Abstract

技术领域
本发明的构思涉及一种包含天然多酚化合物的组合物以及用于口服施用的组合物,更具体地,涉及一种具有优异的水分散性或水溶性的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物以及包括该组合物的用于口服施用的组合物。
背景技术
在过去的五年中,由于全球化幸福趋势的传播和人口老龄化,对于提供保健功效的功能食品的全球市场以每年平均6%的速率持续增长。随着以健康为导向的消费者的数目不断增加,该市场的增长看起来也进一步增大。在韩国,功能食品市场快速增加,使得市场的重要性变得日益增大。
另外,尽管单功能产品习惯上代表了主流,但是近来方式已经发生变化,因此多功能产品的市场已经取代单功能产品的市场且已经出现了多种功能保健食品。这种功能保健食品包括在自然界发现的许多天然产品。尽管大多数的天然产品具有不同的有益效果,例如强的抗氧化功能,但是它们也具有低的水溶性,因此当口服施用时其生物利用度降低。

技术方案
根据本发明的构思的一个方面,提供一种具有水分散性或水溶性的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物,该包含天然多酚化合物的组合物包括水难溶性天然多酚化合物(PSNPPC)和皂苷。
所述水难溶性天然多酚化合物可具有0.004至0.087的溶解度。
所述水难溶性天然多酚化合物可包括姜黄素、水飞蓟素、白藜芦醇、或其组合。
所述皂苷可包括茶皂素、西洋参皂苷、人参皂苷(叶)、人参皂苷(根)、大豆皂苷、或其组合。
当溶解组合物时,水难溶性天然多酚化合物的溶解度可在0.006至1.087的范围内。
基于100重量份的水难溶性天然多酚化合物,皂苷的量可在25重量份至400重量份的范围内。
根据本发明的构思的另一方面,提供了包括所述包含天然多酚化合物的组合物的用于口服施用的组合物。
所述用于口服施用的组合物可为以片剂、胶囊、液剂或饮料形式的功能保健食品或者药物。
所述皂苷在用于口服施用的组合物中的量可在0.4wt%(重量百分比)至50wt%的范围内。
有益效果
根据一个示例性实施方式的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物具有优异的水可散性或水溶性,因此,当用于口服施用的组合物的领域时,其生物利用度高。
具体实施方式
在下文中,将详细地描述根据示例性实施方式的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物。
根据一个或多个示例性实施方式的方面,提供了具有水可散性或水溶性的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物,该包含天然多酚化合物的组合物包括水难溶性天然多酚化合物(PSNPPC:poorly water-soluble natural polyphenolic compound)和皂苷。在本发明的说明书中,“水分散性”指这样的性质:其中包含水难溶性天然多酚化合物的组合物以乳液状态出现在水中,且“水溶性”指这样的性质:其中包含天然多酚化合物的组合物以溶液状态出现在水中。
水难溶性天然多酚化合物可具有0.004至0.087的溶解度。在本发明的说明书中,“溶解度”指在与人体温度类似的37℃时在1mL水中溶解的溶质(水难溶性天然多酚化合物)的量(mg)。
水难溶性天然多酚化合物可具有生理功能。
水难溶性天然多酚化合物可包括姜黄素、水飞蓟素、白藜芦醇或其组合。姜黄素可源自姜黄根的提取物,水飞蓟素可源自水飞蓟的提取物,以及白藜芦醇可源自葡萄等的提取物。
皂苷可具有生理功能,如免疫增强功能和代谢促进功能,另外,还增大水难溶性天然多酚化合物的水分散性或水溶性。
皂苷可包括茶皂素、西洋参皂苷、人参皂苷(叶)、人参皂苷(根)、大豆皂苷或其组合。
当溶解包含天然多酚化合物的组合物时,水难溶性天然多酚化合物的溶解度可在0.006至1.087的范围内。当水难溶性天然多酚化合物的溶解度处于在该范围内时,水难溶性天然多酚化合物的生物利用度可增大。在本发明的说明书中,“当溶解包含天然多酚化合物的组合物时,水难溶性天然多酚化合物的溶解度”指:当在37℃下将包含天然多酚化合物的组合物加入到1mL水中时,在包含天然多酚化合物的组合物的组分中,溶解在水中的水难溶性天然多酚化合物的量(mg)。
基于100重量份的水难溶性天然多酚化合物,皂苷的量可在25重量份至400重量份的范围内。当皂苷的量处于在该范围内时,水难溶性天然多酚化合物的水分散性或水溶性增大,从而提高了其生物利用度。
根据示例性实施方式的如上所述的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物当分散在水中或溶解在水中时,水难溶性天然多酚化合物在物理化学方面并未发生变化且可完整地保持其活性成分,并且该组合物的制备方法简单,因此可用于多种目的。
根据一个或多个示例性实施方式的另一方面,提供了包括所述包含天然多酚化合物的组合物的用于口服施用的组合物。
所述用于口服施用的组合物可为片剂、胶囊、液剂或饮料形式的功能保健食品或者药物。在本发明的说明书中,“液剂”指可具有典型的液体形式或呈现粘稠度的液体制剂,且通常填充并分布在容量为10mL至30mL的安瓿或小瓶形式的容器内,以及“饮料”指为典型的饮料形式且通常填充并分布填充在容量为75mL至120mL的容器内。
可使用常规的制备方法,如直接压制来制备片剂。尤其,该片剂可通过均匀地混合该用于口服施用的组合物、然后使用片剂成型压缩机压缩所得到的产物来制备。
胶囊可通过均匀地混合该用于口服施用的组合物、然后所得到的产物填充硬胶囊来制备。
液剂和饮料可通过将用于口服施用的组合物加入到纯净水中来制备,纯净水使该组合物具有独特的气味和香味,生成物可被装在容器中且被封装以允许方便饮用。
在所述用于口服施用的组合物中包括的皂苷的量可在0.4wt%至50wt%的范围内。当皂苷的量处于在该范围内时,水难溶性天然多酚化合物的生物利用度会增加,且可获得具有优异的生理功能的用于口服施用的组合物。
在下文中,结合实施例将详细地描述本发明的构思;然而,本发明的构思本限于此。
实施例
实验实施例1:水难溶性天然多酚化合物(PSNPPC)的溶解度测量
测量了三种类型的水难溶性天然多酚化合物(PSNPPC)(法国的NATURES公司的的产品)的溶解度,在表1中示出了测量结果。

