Abstract
本发明提供一种用于光固化的有色涂料,其中有色涂料包括一光起始剂、一紫外光树脂、及一紫外光感光荧光粉,其中固化有色涂料为将光起始剂、紫外光树脂、紫外光感光荧光粉予以混合、及分散,而后涂布于一基体,通过紫外光感光荧光粉可大幅缩短光有色涂料的固化时间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有色涂料,特别是一种用于光固化的有色涂料。
背景技术
涂料广泛应用于电子产品、建筑材料、汽车……等基体的表面,以达到装饰或保护的功效。然而,现有技术的涂料必须经过重复的喷涂制程才能均匀地附着于电子产品的外壳,且在每次喷涂制程结束后,还需要以高温烘烤,待涂料干燥后,才能进行下一次喷涂制程,因此相当耗费制程时间及能源。
另外,也有业者研发出一种珍珠漆紫外光涂料,其于一次喷涂制程后,再以紫外光固化于电子产品的外壳。然而,这种珍珠漆紫外光涂料中的紫外光树脂与有色颜料中的颜色粉体之间的密着性不佳,使得涂料颜色不易控制。此外,由于颜色粉体有屏蔽光的性质,导致紫外光无法穿透至涂层的深层位置处,使得涂层难以完全固化。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的即在提供一种不需反复涂布、且在室温中即可固化、节能、环保、制程成本低的用于光固化的有色涂料。
本发明为解决现有技术的问题所采用的技术手段为揭露一种用于光固化的有色涂料,用于涂布于一基体,该光固化的有色涂料,包括一光起始剂、一紫外光树脂、及一紫外光感光荧光粉,其中固化有色涂料为光起始剂、紫外光树脂、及紫外光感光荧光粉予以混合、及分散而形成,且经过一固化光照射后为固化。
在本发明的一实施例中,该紫外光感光荧光粉的重量百分比为在0.5%至70%的范围。
在本发明的一实施例中,更包括一颜色粉体。
在本发明的一实施例中,固化光的波长范围为193~445nm。
在本发明的一实施例中,其中该紫外光感光荧光粉为吸收该固化光而激发发射具有高荧光量子产量且波长为>193nm的光。
在本发明的一实施例中,紫外光感光荧光粉为氧化物予以混合IA、IVB、VB、VIB、IIB、IVA、族的原子、离子或化合物并经烧结而制成。
在本发明的一实施例中,紫外光感光荧光粉为氧化物予以混合VIIB、IIIA、VA、VIIA族或镧系族的原子、离子或化合物并经烧结而制成。
在本发明的一实施例中,紫外光感光荧光粉于烧结后经还原反应而制成。
在本发明的一实施例中,基体选自塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、纸、金属。
在本发明的一实施例中,更包括一添加剂,该添加剂选自填充剂、热定剂、抗氧化剂、防霉剂、填加剂、补强剂、强化剂、交联剂、可塑剂、发泡剂、消泡剂、滑剂、加工助剂、难燃剂、不燃剂、防燃剂、增光剂、消光剂、明色剂、抗静电剂、及抗相黏剂中的一种或多种。
经由本发明所采用技术手段,本发明所提供的有色涂料添加有紫外光感光荧光粉,紫外光感光荧光粉于吸收固化光的能量之后,会将所吸收的能量以光的形式放射出来,使得光能传递至光固化的有色涂料的深层位置处、提高交联速度,因此能有效地加速光有色涂料的固化速度。
此外,由于现有技术的珍珠漆紫外光涂料的深层位置处不易固化,必须以紫外光多次照射以使其完全固化,因此往往造成基体因为过量的紫外光或过高的温度而产生脆化的问题。通过紫外光感光荧光粉加速有色涂料的深层位置处的固化,因此可避免以紫外光多次照射基体而造成基体材质脆化的问题。
再者,由于有色涂料在照射固化光后即可固化,可在常温下进行反应,而不需要以高温烘烤,亦无需反复涂布,因此能有效降低制程的时间及成本。
具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,对依据本发明提出一种用于光固化的有色涂料,和其应用其具体实施方式、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
