Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
一般情况下,前套圈和后套圈用在管子或管材的连接中。图5是示出使用常规套圈的管子连接器的截面图。
如图中所示,使用套圈的管子连接器包括连接器主体1、驱动螺母4以及插置于连接器主体1与驱动螺母4之间的前套圈2和后套圈3。管子连接器压缩并夹紧管子5的外周面。
详细地,当驱动螺母4被螺旋连接在连接器主体1上并因此向前移动时,布置在驱动螺母4的内周面与管子5的外周面之间的前套圈2和后套圈3被推动而向前移动。在此过程中,前套圈2和后套圈3的前端发生形状变化并且嵌入管子5的外周面中,使得管子连接可以变得更可靠。

在韩国专利登记10-0871624、10-0803687、10-0803685、10-0871625和10-0914946中,至少一个凹部形成在后套圈的内周面中,使得由驱动螺母施加给管子和管子连接器的偏载、磨损或扭矩可以显著减少或消除。
上述注册专利其特征和优点在于,施加给后套圈的一部分外部轴向力沿径向方向分散,借此可以防止套圈和管子发生不期望的变形。
然而,在上述注册专利中,在套圈的形状已经发生变化以夹紧管子之后,套圈难以适当地应对外部环境的变化,诸如施加给套圈的温度、压力或外力。具体地,常规套圈对由金属制成的管子、连接器主体、驱动螺母或套圈本身并不具有热膨胀或收缩的任何补偿功能。
发明内容
      技术问题
因此,本发明已经牢记发生于现有技术中的以上问题,并且本发明的目的是提供用在管子连接中的后套圈,这可以增加用于夹紧管子的力并提高管子和管子连接器之间的密封性,并且具有优良的减震或补偿功能以根据外部环境(诸如温度或压力)变化或外力变化来应对管子的连接部分的收缩或膨胀。
本发明的另一目的是提供具有拥有上述优点的后套圈的管子连接器。
      技术方案
为了达成以上目的,在一方面中,本发明提供了一种具有波纹管形弹性部分的后套圈。为了连接管子,所述后套圈连同以下部件来使用:连接器主体,所述连接器主体被安装在管子的外周面上,在所述连接器主体的外周面上形成有外螺纹;驱动螺母,在所述驱动螺母的内周面上具有内螺纹;以及前套圈。所述后套圈包括:鼻部,所述鼻部具有前端倾斜表面;尾部,所述尾部具有后端倾斜表面;以及将所述鼻部连接到所述尾部的外周面和内周面。外周褶皱表面和内周褶皱表面在所述鼻部和所述尾部之间分别形成在所述外周面和所述内周面上。
所述外周褶皱表面和所述内周褶皱表面均可包括谷和脊。
在另一方面中,本发明提供了一种包括后套圈的管子连接器。所述管子连接器包括:连接器主体,在所述连接器主体的外周面上具有外螺纹,并且在所述连接器主体的一端设置有倾斜插入部分;驱动螺母,所述驱动螺母被螺旋连接在所述连接器主体上,在所述驱动螺母的内周面上具有内螺纹并且在所述驱动螺母的一端设置有后压缩部分;前套圈,所述前套圈布置在所述驱动螺母的所述内周面的内侧;以及后套圈,所述后套圈布置在所述前套圈和所述后压缩部分之间并且具有波纹管形弹性部分。
      有益效果
根据本发明的后套圈具有形成在鼻部和尾部之间的波纹管形弹性部分。所述波纹管形弹性部分可以增加待连接到管子连接器的管子的夹紧力,提高所述管子和所述管子连接器之间的密封性。
此外,得益于波纹管形弹性部分的弹性和弯曲特性,所述后套圈可以提高减震或补偿功能以应对外部环境(诸如温度或压力)变化或外力变化。

根据本发明的管子连接器100包括:连接器主体10,连接器主体10安装在管子1的外周面上;驱动螺母20,驱动螺母20螺旋连接在连接器主体10上;以及前套圈30和后套圈40,后套圈40安装在管子1的外周面上并且布置在连接器主体10和驱动螺母20的内周面上。

首先,把管子1的前端(右端)插入连接器主体10中,使管子1的前端与管子安装止动器14接触并由此被管子安装止动器14支撑。在此,以驱动螺母20、前套圈30和后套圈40都布置在管子1的外周面上这样的方式把管子1插入连接器主体10中。
之后,旋转驱动螺母20使得驱动螺母20的内螺纹部分21a被螺旋连接在连接器主体10的外螺纹部分11a上。当旋转驱动螺母20时,借助与连接器主体10的螺旋联接使驱动螺母20向前移动。驱动螺母20的后压缩部分22的压缩表面23与后套圈40的尾部42紧密接触并向前推动尾部42。前套圈30的鼻部32借助向前移动的后套圈40而沿着连接器主体10的倾斜接收部分13的倾斜表面向前移动。
如图2所示,强制性地向前移动的前套圈30的前端发生部分形状变化,并且嵌入管子1的外周面中。同样地,后套圈40的前端也发生部分形状变形,并且嵌入管子1的外周面中。详细地,沿着前套圈30的后倾斜表面33的倾斜表面向前移动的后套圈40的鼻部41的前端被嵌入管子1的外周面中并由此发生形状变化。
如图4所示,在后套圈40在前套圈30和驱动螺母20之间被压缩的同时,形成在后套圈40上的波纹管形弹性部分47在前后方向上的长度减少。
也就是说,当驱动螺母20在其自身轴线上旋转并且因螺旋连接结构而向前移动时,后套圈40在前套圈30和驱动螺母20之间被压缩并且由此以使后套圈40的长度减少这样的方式而发生形状变化。
在此,如图中所示,后套圈40的波纹管形弹性部分47(包括外周褶皱表面45和内周褶皱表面46)的谷45b和46b与脊45a和46a之间因前套圈30和驱动螺母20之间的压缩力而使距离减小。因此,后套圈40在前后方向上的长度得以减少,并且后套圈40在上下方向上的宽度得以增加。
得益于具有上述结构的波纹管形弹性部分47,管子1的连接部分的密封性可以得到增强,并且后套圈40的弹性可以得到增强,使之可以灵活地响应于外部环境的变化。
因为波纹管形弹性部分47具有波纹管形状,所以即使在使用前套圈30和后套圈40将管子1联接到管子连接器的操作已经完成之后,波纹管形弹性部分47也可以可靠地应对施加给管子的连接部分的压力、温度或外力的变化。
例如,如果管子1的连接部分的温度迅速增加或减少,则管子的连接部分(装配区段)或者前套圈30和后套圈40可能因热膨胀或收缩发生不期望的变形。
然而,在使用设置有波纹管形弹性部分47的后套圈40的本发明中,可以防止各元件因迅速的热膨胀或收缩而不期望地变形或损坏。因此,可以更可靠地防止因管子联接用元件的损坏而引起的流体从连接部分泄漏。
