老南瓜300~350、槐花蜜25~30、魔芋粉30~35、牛肉干15~20、鱼骨粉15~20、食盐10~15、麻油10~12、柠檬汁5~10、南瓜子仁15~20、山药30~35、当归微粉5~7、蚂蚁粉5~7、鸡蛋清25~30和水适量。
一种非油炸美味南瓜干的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将老南瓜清洗干净,去除瓜瓤,切成长条状,撒上食盐、柠檬汁、槐花蜜、山药等拌匀,放入蒸笼蒸制5~6成熟;
(2)、将牛肉干加入3~5倍水浸泡变软后碾压成泥状,再依次加入鱼骨粉、南瓜子仁、当归微粉、鸡蛋清、蚂蚁粉、魔芋粉等,混合均匀,小火加热,至其变成粘稠状;
(3)、将步骤1和步骤2混合,使步骤2粘稠的混合浆均匀的分布到步骤1上,然后取出并放进烤箱,中火烤制10~15分钟,表面凝固后均匀刷上一层麻油,再高火烤制10~13分钟,至其表面微黄,冷却后分装,密封干燥保存。

柠檬具有高度咸性,被认为是很好的治疗所有疾病的药,止咳、化痰、生津健脾。且对于人体的血液循环以及钙质的吸引有相当大的帮助,其丰富的维他命C,不但能够预防癌症、降低胆固醇、食物中毒,消除疲劳,增加免疫力,延缓老化,保持肌肤弹性,并且克服糖尿病、高血压、贫血、感冒、骨质疏松症等。
当归主要含蔗糖、多种氨基酸、挥发油以及正丁烯、内酯、烟酸、阿魏酸和半萜类化合物,还含有维生素A、维生素E、挥发油、精氨酸及多种矿物质。性温,味甘辛。归心、肝、脾经。能显著促进机体造血功能,升高红细胞、白细胞和血红蛋白含量;抑制血小板凝聚,抗血栓,调节血脂;抗心肌缺血、心律失常,扩张血管,降低血压;增强免疫、抗炎、保肝、抗辐射、抗氧化和清除自由基等。另外,还能调节子宫平滑肌。

具体实施方式
实施例一
一种非油炸美味南瓜干,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料制成:
老南瓜300~350、槐花蜜25~30、魔芋粉30~35、牛肉干15~20、鱼骨粉15~20、食盐10~15、麻油10~12、柠檬汁5~10、南瓜子仁15~20、山药30~35、当归微粉5~7、蚂蚁粉5~7、鸡蛋清25~30和水适量。
一种非油炸美味南瓜干的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将老南瓜清洗干净,去除瓜瓤,切成长条状,撒上食盐、柠檬汁、槐花蜜、山药等拌匀,放入蒸笼蒸制5~6成熟;
(2)、将牛肉干加入3~5倍水浸泡变软后碾压成泥状,再依次加入鱼骨粉、南瓜子仁、当归微粉、鸡蛋清、蚂蚁粉、魔芋粉等,混合均匀,小火加热,至其变成粘稠状;
(3)、将步骤1和步骤2混合,使步骤2粘稠的混合浆均匀的分布到步骤1上,然后取出并放进烤箱,中火烤制10~15分钟,表面凝固后均匀刷上一层麻油,再高火烤制10~13分钟,至其表面微黄,冷却后分装,密封干燥保存。
Claims (2)
1.一种非油炸美味南瓜干,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料制成:
老南瓜300~350、槐花蜜25~30、魔芋粉30~35、牛肉干15~20、鱼骨粉15~20、食盐10~15、麻油10~12、柠檬汁5~10、南瓜子仁15~20、山药30~35、当归微粉5~7、蚂蚁粉5~7、鸡蛋清25~30和水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非油炸美味南瓜干,其特征在于由下列步骤制成:
(1)、将老南瓜清洗干净,去除瓜瓤,切成长条状,撒上食盐、柠檬汁、槐花蜜、山药等拌匀,放入蒸笼蒸制5~6成熟;
(2)、将牛肉干加入3~5倍水浸泡变软后碾压成泥状,再依次加入鱼骨粉、南瓜子仁、当归微粉、鸡蛋清、蚂蚁粉、魔芋粉等,混合均匀,小火加热,至其变成粘稠状;
