电控随速换挡系统的换挡保护装置,在变速器拨叉杆连同拨叉杆支座做出宽度为由空挡至进入挡位行程距离的凹槽,长度贯穿所有的拨叉杆直径连同拨叉杆与拨叉杆之间的间隔部分,在凹槽宽度的中点部位,拨叉杆与拨叉杆之间间隔的支座上,固定安装长度等于或略小于两个拨叉杆的直径连同它们中间间隔距离的拨片,拨片能在凹槽内以固定点为圆心转动,以使在进入某一挡位时,可以通过拨片将另一拨叉杆上还没有退入空挡的挡位拨回空挡位置,其特征是:在换挡时,挂挡与退挡同步,加快换挡速度,并可防止变速器同时挂入两个挡位运行。
