Abstract

本发明可以通过使用更少的部件简单地实现限位器功能,从而可以减轻重量、降低成本,所述限位器功能将椅背的向前后方向旋转的角度限制在一定范围内。

Description

车辆座椅的倾斜装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆座椅的倾斜装置(reclining device for vehicle seat),更为详细地讲,涉及一种技术,其为相对于弹性座垫(seat cushion)将椅背(seat back)向车辆前后方向旋转的倾斜(reclining)装置的原理(mechanism)。
背景技术
车辆座椅由乘坐者坐的弹性座垫和椅背构成,所述椅背以向上侧突出地方式连接在所述弹性座垫后方并支撑乘坐者的后方,相对于所述弹性座垫,所述椅背能够调节向前后方向旋转的角度,从而乘坐者能够选择更加舒适的姿势,同时增加便利性,如上所述的能够调节椅背向前后方向旋转的角度的装置即为座椅的倾斜装置。
所述倾斜装置有电动式及手动式,最近电动式使用较多,电动式构成原理如下:通过由电动机(motor)提供的动力驱动倾斜装置,使椅背自动地旋转。
如上所述的倾斜装置构成为通过使用多个齿轮类来实现倾斜功能,因此存在以下根本的技术上的问题:尽可能的使用较少的部件,同时重量要轻。
所述倾斜装置构成为在椅背的最大旋转范围内进行操作,因此椅背以某种程度的角度向前方或后方旋转,则需要使椅背无法再进行旋转的限位器(stopper)功能,现有技术中,为了实现如上所述的限位器功能,在倾斜装置附加其他的部件,从而存在增加部件数量且重量变重的趋势。
作为所述发明的背景技术,说明的事项仅仅是为了增进对于本发明背景的理解,不能够认定为属于本技术领域内具备一般知识的人已知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车辆座椅的倾斜装置,其可以通过使用更少的部件简单地实现限位器功能,从而可以减轻重量、降低成本,所述限位器功能将椅背的向前后方向旋转的角度限制在一定范围内。
为了达到所述目的,本发明的车辆座椅的倾斜装置包括:
底板(base plate),其固定在弹性座垫侧,并且一体地具备结合槽部;
齿轮板(gear plate),其插入至所述结合槽部而固定,并且具备外接齿轮;
移动法兰(mobile flange),其以可向椅背侧传递旋转力的方式连接,并且具备内接齿轮,从而移动法兰离心地啮合于所述齿轮板的外接齿轮,所述内接齿轮比所述齿轮板的外接齿轮多一个齿;
动力传递模块(module),其设置于所述齿轮板的中心部,接收从外部提供的旋转力,使所述移动法兰相对于所述齿轮板离心地旋转,并且防止向其相反的方向传递动力,
并且,在所述移动法兰和所述底板之间具备限位器装置,所述限位器装置对相对于所述底板的移动法兰的旋转范围进行限制。
本发明可以通过使用更少的部件简单地实现将椅背的向前后方向旋转的角度限制在一定范围内的限位器功能,从而可以减轻重量、降低成本。
此外,使用现有的限位器时,在限位器强度弱或者背框(back frame)强度弱的情况下,限位器弯曲的同时产生噪音,并且在末端部分操作感变差。为了防止所述噪音及使用者不满,在部分高级车辆上追加适用限位开关(l imit switch),但是在本发明中不需要所述追加的部件就可以提供充分强度的限位器。
此外,本发明中,与背框的强度无关地,因为是卡在限位器孔的结构,所以限位器的长度短,强度高,从而无需顾虑会产生如上所述的变形及噪音。
此外,现有限位器在框架(frame)设计上改变背框旋转角度时,必须制作新的限位器及下支架(lower bracket),但是在本发明中存在以下优点:仅修正限位器冲孔(hole piercing)模具就能够轻易地改变限位器操作区间。
此外,现有技术中的结构为:为了限位器操作区间,在下支架将法兰部分区间切开,从而强度变弱,但是在本发明中提供一种使法兰维持原状,从而强度高的结构。