本发明的光固化的有色涂料,其中有色涂料包括一光起始剂(photoinitiator)、一紫外光树脂、及一紫外光感光荧光粉。
光起始剂能够吸收固化光的辐射能,且能于有色涂料的固化过程中,诱使其聚合作用,并具有热安定性佳的特性。举例而言,光起始剂为对甲氧基苯基丙酮(分子式C10H12O2)、9-苯基吖啶(分子式:C19H13N)、N-苯基甘氨酸(分子式:C8H9NO2)……或其他等。
紫外光树脂经过吸收固化光后,产生活性自由基或离子基,从而引发聚合、交联和接枝反应(grafting reaction),使紫外光树脂于数秒内由液态转化为固态(此变化过程称之为“光固化”)。举例而言,紫外光树脂为脂肪族胺基甲酸丙烯酸酯寡聚体树脂、脂肪族胺基甲酸丙烯酸酯(PU-acrylate)、脂肪族胺基甲酸丙烯酸酯寡聚体树脂、环氧压克力树脂(Epoxy-acrylate)、酚醛环氧压克力树脂(Novolac Epoxy-acrylate)…或其他等。
紫外光感光荧光粉为将氧化物与IA、IVB、VB、VIB、VIIB、IIB、IIIA、IVA、VA、VIIA或镧系族的原子、离子或化合物予以混合(mixing)、及分散,并经烧结制程而形成。详细而言,紫外光感光荧光粉通过将氧化物与IA、IVB、VB、VIB、VIIB、IIB、IIIA、IVA、VA、VIIA或镧系族的原子、离子或化合物混合而形成一前制粉体,并将前制粉体经烧结制程而形成。详细而言,烧结制程将前制粉体放置于充填有不反应式气体(如:氮气、惰性气体)的环境中,以400~1250度的高温将前制粉体烧结而形成紫外光感光荧光粉结构。选择性地,经过烧结的紫外光感光荧光粉还可再放置于充填有反应式气体(如:氢气、氧气、氨气等)的环境中,以400~1200度的高温进行还原反应。进一步地,经烧结制程的紫外光感光荧光粉还可经过研磨而具有适当的粒径,俾利与其他成分混合均匀。
紫外光感光荧光粉不仅能吸收固化光,同时受此固化光激发后,固化光感光荧光粉更进一步发射波长>193nm的光。在本实施例中,紫外光感光荧光粉的重量百分比为在0.5%至70%的范围。意即,光起始剂及紫外光树脂的重量百分比为在95.5%至50%的范围。
将如上所述的光起始剂、紫外光树脂、紫外光感光荧光粉予以搅拌混合,并以三滚筒或以均质机分散而形成有色涂料,接着将有色涂料予以涂布于一基体,并使基体经过一固化光而固化照射。详细而言,固化光的波长范围为193~445nm。在本实施例中,固化光为紫外光,其波长范围为10nm至400nm。选择性地,固化光为波长范围为300nm至400nm的近紫外光(NUV,Near UV)、波长为405nm的H-line光、波长为436nm的G-line光、或波长为193nm的ArF光。举例而言,涂布方式可利用涂布机、滚涂机、淋涂机、喷涂机、刮涂机或印刷机而将本发明的固化有色涂料涂布、滚涂、淋涂、喷涂、刮涂或印刷于基体表面。另外,基体可为电子产品、生活产品、建筑产品、电器产品等外壳、外表面或内键电路板、电子组件、电子垫片等等。
由于紫外光感光荧光粉于吸收固化光的能量之后,促使能态跃迁至激发态,而后释放可见光,并回到基态,使得光能传递至光固化的有色涂料的深层位置处、提高交联速度,因此能有效地加速光有色涂料的固化速度,如此可使本发明的有色涂料能够快速固化于塑料(如聚酯(polyester)、聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate)、树脂(ABS)、聚酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚酰亚胺(PI))、玻璃、纸、陶磁、或金属等基体的表面。
并且,由于有色涂料的涂层容易固化,在室温环境中,于照射固化光后随即固化,因此具有节能、省时、环保、生产成本低等优点。另外,本发明的有色涂料甚至进一步也可应用于建筑物的基体的外墙面,具有不易变色的特性。
选择性地,光固化的有色涂料还包括一添加剂。举例而言,添加剂可包括热定剂、抗氧化剂、防霉剂、填加剂、补强剂、强化剂、交联剂、可塑剂、发泡剂、消泡剂、滑剂、加工助剂、难燃剂、不燃剂、防燃剂、增光剂、消光剂、明色剂、抗静电剂、抗相黏剂等而有安定化、强化、硬化、软化、轻便、加工性改善、表面改良等功效。