实验实施例2:当加入添加剂时的水难溶性天然多酚化合物(PSNPPC)的 溶解度
在三种水难溶性天然多酚化合物(PSNPPC)中,如在下表2中所述,以1:0.25(624mg:156mg)、1:1(625mg:625mg)或1:4(625mg:2500mg)的比例混合11种添加剂,以制备粉末混合物,然后,将该混合物加入到45mL水中,搅拌。接下来,采集约5mL的生成物、过滤、稀释以作为测试液体用于高效液相色谱(HPLC)。即,测试液体的组分以及各个组分的量通过使用HPLC进行定量分析。然后,通过使用利用HPLC而已检测到的水难溶性天然多酚化合物的量,来计算各个化合物相对于1mL水的溶解度。另外,在表2中示出溶解度测量结果。在下表2中列举的添加剂的来源如下:茶皂素(湖南奇异(AmazingGrace)生物技术有限公司,中国)、西洋参皂苷(宁波德康生化有限公司(NingboDekang Biochem Co.,Ltd.),中国)、人参皂苷(叶)(宁波德康生化有限公司,中国)、人参皂苷(根)(Hong-ziu生物科技有限公司,中国)、大豆皂苷(西安绿药(Greenherb)生物科技有限公司,中国)、PEG 400(Samchun pure chemical,韩国)、吐温80(Sigma Aldrich,美国)、无定形的β-七叶皂苷(Nuri PharmTech有限公司,韩国)、山楂P.E.(陕西M.R天然产品有限公司,中国)、皂皮树(Quillajasaponaria)皂苷(西安sinuote生物科技有限公司,中国),和蒺藜(Tribulusterrestris)皂苷(宁波天同生物科技有限公司(Ningbo Tianhong Biotech Co.,Ltd.),中国)。

参照表2和表1,可以发现,与除了80外的其他添加剂相比,在加入茶皂素、西洋参皂苷、人参皂苷(叶)、人参皂苷(根)和大豆皂苷的情况下,水难溶性天然多酚化合物的溶解度(即,相对于水的溶解度)的增加效果是极好的。当其用于提高溶解度时80是有效的,但是它不具有生理功能。
实施例1:片剂的制备
使用白藜芦醇、人参皂苷(根)等来制备片剂。所制备的片剂具有如下表3的组成。

1.一种包含天然多酚化合物的组合物,所述包含天然多酚化合物的组合物包含水难溶性天然多酚化合物和皂苷,所述包含天然多酚化合物的组合物具有水分散性或水溶性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物,其中,所述水难溶性天然多酚化合物具有0.004至0.087的溶解度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物,其中,所述水难溶性天然多酚化合物包含姜黄素、水飞蓟素、白藜芦醇、或其组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物,其中,所述皂苷包含茶皂素、西洋参皂苷、人参皂苷(叶)、人参皂苷(根)、大豆皂苷、或其组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物,其中,当溶解所述包含天然多酚化合物的组合物时,所述水难溶性天然多酚化合物的溶解度在0.006至1.087的范围内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物,其中,基于100重量份的所述水难溶性天然多酚化合物,所述皂苷的量在25重量份至400重量份的范围内。
7.一种包含权利要求1至6中任一项的所述的包含天然多酚化合物的组合物的用于口服施用的组合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于口服施用的组合物,其中,所述用于口服施用的组合物为以片剂、胶囊、液剂或饮料形式的功能保健食品或者药物。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于口服施用的组合物,其中,在所述用于口服施用的组合物中,所述皂苷的量在0.4重量%至50重量%的范围内。