具体实施例
参照图1至图4,本发明实施例的车辆座椅的倾斜装置包括:底板3,其固定在弹性座垫侧,并且一体地具备结合槽部1;齿轮板7,其插入至所述结合槽部1而固定,并且具备外接齿轮5;移动法兰11,其以能够向椅背侧传递旋转力的方式连接,并且具备内接齿轮9,从而移动法兰离心地啮合于所述齿轮板7的外接齿轮5,所述内接齿轮5比所述齿轮板7的外接齿轮5多一个齿;动力传递模块13,其设置于所述齿轮板7的中心部,接收从外部提供的旋转力,使所述移动法兰11相对于所述齿轮板7离心地旋转,并且防止向其相反的方向传递动力。并且,在所述移动法兰11和所述底板3之间具备限位器装置,所述限位器装置对相对于所述底板3的移动法兰11的旋转范围进行限制。
所述限位器装置包括限位器凸起15和限位器孔17,所述限位器凸起15从所述移动法兰11朝向所述底板3突出形成,所述限位器孔17为圆弧形并形成于所述底板3,以便将所述限位器凸起15插入于所述限位器孔17,从而在一定范围内旋转。
换句话说,所述底板3固定在弹性座垫的座垫框架(cushion frame)等,所述移动法兰11固定在椅背的背框等,向所述动力传递模块13传递旋转力,则所述移动法兰11相对于所述齿轮板7进行离心运动的同时,根据齿轮齿数差异进行旋转,最终椅背相对于所述弹性座垫进行旋转,从而调节椅背的角度,所述的可调节椅背的角度只有所述限位器凸起15在所述限位器孔17内移动时能够进行调节,其以上是受限制的。
所述动力传递模块13包括:驱动轮(wheel)23,其具备驱动槽部19并形成有驱动凸起21,所述驱动槽部19通过所述移动法兰11的中心并结合在传递旋转力的连接轴(shaft),并且所述驱动凸起21一体地连接在所述驱动槽部19;锁紧凸轮(lock cam)25,其配置于所述驱动槽部19的外侧,以便根据所述驱动凸起21进行旋转;加压凸轮27,其支撑所述锁紧凸轮25的外侧,以便所述锁紧凸轮25和驱动轮23相对于所述齿轮板7维持离心的状态;楔弹簧(wedge spring)29,其设置为弹性支撑所述锁紧凸轮25。
在所述锁紧凸轮25和加压凸轮27的外周具有垫圈(bush)31,所述垫圈31在与所述齿轮板7之间允许及支撑相对旋转,所述连接轴连接于电动机(motor)等,从而起到向所述驱动轮23传递旋转力的作用。
在所述移动法兰11的中心具备孔(socket)部33,其朝向所述动力传递模块13突出,在所述孔部33插入所述驱动轮23的驱动槽部19,最终所述驱动轮23的相对于所述齿轮板7的离心运动使所述移动法兰11进行离心运动。
如上所述的动力传递模块13与现有的倾斜装置的操作原理的操作几乎相同,所述连接轴通过电动机等驱动,则所述驱动轮23进行旋转的同时,所述驱动凸起21使所述锁紧凸轮25进行旋转,并且所述锁紧凸轮25抑制楔弹簧29的弹力,随着所述加压凸轮27进行旋转,所述驱动轮23和锁紧凸轮25及加压凸轮27一起相对于所述齿轮板7离心地旋转,此时,所述移动法兰11的孔部33一起进行离心运动,如上所述的移动法兰11的离心运动,因为所述移动法兰11的内接齿轮9比所述齿轮板7的外接齿轮5多一个齿轮数,所以移动法兰11相对于所述齿轮板7并且针对每一回旋转的离心运动进行齿轮齿数一个程度地旋转。
相反地,从所述椅背的旋转力施加于所述移动法兰盘11的情况下,根据所述楔弹簧29,锁紧凸轮25和所述加压凸轮27一起维持离心的状态,因此防止旋转,从而维持椅背的稳定的状态。
当然,如上述的操作,仅在所述限位器凸起15在所述限位器孔17的内部可移动的范围内的情况下实现,向其以上旋转椅背是因为所述限位器凸起15卡在限位器孔17而受限制。
还包括:盖罩(cap housing)37,其包围所述移动法兰11的外侧周边的同时,结合凸起部35插入至所述底板3而结合;在所述移动法兰11一体地具备多个移动固定凸起39,以便能够通过所述盖罩37的中央开口部向椅背传递旋转力。
换句话说,根据所述盖罩37,所述移动法兰11和齿轮板7及所述动力传递模块13全部在所述底板3维持稳定的组合状态,并且所述移动固定凸起39连接于所述椅背的背框并一起进行旋转。
本发明虽然示出并说明了相关的特定实施例,但在不脱离以下根据权利要求提供的本发明的技术思想的限度内,对本发明可以进行各种改良及变化,这对于在本领域中具备一般知识的人是显而易见的。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆座椅的倾斜装置,其特征在于,包括:
底板(3),其固定在弹性座垫侧,并且一体地具备结合槽部(1);
齿轮板(7),其插入至所述结合槽部(1)而固定,并且具备外接齿轮(5);
移动法兰(11),其以能够向椅背侧传递旋转力的方式连接,并且具备内接齿轮(9),从而移动法兰离心地啮合于所述齿轮板(7)的外接齿轮(5),所述内接齿轮比所述齿轮板(7)的外接齿轮(5)多一个齿;
动力传递模块(13),其设置于所述齿轮板(7)的中心部,接收从外部提供的旋转力,使所述移动法兰(11)相对于所述齿轮板(7)离心地旋转,并且防止向其相反的方向传递动力;
并且在所述移动法兰(11)和所述底板(3)之间具备限位器装置,所述限位器装置对相对于所述底板(3)的移动法兰(11)的旋转范围进行限制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅的倾斜装置,其特征在于,所述限位器装置包括:
限位器凸起(15),其从所述移动法兰(11)朝向所述底板(3)突出形成;
限位器孔(17),其为圆弧形并形成于所述底板(3),以便将所述限位器凸起(15)插入于所述限位器孔(17),从而在一定范围内旋转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆座椅的倾斜装置,其特征在于,所述动力传递模块(13)包括:
驱动轮(23),其具备驱动槽部(19)并形成有驱动凸起(21),所述驱动槽部(19)通过移动法兰(11)的中心并结合在传递旋转力的连接轴,并且所述驱动凸起(21)一体地连接在所述驱动槽部(19);
锁紧凸轮(25),其配置于所述驱动槽部(19)的外侧,以便根据所述驱动凸起(21)进行旋转;
加压凸轮(27),其支撑所述锁紧凸轮(25)的外侧,以便所述锁紧凸轮(25)和驱动轮(23)相对于所述齿轮板(7)维持离心的状态;
楔弹簧(29),其设置为弹性支撑所述锁紧凸轮(25)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆座椅的倾斜装置,其特征在于:
在所述锁紧凸轮(25)和加压凸轮(27)的外周还具备垫圈(31),所述垫圈(31)在与所述齿轮板(7)之间允许及支撑相对旋转。
5.根据权利要求3所述的车辆座椅的倾斜装置,其特征在于,还包括:
盖罩,其包围所述移动法兰(11)的外侧周边的同时,结合凸起部(35)插入至所述底板(3)而结合;
在所述移动法兰(11)一体地具备多个移动固定凸起(39),以便能够通过所述盖罩(37)的中央开口部向椅背传递旋转力。