选择性地,光固化的有色涂料还包括一填充剂。一般而言,填充剂的价格低廉,适量添加于光固化的有色涂料中可降低光固化的有色涂料的原料成本。举例而言,填充剂可采用碳酸盐类、硅酸盐类……等的填充剂。较佳地,填充剂不与光固化的有色涂料中的其他成分产生化学反应。
详细而言,紫外光树脂呈现透明无色、透明淡黄色…或其他颜色等,光固化的有色涂料可直接涂布于基体而呈现出紫外光树脂的颜色。选择性地,于需要调整光固化的有色涂料的颜色时,可添加各种不同的颜色粉体以使光固化的有色涂料呈现出不同的颜色。在本实施例中,颜色粉体为具遮旋光性的无机颜料(inorganic pigments),例如二氧化钛、氧化铁、铬黄、钼红……等。由于光固化的有色涂料中具有可放射光的紫外光感光荧光粉,因此即便添加了颜色粉体,仍然能将固化光传递至涂料的深层位置处而达到快速固化的效果。再者,紫外光树脂与颜色粉体之间的密着性良好,使得光固化的有色涂料的颜色可通过颜色粉体而作调整,而符合各种用途的使用需求。当然,本发明并不以此为限。颜色粉体亦可为有机颜料(organic pigments)。有机颜料如双偶氮、单偶氮、酞菁、或稠环颜料等几大类。
以上的叙述仅为本发明的较佳实施例说明,凡精于此项技艺者当可依据上述的说明而作其它种种的改良,因此这些改变仍属于本发明的发明精神及以下所界定的专利范围中。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于光固化的有色涂料,用于涂布于一基体,该光固化的有色涂料包含:一光起始剂、一紫外光树脂、及一紫外光感光荧光粉,其中,所述的紫外光感光荧光粉于光固化的有色涂料的重量百分比为在0.5%至70%的范围,该光固化的有色涂料为将该光起始剂、该紫外光树脂、及该紫外光感光荧光粉予以混合、及分散而形成,且经过一固化光照射后为固化。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于光固化的有色涂料,其特征在于,更包括一颜色粉体。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于光固化的有色涂料,其特征在于,该固化光的波长范围为193~445nm。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于光固化的有色涂料,其特征在于,该紫外光感光荧光粉为吸收该固化光而激发发射具有高荧光量子产量且波长为>193nm的光。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于光固化的有色涂料,其特征在于,该紫外光感光荧光粉为将氧化物及IA、IVB、VB、VIB、IIB、IVA族的原子、离子或化合物予以混合并经烧结而制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于光固化的有色涂料,其特征在于,该紫外光感光荧光粉为将氧化物及VIIB、IIIA、VA、VIIA族或镧系族的原子、离子或化合物予以混合并经烧结而制成。
7.如权利要求6或7所述的用于光固化的有色涂料,其特征在于,该紫外光感光荧光粉于烧结后经还原反应而制成。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于光固化的有色涂料,其特征在于,该基体选自塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、纸及金属的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于光固化的有色涂料,其特征在于,更包括一添加剂,该添加剂选自填充剂、热定剂、抗氧化剂、防霉剂、补强剂、交联剂、可塑剂、发泡剂、消泡剂、滑剂、防燃剂、增光剂、消光剂、明色剂、抗静电剂、及抗相黏剂中的一种或多种。
